I was in a similar situation when my husband was diagnosed with cancer. I was running my own business, had a 9 year old son and 2 dogs when cancer took over our lives. I would literally cry while mowing the lawn, having no time to do any other yard work. Friends of ours asked what they could do to help and I finally gave in and said that I could really use help with the yard work. I was thinking they would come and mow the lawn once or twice. Two weeks later I came home to find a whole landscape crew in my yard giving it a complete makeover! I was shocked and SO BLESSED! My husband went to heaven but I still think back to that kindness. You have no idea what that can mean to a struggling person. I have also learned not to judge a person by their yard. You have no idea what they might be going through. God bless.

An incredible blessing indeed!! When we were younger & able-bodied, my husband & I did yard work & shoveled snow for neighbors who were elderly or infirm. We did not wait for them to ask for help. We saw a need & acted. Now, we are the ones who are disabled & we have an adult son, residing with us, who is also disabled. We have received notes telling us to trim our hedges, clean out our flower beds, cut our grass, etc. I use a walker or cane to get around & my son is an amputee with serious spinal issues. It is obvious we are unable to do these things without assistance. We pay someone to mow our grass & I had all the flower beds (that I had lovingly cultivated for 35 years) removed. That truly broke my heart. Thank you, thank you for seeing this need and meeting it for these folks. That is love in action and there is no higher calling. God bless you!
I'm so sorry about your flower beds. It sounds like you truly had a passion for doing that and I'm sure for those 35 years that anyone who passed by and had the pleasure of seeing them thought they looked stunning. I may be a lazy teenager but I would have been more than happy to help you keep those lovely flowers going(although I probably don't have anywhere near as green a thumb as you😂)
What a blessing indeed! As a single mom with severe spinal stenosis, I know how hard it is to really want everything to look nice but not being capable of keeping it up the outside the way it should be if you were healthy. You probably lifted so much stress off of their shoulders and brought so much joy into their hearts by doing this for them!
I've been there myself. That lady has to feel uplifted. Her spirit is soaring. Right now my daughter cuts my yard but we aren't able to keep up with the trees and vines in the flower beds. Deer have been bedding down in the ginger near the house. The doe had 2 fawns she brought out to see me. One is getting his spikes. The mama coon brought her 2 babies to eat. I am totally enjoying the wildlife! The deer come when they hear the deer corn rattle. lol
Beautiful ❤️ when people are struggling they are so grateful for any help. My husband was almost killed in a motorcycle vs antelope accident. My neighbor saw that my lawn was overgrown and turning brown, she came over and took over my lawn care. It really touched my heart and she has become a great friend.

Glad you both prayed and responded to the reply. I agree, the landscape fabric and mulch were a wonderful touch. Thank you to your crew for their help.

What mitzvahs you so kindly share! Blessings to you. I have a few questions just out of curiosity (no disrespect intended here‼️) 1. Do you wear eye and ear protection? 2. How do you find the places you choose? 3. Do the weeds and brush come back? Are you able to go back again? It was such a pleasure and joy to watch you the two of you transform a property for people who haven’t the ability to handle the overwhelming mess. I found myself wanting to grab a rake! And help by power washing the walk and porch. (New mind that I don’t know how and probably aren’t strong enough anyway ‼️😂) I just subscribed and liked. Thank you for what you are-and aren’t.
I'm disabled too where I can't do as much in the yard unless I'm in a chair or on my butt. Do you know how happy you made that woman feel? She can hold her head up when goes outside. It makes you feel a little better physically.Thank you for going out of your way by not only mowing her lawn and doing some pruning but making it look pretty with the bark. The guy that just did his last mowing for me for good did the very minimum with a helper and in 30 min. 👍👏👏👏👏👏🥰
You really show what a work ethic is. If high schoolers could watch this and comment with each other in class, they would get practice in seeing the power of transformation through labor. Then they could experience it as volunteers. Yes, it is a lot more work than you can tell, with the speeded up video, and work done by people who have the right skills and tools. But transformation is the reward. (Yes, money is a reward, but if there are at least 2 kinds of rewards, it works better.) For high schoolers doing it once, with their own time lapse video, and before and after photos, this could really help them get the experience of that reward. Because the labor only takes days, but the results last a lot longer. I make tote bags that take hours and last years. We all need some form of what you demonstrate here: Job Well Done. P.S. I am a disabled senior too ☺️🕊, that title is what brought me to your video.
We have to love others well and take care of them. One day all of this will perish. Have to do something you love and this is so gratifying for me. And the results are instant gratification
God wants native plants and insects and birds to be loved and respected, and to have places to live free of chemicals that do not damage people's health and the health of all living creatures that come into contact with it, go look at a vacant lot, and what is sprouting there, from whatever substrate, that is God's plan
Beautiful transformation guys. May i make a suggestion? Purchase a couple roll out dumpsters and a pro sumer wood chipper to downsize and handle all that debris. The way you do it is wrestling a monster. Just feed the yard waste thru the chipper and blow it into the rolling dumpsters. Dumpsters $109 at the homer depot. I bought a 6" capacity chipper for $1k.
May God bless you and whomever helped to clean up for this person. I know she must have felt very happy to have had someone come in and help her at no cost. This does not happen everyday. There are fewer people, such as yourself, who will come in and take matters in their own hands.......not for $$$$$, not for fame....but from the goodness of your own hearts...Thank you from the bottom of my own heart for reaching out and helping another in need........

Y’all are a true blessing! As a disabled woman whose husband is a trucker, I understand her situation. I try to do what I can but there’s a lot I can’t do so I’m sure they both greatly appreciated all your hard work. God bless you!
Thank you for the kind words. I’m praying for you Jan!! God Bless
God bless you. I know for a fact that this is a blessing to anyone or family that are struggling with legitimate issues.
I agree. Thank you. God bless.
Oh my! What a lovely and loving transformation this was! I admire your heart of love and service to others, serving Christ by serving others! May your blessings be multiplied and your work prosper even as your soul prospers! 😁. Thanks for sharing!
Amazing and very generous with giving your time and labor and yard products to improve the curb appeal of this home.
Thank you for taking notice.
Absolutely, incredible change !!!! Many of Gods blessing to you both 💜
THANK YOU.
Thank God 🙏 for all his blessings. Thanks for family and friends. Preyers and Good Health. God Bless. 😇
Hello Wendy how are you doing
God blessed you and you are honoring HIM by helping you neighbors. “Love God and love your neighbor”.
Thank you. I am trying.
A beautiful transformation. You have also inspired me to chose plants that won't get overgrown. At my age I can still take care of my place but in a few years it might be a different story. Thank you for your generosity, much love and good vibes sending your way : D
Thank you so much. And good luck with your beds.
I'm planting perenials and have just chopped down two lilac bushes and four Rose of Sharon to 5' it was a lot of hard work with just manual garden cllippers
Incredible! Love the kitty in the window!
Look how pretty that house looks now and the CAT is enjoying it's unobstructed view! Great job guys!
Haha. It sure is... thank you
Baby kitty kitty said, they're doing it right! I can go do other happy kinda stuffs somewheres else... 🤗😎👏😊💋
I can just about hear the house saying "Thank you for restoring my dignity!"
I'm single and I have a small yard with 2 three and it gets expensive to pay the landscaping ones a month but on rainy day he do it 2 cuz the grass grow fast ....
OUTSTANDING JOB GUYS. GOD BLESS ALL YOU DO FOR OTHERS. AND HE CERTAINLY WILL.
THANK YOU SO MUCH. GOD BLESS.
You guys are super hero’s! What a blessing to this family! Wish we would/could all help each other this way. The world would be a much better place. Thank you for your service to this family.
Hello Sandy how are you doing?
It is so refreshing to see people like you helping people in need of help. A lot of people judge other people and never ask if they can help. Thank you for being an inspiration!
A curved walkway adds such character and makes property look more expensive.
God bless you all!
What a amazing job you all did! I'm sure the home owner was very thankful of all your hard work! Thanks for sharing!
This is an interesting form of reveal. When a bed gets behind, it can be tough to put back in order. You found edging, a rock, plants out-of-place, reformed shrubs, a bird bath.... Glad you both prayed and responded to the reply. I agree, the landscape fabric and mulch were a wonderful touch. Thank you to your crew for their help.
Thank you so much. I appreciate your support.
a bird bath?
What a wonderful transformation. It’s great to see somebody helping somebody else. What a kind heart you have. God bless you and the crew.
I appreciate that.
God only knows that we need more people like you in this world. Thanks for letting me know there's still good people in this world 🙏
Nothing pleases me more than seeing a beautifully kept yard,
God bless you guys.
Wow didn't realise you was going to that to the beds as well. I thought the tidy up by weeding and cut back looks good but this was amazing. Well done guys 🥰
Thank you thank you.
You are a truly wonderful person to do this for these homeowners! You have renewed my faith in humanity! May God continue to bless you, sir!
Thank you so much.
I have seen quite a few of these videos now and I never cease to be impressed by the before and after. It makes such a difference when the grass and flowerbeds are well manicured. That was an excellent job that deserves a thumbs up!
Thank you. I appreciate that ALOT.
This just warms my heart! Being a "Lawn Ranger" myself, I appreciate the care that all of you guys took to restore this. I am a 62 y/o woman that takes care of my own little acre (I am blessed with good health) and when my son asked what I wanted for Christmas, I said a Husqvarna backpack blower. Love it! I know you guys have heart for the needy. Many blessings! 💝
Thank you so much and that’s awesome. Can’t go wrong with lawn equipment. Did you get your blower?
@@itshisturf23 I did! It's a thing of beauty! Again, thank you for giving of your talents and time to others. The kindness of strangers can change someone's life. Can't wait to see the next one!☮
You guys are awesome and did a great job! God is blessing you for being so kind and compassionate. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you. God bless.
Wow what an amazing act of kindness! The difference you made in the family's life will be immeasurable. Thank you
Thank you very much for taking care of this yard for these people. Job well done! And thank you for being a good example to other people. May God continue to bless you.
Thank you so much. And God bless
wow, bet HE is proud of HIS boys! ❤️👍😁👌🏾
Wow 😮 look at that amazing beautiful transformation guys I bet the owner was shocked and floored
I really appreciate how much you have done to make it nice for her .
Have a blessing day guys well done 👍
Thank you so much. I appreciate that. And she was so appreciative. Made it all worth it.
What a wonderful job you guys did and I cannot believe it's the same garden. Blessed be.
Thank you. It did turn out nice.
Taking the bush/tree in the corner makes the home look lighter and bigger, and so much better.
What you're doing for everyone in your community is amazing and keep it up
Well done Guys 👍 God Bless you both👏👌👍🙏 keep up the good work
Thank you so much.
I had to finish watching this it was incredible. Ohmygosh I wished I had neighbors like that. I can’t even plant anything anymore
Hello Maria how are you doing
That was amazing! I know I as older disabled lady struggles to find help with my yard. It’s hard. You were such a blessing to that family.
Thank you. If your near Arkansas let me know
I live in Springfield MO close to AR
@@itshisturf23 I live in the Springfield MO area.
I about fell out of my chair when I saw you putting down the weed mat and mulch. That was above and beyond. What a blessing.
Hahaha. Well thank you.
What mitzvahs you so kindly share! Blessings to you.
I have a few questions just out of curiosity (no disrespect intended here‼️)
(New mind that I don’t know how and probably aren’t strong enough anyway ‼️😂)
I just subscribed and liked. Thank you for what you are-and aren’t.
You both are so special in doing God’s work to help people in real need! God bless you both!❤️😀 Thank you for sharing with a big fan of yours!
Thank you
Awesome job guys! What a blessing you all are to this family.
Thank you. I appreciate that.
The major thing I love about this type of content, you can't fake it. You actually have to do the work to get the results.
What a blessing to those homeowners! And I'm sure the neighbors were also thankful that the place was cleaned up
I'm disabled too where I can't do as much in the yard unless I'm in a chair or on my butt. 👍👏👏👏👏👏🥰
Thank you. I’m praying for you. I hope you find someone to take care of your property.
What area do you live in Jennifer?
@@sallylambert7552 Seattle Washington
@@itshisturf23 Thanks, I will.
what a sweet and kind gesture. I agree, we never know what is going on in someone's life. A little kindness goes a long way. GREAT WORK
Such a HUGE transformation - you're a blessing.
Thank you.
(Yes, money is a reward, but if there are at least 2 kinds of rewards, it works better.)
For high schoolers doing it once, with their own time lapse video, and before and after photos, this could really help them get the experience of that reward. Because the labor only takes days, but the results last a lot longer.
I make tote bags that take hours and last years. We all need some form of what you demonstrate here:
Job Well Done.
P.S. I am a disabled senior too ☺️🕊, that title is what brought me to your video.
We have to love others well and take care of them. One day all of this will perish. Have to do something you love and this is so gratifying for me. And the results are instant gratification
Oh my God, that looks so much better! Your kindness, time, hard work and resources Really paid off for this lucky family.
What an incredible transformation! I’m so glad God answered not only your prayer, but the homeowners as well!
Hello Wendy how are you doing
That would be an awesome tool.
Beautiful transformation! You will always be blessed!
Thank you
Im so glad you two do separate videos. I wanted to see what you did close up so I came to find your channel. I saw from the other video of the lawn that you had done a supreme job. Very thrilled to watch this amazing makeover. Thank you.
Thank you. I greatly appreciate that.
You made me cry. This was so loving and kind. I know the owner and her daughter were very pleased and surprised. Good work!!
