My mouth is hanging open, thinking I'm going in for the pitmaster taste. That looks divine!
Lol thank you!
@@bbqsouthernstyle it happened again with the Southern Skillet Fried Chicken. Oh dear God, I've got a real problem...
There's only one remedy. Gotta get you a skillet and a nice chicken.
@bbqsouthernstyle I have a ceramic coated cast iron that sticks really bad. It's brand, new, used it about 5 or 6 times and it still sticks. What am I doing wrong?
BTW I cut my chicken a little differently but I did learn something new about what to do with the back. Thank you for that. You're a great chef.
Another recipe to add to my collection sir! I’m going to be very busy cooking this year! 😂 Thank you for your valuable time!
Hope you enjoy. Thank you so much for watching.
I bet the char on those ribs are absolutely delicious. Man that looks soooooo good!!!!!! Outstanding grilling from a Pit Master🙏👍
Thank you so much and yes the char is fantastic with the fat rendered down to nothing. Thank you for watching and the great comment means lots. God bless my brother.
Those ribs and the salad were to die for. I'm totally in love with your knife. It's wickedly beautiful,a real piece of art.
Thank you so much, and glad you like the ribs and salad give it a go my friend.

Cool you like a little spice. I rarely use salt 🧂 too. I use garlic quite a bit.
Sounds great!

Just subbed. Enjoy your explaination and preparation. I like this grill
Welcome sir and your just in time for the new season.
Pure yum...yummy to tummy
Thank you
Another good meal. Keep them coming.
Thank you 10/4
You have many styles of cookers. And here I was thinking that I was overdoing it with three. I love the country style ribs. I usually cook / smoke them low and slow. Around 225 to 250 for 4-5 hours. I'm still at the bottled bbq sauce stage. Although I have experimented with making my own bbq sauce. It's a lot of work. I normally use apple wood for smoking since I have about 15 apple trees. I save the prunings for smoking meat.
I like to buy the boneless country style ribs. They may cost a few cents more than the ribs with bones but the ribs with bones are not really less expensive. After all , you are paying for the bones which you are not going to eat.
Nice and I love it all on or off the bone. lol thank you for watching.
Both recipes look amazing. The salad looks delicious, I’m interested in the seasoning and especially interested in the smoker.
Thank you.
This is another winning meal. The seasoning on the meat is similar to halal. The salad looks amazing!
Thank you once more and I hope you make the salad.
I most certainly am
I’m digging that blade you are using like always you food creations look look so good
Thank you sir
Very nice Brother! ❤
Thank you and thanks for watching
DOUBLE YUM!
Thanks !
Just excellent. Watching your videos has inspired me to go out and get a smoker. I did my first beef brisket this weekend and it came out. OK. I guess with practice I’ll get better. Thanks for the videos. I really enjoyed them and your recipes.
So glad you like them and thank you for watching try and get a good smoker/ stick burner
Don’t get discouraged, you picked arguably the most difficult meat to start with. Plenty of good bbq places out there that still put out mediocre brisket. Try a pork butt next, much easier and more forgiving
Pretty dish as always. Surf and turf 🎉. Yummy
Thank you for watching and the nice compliment as always sir
Wow I was a skeptic after you first pulled them off to put them on the top but they turned out amazing. You knew what you were doing. How long did it take to collect all those cookers?
Thank you I love my cookers even when I'm not doing a video I'm still grilling out lol. 36 years collecting and still collecting. I hope I can show the trailer smokers and grills this season lots of units to show. Thank you for watching sir hope to see your comments on future videos.
Great video - I am getting a direct heat cooker built very similar to yours - have really enjoyed your videos
Thank you and you never go wrong with a new cooker lol thank you for watching.
Hell Yea! Cook er good and well! Keep it up

What's the name of that smoker? Where did you get it? Great cook by the way.
It was custom built had it for years most builders come and go.
