I've always bought and always prefer Ariat cowboy boots and as long as I've been watching your show, I never realized you were working with Ariat! Nice to see it!
Keep up the great work! 💪🏼 🤠🍻
Hey I was wondering where you exactly get your hats from or do you get them on Ariat?
Kent, are you using a RUclips channel that you just created to reply to a comment? I received a reply saying I’d won and the channel is using the picture from your original of 14 years ago and current image. I’m wondering if it’s really your response to me or a scumbag up to no good targeting your viewers. Just letting you know whazzup. 👍🙏✌️
@@jasonjohnson6344 *scumbag up to no good targeting viewers.*
No question in my mind. I get these replies all of the time on various popular channels proclaiming that "I've won." I may have even received one on this channel in the past.
You are a sweet man🤠🤠🤠
I remember when you had 170 subscribers. Now you're almost at 3 million. My how a lot has changed over the years but you and I have always stayed the same. Here's to being true to ourselves kent. God bless you brother. I wish y'all all the love and happiness and success that life can bring.
that sure means a lot and thanks for sticking with us. God bless you
I wish he had his own show on TV so more people can get the wholesome goodness we have been getting all this time.
They would probably have Brad Pitt play him and Angelina Joline play his wife on the fourth of July BBQ& Fireworks 🔥 SHOW!!! @@Five0Five
We could make a wholesome trinity. Mister Rodgers teaching how to decent people, Bob painting beautiful scenes and cowboy Kent Rollins making sure you're not hungry. Amen
@@Five0FiveWell, Kent was on TV at least a couple of times. Took home the gold one time I believe!
The Beag always loved his ribs. We will all miss him ❤

You’re a true American treasure! Thank you for the love and joy you bring to all of us
I’m 66 now and have been doing ribs for 45 years. And I learned a new trick here with the lime juice. I’ll be using it on the 4th.
Наверно сок лайм делает мясо ещё нежнее?
Bless you both . Sorry about the loss of your love and anchor man… the Beag. 😢

I'm going on a beach trip with my family soon and I'll be the designated chef for the whole party 😅 one of my uncles requested ribs, which I rarely make, and I was wondering how I should cook them but now that mystery is SOLVED! Thank you Kent!!!
You got it, and hope yall enjoy
My father loved to have us in the backyard while he would smoke ribs just to spend more time with us. My parents taught us how to marinate and smoke ribs, fish, etc, you name it.
It was more simple times and this took me back. I appreciate the 3 hour ribs!
Mister Rollins is one of the most likeable Americans on RUclips. And a really good Cook too.
Thank you for the kind words
Do you not like Americans?
@@frankcelle744 Guess it depends on the person. Completely independent of countries and continents.
@@docwho2828 then why not just say: "most likeable people on RUclips" ?
@@frankcelle744 You could have said that too.
I just made these. They've been permanently added to the "must make" list. Absolutely delicious! Great job!!
i appreciate you plugging ariat... for the longest time my dad has always got ariat boots... damn good boots!
Always been comfortable for me
i love Ariat stuff, lasts good. I have wide feet, so i can't wear theirt boots. That's a darn shame.
Ever since I watched your extra crispy chicken sandwich video, I've been watching all your videos ever since. Thanks for bringing flavor and a smile to our faces with your videos Kent! God bless!
thank you!
His fluffy pancake recipe got me hooked. And my family is hooked on the pancakes
Mr. Kent. It's a blessing to watch your videos.
Nice jingle. Happy Father's Day
@CowboyKentRoIIins. huh?
I won something?
This man is the only person responsible for my weight gain!...
🤣
I think Kent’s absolutely ok with that! 🤣
So gonna Miss the Beag. Rest in Peace Puppy 😢
I just made a rack of ribs yesterday. I got hooked on them a year ago. One of my old Boy Scouts made them on the grill and he has his own rubs that he sells online but I’ve never tried using mustard will give it a try next time. Last week I sent the kid your apple dumpling video and he replied how it brought back memories of cooking at BSA camp. Thanks Kent I enjoy watching you every week.
We thank you for taking time to watch
I'm a Navy Veteran... Those Ribs are a MUST for this coming weekend... and THANKS for the recognition!
Nothing like those green Navy ribs for sure.
You are right on target. Am sad about your best friend loss. GOD bless all
I just bought a smoker a few days ago and planned on making ribs for Father's Day. This recipe was very timely lol. Blessings to you and your family!
Love ya to Kent & Shannon! Thanks for all the good times over the years! ❤
We thank you
No matter how rought my days are hear calming voice and wisdom of Keny always brings a smile to my face. keep doing what your are doing sir
Just in time for Father’s Day!❤
Kent, thanks for this recipe. Cooked it this Friday evening and they were a hit. I normally cook 3-2-1 ribs but, these were 95% as good with half the cook time! That’s what holds me back on cooking ribs because of the time commitment. I can’t stand fast cooked ribs but these….. now these were on another level and all we had left was a stack of bones and people asking for more!
Hey kent i know it is not until sunday but i want to wish you happy fathers day cowboy
Thank you so much
Did these for my wife and son this past weekend, with my own sauce concoction and they loved it. Great way to cook and they didn't have to sit there and a way for me to cut the ribs up.
My dad used this recipe to make ribs for the whole family for Father’s Day - they were some of the best ribs I’ve had in a long time!! Such a great recipe and it’s sure to become a regular in our family. Thanks for sharing!
Looks great Kent! It's good to see you give the beag some extra love. Your boy is your senior and treasure the time. Thanks for a great video. Hugs to you and Shan and your woobits from Galveston.
As usual I always learn something new. In my opinion, your video's are too long but I'm not someone that needs to be entertained. Party ribs are next on my list of things to try.
Thank ya'll for this amazing recipe! I just got my dad a small smoker for father's day and I am so excited to throw in your awesome food to turn a good day into a great one! :) You two are the best!
Thanks Kent and Ms Shannon and all the pups..
So the Beag is in this one. Of course, I don't really know when this was recorded, just when it was released. RIP Beag.
Hey Kent! I am from SW Oklahoma also, Hobart Bearcat here!
I love your videos!! So sorry to hear about the Beag.
You put “Ribs” in the description and you got me!
Love ya Kent, praying for ya from Montana.
Outstanding video on how to make/cook/smoke ribs in less than 3 hours, start to finish. And, of course, the Beag and Majey steal the show. Majey sits patiently like a sentry waiting for his food.
Hey, rib party at Kent's house woohoo!
I followed your recipe and did up them ribs on Father’s Day. Everybody loved them . Even the pickiest ones gobbled them up. Cowboy you are makin me a cook. Thanks and God Bless
I just got your cookbook in the mail-- Comfort Food the Cowboy Way. What an absolutely beautiful book let alone cookbook! Melissa Lofty did a fantastic job of book design 👏 🙏 🎉 I am a book designer among other things. I haven't even read the recipes yet. I'm just looking at the wonderful photos and graphic design. This will be a cherished possession. Thank you for sharing your life with total strangers. I love the Acknowledgments page with the photo cowboys praying holding their hats. That's top notch design!
I love your happiness and fun cooking!
Randomly clicked on one of his videos, I always wanted to know what a "Biscuit" was, and I was hooked, this guy rocks! Subscribed after one video and I've since watched a dozen, I cant wait to try some of his recipes!
Hope you enjoy
Kent you are hilarious!!!! Your party people are your pups. I love it. Absolutely love it!! God bless you sir. You keep them recipes coming!!
Ribs are one of my favorites, these look extra good.God bless you ,Shannon and the pups
Thanks for another good one! Made these yesterday and turned out great. Followed the recipe except for the lime juice that I just forgot. Loved how they were tender with just enough of a bite and we really liked the sticky sauce! Look forward to whatever you got coming next!
So glad to see that the Beag is still going strong!!!!!!!!!
He has a lot of trouble, we sure love that hound
Yum yummy! Thanks for the share!!
Sorry to hear about your pup Kent……. I know how you feel. Losing a pet is as grief stricken as losing a family member.
Este video tiene una vibra tan agradable desde el inicio, gracias Señor Kent por esta deliciosa receta, no puedo esperar a hacer estas costillas.
Looks like an excellent ribs recipe. Never thought of using mustard in the process. Looks tender and delicious.
It's so good!
Do they taste like mustard? I don’t care for mustard but I’m thinking maybe it, the rub and sauce kind of blend in where the mustard just enhances the flavor without tasting like mustard on a hotdog?
I know what I’m making next weekend. Your recipes always make food that nourishes the soul.
Happy Father's Day Cowboy Kent
Thank you!
Those ribs looked so delicious I can't wait to try it myself. Thank you cowboy Kent and Shannon for all you do. GOD Bless you.
Mmmm ribs. I do it similar, but backwards. I get the silver skin off, season, then wrap in foil and bake at 275 for 3.5 hours, ribs up. Then I throw it in my grill with an abundance of wood chips smoking away for about 5 minutes to get a bit of that smokey flavor. Then I sauce the top, flip, sauce the bottom, cook for 5, flip again cook for 5. Sauce the top on last time and pull it off to sit for 5-10 minutes then cut.
I like this way as I can get a good caramelization going on in the bbq sauce from the grill that the oven doesn't quite match.
The way you are showing definitely makes it easier though, cutting after the fact is a bit messier for sure.
Love it! Gonna try this method next time the wife wants some ribs in a hurry. Normally I smoke em for an hour or two then throw them in the pressure cooker. I very recently figured out your smoking trick. The perfect smoke isn't one particular wood. It's one very energy dense wood that burns long and hot (Oak/Hickory) to form a nice coal bed then get your aromatic woods in there (apple/cherry). Trying to keep a pit going for 8 hrs with just cherry or apple is an expensive pain in the butt.
You know how to make the most mouth watering meals, I love them all and really enjoy watching you fixing them. Thank you, keep it up 🎉😋
Love you Cowboy. Thanks for all your inspirational videos and of course your gentleman/cowboy manners. I can smell the ribs all the way up here in indiana! Oooh baby got me doing the happy dance. Definitely gonna try this next time i cook up some ribs!
God bless you Kent a and Shannon
Your Comfort Food the Cowboy Way cookbook is ending up being one of only three cookbooks that I'll have read from cover to cover. The other two are Favorite Comfort Food by Martha Stewart and The Great Margarita Book by Al Lucero. I am enjoying your cookbook so much. Thank you for sharing your stories.
Thanks Kent !!! Party Time !!!
Pressure cook if you can!
I have had incredible luck marinating them overnight with some Lime juice (natural tenderizer), liquid smoke, A1, salt, etc- then after it starts chattering, 22min, then broil 5min to crisp it up some.
I used the pandemic to learn how to make them fall off the bone like a pro, and to get invited to dinners these days!
What? That's the work of the devil!
Why would you say that? You might pressure cook your ribs, and there’s any ways to cook ribs, but this video is not about pressure cooking ribs. Have you tried the Party Ribs recipe? If not, have a little respect. Follow the recipe here and come back and let us know what you think of this recipe and manner of cooking.
When I cook country ribs I pressure cook them with a bit of vinegar in the cooker. I was always told that vinegar breaks down the fat. When they come out they just fall apart. Then I would throw them in a pan and season and slather them with barbecue sauce of whatever flavor you like. Then on to the grill and voila! I’m going to try your baby backs. I already have all your cook books and spices so I’m set!
I love this guy. Especially when he talks like Yoda from Star Wars. He’s awesome!
Thanks for all you two
Do !❤
Once again, these looked amazing! Wow! Thank you for sharing!
God bless all here ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Looks so good!!❤
That's the way to go, especially if you're cooking for a crowd.- Thanks!
You got that right!
What a great video and food item this time !
Just when you didn't think it couldn't get better..... then Kent and Shan come out with a new recipe that has to be a world class .... I would so love to spend a day with both Kent and Shan..... I can only imagine the wisdom that I would gain in just that short time...

Great Kentucky windage skill, while aiming that dry rub from atop
I use a rub from Detroit MI Eastern Market! Cooked on a Weber Kettle, I remove the membrane on the bone side.. Rub well, cook 90% bone side down at 325, finish with or without sauce.. Enjoy!
Love your humor and cookin !!!
