- Happy Monday everyone! Today I am formally introducing my 2005 Honda CRF250R to the channel and talking about all of the upcoming content that I'm going to create with this bike. If you have been watching the channel for a while now, you might have seen my CRF sitting in the corner of my shop with no engine installed. I'm very excited to say that I just got the bike back from Mods By MRW with fresh engine rebuild, which included a Hot Rods crankshaft, Wiseco piston, & upgraded valves and springs. Been enjoyin your sv650 content! I just bought a nice used one with low miles. I already cracked the lower right fairing though :( . Think you could recommend a repair strategy? I have a video, but iam not sure if its cheaper to repair the one fairing or buy a full set from fairing master.
I would recommend having a professional repair it. I’m no body specialist. But those guys have plenty of repair methods. If you can have someone repair and paint match your damaged lower fairing cheaper than buying a pair of aftermarket lower fairings. I would advise having yours repaired. OEM quality fairings are much better than aftermarket fairings.
Can you put front fairings on a 2007 sv650n
If it is a true N model, not easily. Unfortunately, the true N model frames do not have a mounting point for the S model upper fairing stay bracket. You would have to fabricate a mounting bracket to make it work. You could buy an OEM fly screen for your N model which is a super nice cosmetic mod for the N models.

You can’t get Sergei to reply to you? He’s usually very good at replying to people… I have a few engines available but I don’t like shipping engines. Too much liability and cost of shipping is too high. I apologize.

@@SkateAndReview im not sure where heh. Couldnt really find it. Unfortunately i have 0 2nd gen motors. You can persuade a 1g motor to work in an 03 though. I can freight them if i have to but theyre not cheap (needs to be palletized and sent through a truck carrier)

I know it’s not really practical to buy a engine online and pay for a swap but I built a attachment and I don’t really want another bike lol. Especially after I had just dropped cash on new vortex chain sprockets, and q3’s and was barely beginning to get to know my Sv
