I had a colleague who said she lived in one of these warehouse flats. The landlord was quite bad and didn't take care of it and was forcing them to pay any damages. Also, the bigger issue was that there were so many people and she got a lot of items stolen, including her bike and a laptop :/
Good job on the video guys ! Would have definitely loved to have this when I was looking for a flat ... I ended up finding a room in Walthamstow that I really liked, I was on Victoria line and paid 600£ all included, so I think it's also a good area to look at on a budget !
Where have you managed to find warehouse rooms for that price? I’ve only ever seen between £600-£700 apart from maybe the occasional £550 and the room was tiny
Any chance you can build a shack in the UK in the outskirts.. I am not a big beliver in taxes landlords or the rest of the hooey.. just want something hella cheap as an economic migrant, don't care if I live in a boiler room
BORRIS JOHNSON ruined Renting scheme by introducing (affordable rent) which is double the price of social rent. How do you manage to call something twice the price affordable. I call it (BORRIS RENT) so people relate better to it.
Don't use NOTTING HILL GENSIS Terrible Landlord. Still waiting 2 months for them to repair paintwork. They refuse to even tell me which paint was used so can't repair it myself
