Quickly becoming a fan of CP inks! I am also a planner. Love the creative outlet it provides plus it makes keeping track of things fun! Some days do suck and there is nothing wrong with a snarky sticker to document it, but most of my spreads are positive and motivating. I have often stamped and ink blended in my planner! Thank you for sharing your journey. The stigma around mental health care really needs to be gone. You are helping!

Thank for this video, Mary. I recently realized that I have had anxiety since I was a very young girl. I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, diabetes, hypothyroidism, and a few other things going on. My Mom has dementia ever since we lost my brother 16 years ago. We’ve always been super close. Last May I started taking better care of my health. I’ve lost about 35 lbs. I’m trying to get out of my head and relax. So thank you for sharing your journey with MH.
Mary, not only are your cards fabulous, but you spoke exactly what I needed to hear today. I recently got my first and only tattoo on my wrist which reads "hope" as a reminder to myself never to give up. Thank you for your encouraging words and willingness to share. I just got some CP inks and I LOVE them! They are fantastic for stamping, but I honestly wasn't sure what else I could do with them, so I really appreciate this video and all your tips. I can't wait to get some more colors. The ocean stamp set is adorable. I love all of your cards. Tyfs! I'm so glad you're going to focus on your self care. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I'm so glad that you are not only improving your mental & physical health, but also brought it out openly. You never know what you may have inspired in someone else who was struggling! I love what you did with the cards, & although I've not jumped on the CP ink bandwagon as of yet, I love these new colors.

Wow! It was wonderful to hear someone, who I admire, speak about her personal journey, (that wasn't all perfect and sunshine, rainbows and lollipops)! Very inspiring for me. Here's the BUT..., but I am old and arthritic and retired much earlier than I ever expected, so I can't get much better than I am at present. As I heard your story, I kept thinking, that's what I should have done 30 years ago. Now I have kind of resigned myself to just expect to limp along.
I got a free CP ink pad from SBC (full size!) and dang, it is super juicy. I have 48 of the distress oxides and if I use them to stamp, I will usually clear heat emboss it and it is beautiful! I love this color scheme! As for mental health, I am glad you are taking care of yourself. After 40, your hormones start getting really wonky, so you might have your hormone levels checked. I think as women, we tend to put ourselves last and if you're not taking care of yourself, you can't take care of anyone else. Stay strong---we are here for you! Oh, and the cards are adorable!
