The back/shoulder stretch at 22:32 is challenging. You must loosen up to do it safely!^^ You do these yoga sessions very well, Soo Jin. You show how to start and how to cool down and end each session. You are very natural in your presentation to students, showing them everything. For example, you even demonstrate how to rest/cool down/"re-adjust" like at 3:02. I also do that (at 3:02) sometimes before I start another cobra position. Soo Jin, you have built a nice library of exercise videos for students. I have been using from your videos these exercises: the cat, cow, cobra, neck rotations, neck side-to-side, shoulder range of motion, the plank (two ways -- on elbows and on hands), stretches for the back (various, including the long stretch and the baby position), ankle rotations, foot massage and pressure point (and massage the calf), and various other stretches.
