I fast from 7pm-12pm daily. I did start losing weight initially but then I plateaued and start noticing bloating. The major thing I wasn't doing was not breaking my fast properly. I will now break my fast with a swift walk and eat high protein/fiber. Also, I was still eating the way I normally eat (junk). I hope this will help with the weight loss and bloating. Hello, I fast too. And I walk like a crazy woman. I break my fast with protein . But I will start weight training now since it will be getting dark sooner. I take chia seeds and magnesium. I am doing better than ever. I love exercising and eating well. I'm a snacker but when I fast I can control it. My blood pressure last time I went to the dr it was 126/? but dr said I was doing great. You're an inspiration.

Great info. I would never suggest that non-diabetics get on Ozempic (even at low dosage), considering what the main purpose of that toxic pill is. It increases the chance of hypoglycemia, especially in people with normal blood sugar levels. Its no different than taking antibiotics without having an infection. Those can destroy the guy microbiome and end up causing issues as well as immunity to antibiotic families. I tell people often to not let celebrity endorsements of drugs cause them to destroy their metabolic health, especially when many of these celebrities do not use this drugs, but as simply paid to tell their fans to use them. I WAS a type II diabetic until about five months into 16:8 intermittent fasting along with eating a high fat/low carb animal based diet. This combo along with getting a good 4 to 5 miles of straight walking every other day allowed me to lose 27lbs within 2&1/2 months, my A1C dropped from 10.9 avg to 5.4 by the sixth month. Pills are rarely ever the answer to weight or other health issues, and can cause far worse issues while treating the current one.

Hello. Thank you for watching! The glucomannan can be taken at any time, even during your fast window. While it does “technically “ break your fast… because is has only 2 carbs, No sugar and only 10 calories… it will not cause an insulin response. So it “mimics fasting” similar to the way the keto diet does. It’s an excellent way to keep hunger at bay during your fasting window. If you’re not experiencing hunger.. you can take it as recommended… 30 minutes-1 hour before meals. If you are taking the Ashwagandha gummies, it must be consumed within your eating window because the added sugar can trigger an insulin response. Hope that helps. Good luck on your journey! 💪🏾

I throw in a 36 hour fast once a week and intermittent fasting the rest of the week. I tried ADF but haven’t been feeding my body correctly to do that. I’m building up to ensure I eat Whole Foods and get all my nutrients so I can do ADF. So far i lost 5 lbs last month with IF.

Ive been on a low dose of Ozempic for 8 months , however, it didn’t really start working until I started eating healthier and intermittent fasting about 2 months ago. I’d like to stop taking now since I feel like I’ve adopted healthier habits and I no longer need the medication. How would you recommend I stop taking it? Cold turkey or slowly wean?

It usually isn’t advised to abruptly discontinue the medication because of the increased risk for weight regain and rise in blood glucose levels. Unless you are on the lowest dose your provider will likely wean you off. (Especially if you are prediabetic or diabetic)

Hello! Eating window… is simply the time you choose to eat. For example …. If you fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours….. your eating window could be 9am - 5pm, or 10am-6pm. The “eating window” is the 8 hour time frame you choose to consume food.

Pick a intermittent schedule for like have your first meal at 3pm then at 6-7 have a healthy snack then 9-11pm have another healthy meal/ fruits. If still hungry have a snack like grapes or cucumbers at 1am that way your fasted from 1am to 3pm the next day as you will be getting rest most the morning when you get off

Hello. Thank you for watching. Technically broth does break your fast. But it does not cause a significant insulin response because it is very low calories and no carbs. So it mimics fasting, similar to the way the keto diet does. So you will remain in “fat burning” or ketosis if you do sip on the broth until you consume a high carb / sugar meal.

I keep going up and down 10 pounds and I need to lose 60 pounds plus I'm a Vegetarian / Vegan (sometimes I slip and eat dairy cheese). I'm 54, soon to be 55 and I'm not sure if my Menopausal issues are part of the problem, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on because I do feel good and not hungry when I'm fasting. I'm a Christian and have done three day water fasts many times successfully but I just can't seem to lose more than 10 pounds which is so exhausting and discouraging and sometimes causes me to go back to eating some things I shouldn't eat during my feeding times. 😪 Also, I noticed on one of your pics. you displayed during the video that you were standing on one of those vibrating floor pads. I was just wondering if they worked as I've been contemplating buying one. Would you please do a video on your experience and thoughts of that product? Thank you. 😊
Nobody asked but I'll just add this because it may help some. If you already have loose skin you may still have loose skin. I intermittent fasted and i went smaller but some of the the body "imperfections" i had were still there. Resistance training can help. Your body won't necessarily look like hers even if you do the exact same things, we all have different body types and composition

My doctor told me yesterday, she was very upset might I add because she advised being that I’m reaching 40, it’s not helping my metabolism. I usually can’t eat anything before noon because I was fasting from 8 AM to noon. I’m going to try eating my yogurt, blueberries and boil eggs early in the am for a few weeks straight to see if I noticed a difference in the scale. I have PCOS, NAFL and am prediabetic. I have to lose this weight.
Absolutely! With OMAD sometimes I find that Im not eating enough calories, because I’m full or just not hungry. This is a good way to get in enough protein and calories and still eat OMAD.
Hello. Thanks for watching! As a former nightshift worker… I KNOW the struggle. It’s so hard. I recommend eating light during the day and meal prepping for work. Eat 1 meal. No snacks. I used to eat sugary snack all night just to have energy and stay AWAKE. It was the worst thing I could do. I would “crash” a hour after my snack and have to eat AGAIN. More sugar. I gained so much weight. Especially in my abdominal region because my cortisol levels were so high ( FYI- people who work night shift usually have elevated cortisol levels because they likely are not getting enough sleep during the day and your circadian rhythm is thrown off) Meal prep is the best way to go. Protein and fiber to keep you full. Healthy carbs to keep you going. ( example- BD small fruit salad). Hope that helps a bit. Good luck. PS. Stay away from protein bars.. they are 🚮 lol
Hello! Thank you for watching! You do not eat at all during your fasting window. During that time… you are fasting and not consuming calories. During your eating window you can eat as many times as you desire, although I recommend no more than 3 meals w/ dessert consumed directly after the meal. NO snacking in between meals. I do OMAD - which is one meal a day. But I didn’t start intermittent fasting doing OMAD. I started with two meals within a 8 hours eating window. I shortening the window/ time frame to 4 hours. Then I went down to OMAD/ 1 hour. Hope that helps ❤️

Hello. Thank you for watching! The glucomannan can be taken at any time, even during your fast window. While it does “technically “ break your fast… because is has only 2 carbs, No sugar and only 10 calories… it will not cause an insulin response. So it “mimics fasting” similar to the way the keto diet does. It’s an excellent way to keep hunger at bay during your fasting window.
If you’re not experiencing hunger.. you can take it as recommended… 30 minutes-1 hour before meals.
If you are taking the Ashwagandha gummies, it must be consumed within your eating window because the added sugar can trigger an insulin response.

What if you don't eat meat or dairy? Can you show what you eat in a day and what ppl can eat if they don't eat meat? What do you put in your coffee? What about herbal tea? Do you eat fruit?
I throw in a 36 hour fast once a week and intermittent fasting the rest of the week. I tried ADF but haven’t been feeding my body correctly to do that. I’m building up to ensure I eat Whole Foods and get all my nutrients so I can do ADF. So far i lost 5 lbs last month with IF.

Ive been on a low dose of Ozempic for 8 months , however, it didn’t really start working until I started eating healthier and intermittent fasting about 2 months ago. I’d like to stop taking now since I feel like I’ve adopted healthier habits and I no longer need the medication. How would you recommend I stop taking it? Cold turkey or slowly wean?

It usually isn’t advised to abruptly discontinue the medication because of the increased risk for weight regain and rise in blood glucose levels. Unless you are on the lowest dose your provider will likely wean you off. (Especially if you are prediabetic or diabetic)

Hello! Eating window… is simply the time you choose to eat. For example …. If you fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours….. your eating window could be 9am - 5pm, or 10am-6pm. The “eating window” is the 8 hour time frame you choose to consume food.

Do you have tips for night shift workers?
Pick a intermittent schedule for like have your first meal at 3pm then at 6-7 have a healthy snack then 9-11pm have another healthy meal/ fruits. If still hungry have a snack like grapes or cucumbers at 1am that way your fasted from 1am to 3pm the next day as you will be getting rest most the morning when you get off

Hello. Thank you for watching. Technically broth does break your fast. But it does not cause a significant insulin response because it is very low calories and no carbs. So it mimics fasting, similar to the way the keto diet does. So you will remain in “fat burning” or ketosis if you do sip on the broth until you consume a high carb / sugar meal.

Hello Ianna...you look Wonderful by the way! 🤩 I've been doing intermittent fasting for over two years now and I haven't noticed much progress if any at all. I keep going up and down 10 pounds and I need to lose 60 pounds plus I'm a Vegetarian / Vegan (sometimes I slip and eat dairy cheese). I'm 54, soon to be 55 and I'm not sure if my Menopausal issues are part of the problem, I'm just trying to figure out what's going on because I do feel good and not hungry when I'm fasting. I'm a Christian and have done three day water fasts many times successfully but I just can't seem to lose more than 10 pounds which is so exhausting and discouraging and sometimes causes me to go back to eating some things I shouldn't eat during my feeding times. 😪 Also, I noticed on one of your pics. you displayed during the video that you were standing on one of those vibrating floor pads. I was just wondering if they worked as I've been contemplating buying one. Would you please do a video on your experience and thoughts of that product? Thank you. 😊
Nobody asked but I'll just add this because it may help some. If you already have loose skin you may still have loose skin. I intermittent fasted and i went smaller but some of the the body "imperfections" i had were still there. Resistance training can help. Your body won't necessarily look like hers even if you do the exact same things, we all have different body types and composition

@@tammysandridge5482 I’ve done IF off and on for a few years now. At one point, I lost 17 pounds but gained it back. My doctor told me yesterday, she was very upset might I add because she advised being that I’m reaching 40, it’s not helping my metabolism. I usually can’t eat anything before noon because I was fasting from 8 AM to noon. I’m going to try eating my yogurt, blueberries and boil eggs early in the am for a few weeks straight to see if I noticed a difference in the scale. I have PCOS, NAFL and am prediabetic. I have to lose this weight.

Absolutely! With OMAD sometimes I find that Im not eating enough calories, because I’m full or just not hungry. This is a good way to get in enough protein and calories and still eat OMAD.
Did you get a breast reduction or did they go too? Looking to hopefully slim down on mine too during my weight loss journey.
From my experience, the breasts go as well.

Hello. Thanks for watching! As a former nightshift worker… I KNOW the struggle. It’s so hard. I recommend eating light during the day and meal prepping for work. Eat 1 meal. No snacks.
I used to eat sugary snack all night just to have energy and stay AWAKE. It was the worst thing I could do. I would “crash” a hour after my snack and have to eat AGAIN. More sugar. I gained so much weight. Especially in my abdominal region because my cortisol levels were so high ( FYI- people who work night shift usually have elevated cortisol levels because they likely are not getting enough sleep during the day and your circadian rhythm is thrown off)
Meal prep is the best way to go. Protein and fiber to keep you full. Healthy carbs to keep you going. ( example- BD small fruit salad).

How many times should you eat in your fasting period
Hello! Thank you for watching! You do not eat at all during your fasting window. During that time… you are fasting and not consuming calories.
During your eating window you can eat as many times as you desire, although I recommend no more than 3 meals w/ dessert consumed directly after the meal. NO snacking in between meals.
I do OMAD - which is one meal a day. But I didn’t start intermittent fasting doing OMAD. I started with two meals within a 8 hours eating window. I shortening the window/ time frame to 4 hours. Then I went down to OMAD/ 1 hour.

We are "Israelites," Yah's "Chosen" people.

BACKGROUND:
We descend from Noah's son "Shem," aka the Shemites, not from "Ham," aka the Hamites (the so-called Africans). Read the definition of "Ham" in Zondervan's Compact Bible Dictionary:
Ham: "The youngest son of Noah...He became the progenitor of the dark races, not the Negros..."
WHERE IS OUR HOMELAND:
We Israelites are NOT from Africa. Our homeland is the biblical "Land of Israel" (the Promised Land) (a portion of the "Land of Shem"), which encompasses numerous countries in the modern-day "so-called" Middle East. Our western boundary is the Mediterranean Sea, and our eastern boundary is short of the Euphrates River.
Ham’s son Canaan stole and illegally occupied a portion of our “Promised Land” from Shem, and then named it “The Land of Canaan.” A curse was placed on Canaan and his future generations forever because of that.
Noah prophesied Canaan would receive a curse in the future (Gen 9:15, 'Cursed be Canaan...'), for Noah foresaw Canaan's theft and illegal occupation of Shem's land. Read about it in the "Book of Jubilees" Chapter 10 verse 28 to 34.
Today, there are still heathen trespassers that are illegally occupying a portion of our "Promised Land." [ Luke 21:24 ]
HOW DID WE END UP ON "SLAVE SHIPS" (the Transatlantic Slave Trade) in West Africa, WHEN OUR HOMELAND was in ISRAEL?
In 70 A.D., the Romans set out to slaughter as many Israelites as they could in Jerusalem. So, millions of us fled from Israel into all parts of Africa (our next-door neighbor) to hide amongst the dark-skinned Africans [The same way Joseph, Mary, and the young Messiah fled into Egypt and blended in with the dark-skinned Egyptians, hiding from Herod] [ Matthew 2:13 ]. We hid amongst them for many years, avoiding the Romans, who were actively hunting us.
[ Matthew 2:13 ] ...the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph...saying...take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt...for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.
In those days, the Suez Canal (which currently separates Africa from the Middle East) did not exist. We were able to walk into Africa on foot.
In Africa, the Romans couldn't tell the difference between us Israelites and the dark-skinned Hamites (Africans). Ultimately, the Africans, who hated us Israelites and hated us living in their land, agreed to help the Romans identify us, round us up, place us in shackles, and eventually put us on slave ships to be shipped all across the earth and sold as slaves.
WE Israelites, Yah's "Chosen" People, HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of us, were the slaves on those slave ships that you read about in history books today, NOT the Africans.
THAT IS HOW WE ENDED UP IN AFRICA and WERE SHIPPED as SLAVES from the WEST COAST OF AFRICA.
As you can see now, ONCE AGAIN, it was the AFRICANS that were directly involved in enslaving us Israelites.
AGAIN? WHEN ELSE? Remember, we (Israelites) were the slaves in Egypt (Mizraim) [Mizraim - African son of Ham] in the days of Moses that "Pharaoh refused to let go." We were enslaved in Egypt for approximately 210 years. When Moses (from the Tribe of Levi) led us out of Egypt, it was us Israelites that Yah parted the Red Sea for, on our way to the "Promised Land."
That 1956 movie "The Ten Commandments" with Charlton Heston, which claims to depict God's people enslaved in Egypt and led out by Moses, is a lie. In that movie, nearly everyone is "so-called" white people, even the Africans. What a joke. That is utterly ridiculous and a bold-faced lie.
They also intentionally do not call the Israelite slaves "Israelites," they call them "Hebrews," to mislead and deceive you. The world does not want anyone to know that the "Israelites" are Yah's "Chosen" people, still to this day.
In reality, regarding that captivity, the "enslavers" (Egyptians / Mizraimites) were dark-skinned Africans, and we slaves (Israelites) were dark-skinned. THERE WERE NO "so-called" WHITE PEOPLE THERE during our captivity in Egypt.
This is the history the "world" doesn't want you to know. They want you to continue believing the lie that "so-called" black people are Africans.
They don't want you to connect the dots that help identify the "so-called" black people as being the "Israelites," Yah's "Chosen" people; it is these same connected dots that exposes a certain group of people of today that are falsely claiming themselves to be God's chosen people, and are not.
They don't want you to know that every prophecy listed in Deuteronomy 28:15 to Deuteronomy 28:68 that Yah said would happen only to His "Chosen" people, the Israelites, happened exactly the way He said it would (to "so-called" black people), and these things were prophesied thousands of years ago.
For example, they don't want you connecting the dots in the Deuteronomy 28:68 prophecy, stating that Yah's chosen people would be enslaved again just like they were in Egypt, but this time, instead of walking into Egypt (slavery), they would be sent into slavery by way of "slave ships."

And the LORD shall bring thee [Israelites] into Egypt [slavery/bondage - see Exodus 20:2 below] again [you will be slaves again just like you were in Egypt] with ships [you will be sent into slavery on slave ships - The Transatlantic Slave Trade], by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold [Negro Slave auctions] unto your enemies for bondmen [slave men] and bondwomen [slave women], and no man shall buy you [no man will pay for, redeem, nor buy your way out of slavery].

I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage [slavery].
I, myself, am an “Israelite” from the Tribe of “Judah,” a disciple of Christ (Yahusha), and a soldier of the Most High God (Yahuah / Yah), and a life-long member of the “Body of Christ.”
I humbly ask that you provide these “truths” to others, thus clarifying any confusion regarding Yah’s chosen people and the “Body of Christ.”
LET THEM KNOW WHO WE TRULY ARE, which destroys the enemy’s attempt at claiming we are something that we are not.
Now that you know the truth, you have a very important decision to make.
Will you refer to Yah's "Chosen" people by our rightful God-given name "Israelites," aka the descendants of Israel, the man, and will you also correct others that refer to us incorrectly, or will you willingly allow the “author of confusion” Satan, and other’s, false, deceptive, and malicious labeling of Yah's "Chosen" people to continue?
