    i would also recommend freshly juiced beetroot juice, it’s sooooo incredible for collagen production. I drank it every morning and in the first week my skin, especially facial skin was so bright. I wish more ppl knew about it

      @@lakeishaallen8831 i actually make it myself! just buy a bunch of beets and juice them with ginger,oranges, lemon and a little bit of Celtic salt or himalayan salt (to create electrolytes in your drink)!
      there’s also a brand called biona that sells beetroot juice, just make sure it isn’t filled with other unhealthy ingredients (biona brand isn’t), you should be able to find it near an organic food store or online. Just make sure to drink it for at least 2-3 weeks to start getting result but they could come sooner too :)

      also i want to say i mainly used it to control my breakouts and dullness on my face, it made my facial skin look more alive. I haven’t paid too much attention to if it helps stretchmarks cuz mine used to be purple but now they’re white and not as noticeable. So if you do have stretchmarks and it isn’t super effective, don’t give up cuz it has so many other benefits for you facial skin and insides.

    Could you please share your intermittent fasting schedule? Did you do 16:8 24:4 or alternate day, I know there's a few methods.

      Hello. I buy the retin A under the brand name vitacid. It’s sold over the counter in India and Mexico. So that is where it’s being shipped from. I usually order from ecrater but you’ll also see it sold on eBay. I recommend seeing a doctor for an initial visit to make sure it’s correct for you . However this is an affordable option once treatment has been started.

      I lost 110 pounds fasting your fasting schedule isn’t long enough I think 20/4 or OMAD one meal a day are the sweet spots to losing weight if you have lots of weight to lose then ADF alternate day fasting is even better

      Hello. Thank you for watching 💕I would start by shortening my eating window. Start with 18/6 and progress from there. I do OMAD when trying to drop weight quickly for an event , but its difficult to sustain for life. 20/4 is what I do for maintenance.
      I would also try monitoring my daily carbs. Keep them below 100 to start. Also consider you may also have hormonal factors at play. Thyroid dysfunction and excessive cortisol are notorious for preventing weight loss.

    Good tips I think unknowingly many of us intermittent fast from evening to breakfast/lunch. I don't fast for long periods consistently only maybe once a week but have reduced my calories intake and that's helped defo agree with muscle building. It's easy to just want to reduce your calories many people just think eating less and forget you can eat less and lose fat with more nutrient dense foods instead of starving your body. We must remember to retain protein levels so instead of thinking I'm only gonna eat salad. What are you putting in the salad chicken breast edamame beans chickpeas pumpkin seeds and spinach and kale over just iceberg lettuce to get the protein in. Those who don't eat meat need more beans and legumes. I used to be vegan and knowing what I know now I would do things a lot differently I ate mostly vegetables but hardly much protein

      @@Prytimina Hi! I currently do IF 16:8. I eat my first meal at noon and last by 8 pm. I drink mushroom coffee with MCT oil during my fasting window. I started my journey by eating carnivore (eggs, meat, bacon, a little cheese) for 30 days. It was a challenge some days but it really jumpstarted my weight loss and knocked out all cravings and late night snacking. Now I’m sticking with low carbs. I eat 2 meals a day and if I need a snack I will have a cup of berries with yogurt or apple slices and almond butter or baby carrots and hummus. The weight has been consistently coming off and I’m postmenopausal, so that’s huge for me! Good luck on your journey!

I have vlogs showing me at the gym and my body along the way. Please do a bit a research before you post and try to discredit someone’s hard work and advice. You only make yourself look foolish.
