i would also recommend freshly juiced beetroot juice, it’s sooooo incredible for collagen production. I drank it every morning and in the first week my skin, especially facial skin was so bright. I wish more ppl knew about it
@@lakeishaallen8831 i actually make it myself! just buy a bunch of beets and juice them with ginger,oranges, lemon and a little bit of Celtic salt or himalayan salt (to create electrolytes in your drink)! there’s also a brand called biona that sells beetroot juice, just make sure it isn’t filled with other unhealthy ingredients (biona brand isn’t), you should be able to find it near an organic food store or online. Just make sure to drink it for at least 2-3 weeks to start getting result but they could come sooner too :) hope that helps
also i want to say i mainly used it to control my breakouts and dullness on my face, it made my facial skin look more alive. I haven’t paid too much attention to if it helps stretchmarks cuz mine used to be purple but now they’re white and not as noticeable. So if you do have stretchmarks and it isn’t super effective, don’t give up cuz it has so many other benefits for you facial skin and insides.

We must remember to retain protein levels so instead of thinking I'm only gonna eat salad. What are you putting in the salad chicken breast edamame beans chickpeas pumpkin seeds and spinach and kale over just iceberg lettuce to get the protein in. Those who don't eat meat need more beans and legumes. I used to be vegan and knowing what I know now I would do things a lot differently I ate mostly vegetables but hardly much protein

I started my journey by eating carnivore (eggs, meat, bacon, a little cheese) for 30 days. It was a challenge some days but it really jumpstarted my weight loss and knocked out all cravings and late night snacking. Now I’m sticking with low carbs. I eat 2 meals a day and if I need a snack I will have a cup of berries with yogurt or apple slices and almond butter or baby carrots and hummus. The weight has been consistently coming off and I’m postmenopausal, so that’s huge for me! Good luck on your journey!

I usually order from ecrater but you’ll also see it sold on eBay. I recommend seeing a doctor for an initial visit to make sure it’s correct for you . However this is an affordable option once treatment has been started.
I lost 110 pounds fasting your fasting schedule isn’t long enough I think 20/4 or OMAD one meal a day are the sweet spots to losing weight if you have lots of weight to lose then ADF alternate day fasting is even better
