Yes, most of them get their waist at the doctors office and put false message out there about how much exercise, push up, squats, you name it, that they are doing. However, it is super easy to know the difference!!
Can I chew gum?, because the main reason I eat is because I have a chewing problem and stress problems, chewing gum helps me calm down and think about eating less

I am on a health care journey of my own. I started out at 285 dropped down to the 240s stayed there in that range for awhile. I was sick most of last year so it was difficult for me to have a routine. So back in late May of 2024 started getting back serious with my routine. I work out 4 days a week. Do intermittently fasting. On the weekends now I'm doing fasting without food or sugary drinks. I learned that helps boost the metabolism. I'm 222 right now. By next year hope to be down to 132. Thank you for being an inspiration. I watch your videos often. You look incredible continued blessings.

I don’t agree respectfully with your opinion on waist training, but if you’re going to do it PLEASE 🙏🏾 WEAR A TANKTOP , then put waist trainer on ,, waaay more comfortable,, I have seen my stomach go down and stay down with them, but I go two sizes up then whatever I think I am , it works, ⭐️There’s latex waist trainers for gym/ workout uses and it’s more flexible.. it was a game changer 1. Improves posture 2. I don’t over eat ( it gets tighter 😅) 3. I sweat more 4. My confidence goes up because it brings in the waist and looks amazing Whatever helps YOU is the key 🔑
Intermittent Fasting is the best way to clean up and release weight.Consistency in doing what works for you is the key. It all depends on how you thrive cause what works for one can be detrimental for another. The longer that you fast the more that you are setting the receptor sites inside your body go after the glucose stored in the fat.

Waist trainers work if you work. Lol I found out by accident years ago. For two weeks I would rub on albolene put on a sauna jacket (or plastic bag if my sauna jacket was in the wash) a walmart sweat band then a corset for extra compression. I would then go to the gym and walk on the treadmill for at least an hour every day. Of course I sweated a ton, but after those two weeks I stood in front of the mirror, took everything off to shower and noticed where I had been placing the sweat band higher up on one side than the other and my body reflected that😂 Something else I noticed was with the corset on, it corrected my posture and for what ever reason when I challenged myself to a jog on the treadmill I could go much longer without needing to stop. Like from 1 minute without it to almost 5. I plan to get back to exercising using the same method but my choice would be jump rope.
Yes that rope is everything I jump rope 500 jumps a day I’m at my weight goal i strength training 2 days a week for 45 minutes and o also do palate’s for 45 minutes right after my strength training and everything works wonder but last importantly weightloss begins in the kitchen 🤍🙂🤍🙂
Same! I wear a waist trainer when I work out and have lost about 5 inches off of my waist. Most trainers hate for you to wear them. When I had a trainer I kept it off for him, but when I exercise on my own, I wear it.
