I think I have to look up this video every single time I need to descale my Keurig. It's way clearer than Keurig's instructions, but still concise enough that I can jump to the parts I need without an issue. Thank you so much for making this!

Hi Just a Dad, I just had to tell you my descale light has been on for close to 3 years. I have never found a video that explained it the way you did and told us how to get into the descale mode and I just wanna thank you so much. I finally got my D scale light to go off and everything is lovely. Thanks so much. I have subscribed and looking forward to more videos. Pamela H.
Hi just a dad! Please don't ever take this down! It's my go to every time I have to descale! Your step by step instructions are easy to follow and get the job done! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your clear, concise and "soothing" explanation of how to descale the K-Supreme for a tech-challenged person! I used your video several weeks ago for the first time and, fortunately had saved your video for "the next time". I love and appreciate the detail you give with each step (explaining, "I haven't touched the K- button or anything, getting toward the end, still in dealing mode, etc") as if I needed to hear EVERYTHING you say!! Thank you so much!
I have a question- we have a separate UV purifier for our water, it has absolutely NOTHING in it. Better than distilled. So- theoretically, our Keurig should never need descaling. Can I just put it in "descale mode" & continue to use it normally to get rid of the descale light? Will that work? Or does lifting the handle to insert/remove pods screw up the process?
Several months ago, I struggled with this process until I found your video. This morning I watched you as I descaled. Not a single problem or question! I even cleaned the needles watching your other video. Thank you so much. I can’t thank you enough!
This is for Just a Dad. My "descale" light did come on my Keurig just like yours. I was at Walmart and purchased a bottle of descale AND white vinegar [will save me $$]. I followed your directions to the letter, not realizing I had to press the 8 and 12 buttons together to start the process. I pressed the "K", ran the rest of your instructions. At the last, when the "add water" light came on, and all the lights shut off. I will admit I stared at it for a second and shouted "IT WORKED!!!" The vinegar smell was gone when I poured everything out, rinsed it once and there was no smell. I celebrated by making myself a cup of bulletproof coffee with absolutely no problem. Thank you, thank you for your excellent video, instructions and ease of understanding! 🥰☕☕☕
What a great tutorial. I could not find any information in the Keureg instructions on how to descale with vinegar. You explained this process in detail without being confusing. Thank you.
I'm super cheap. I don't throw out the vinegar, I pour it into my kettle and use it to descale that. Then I use the vinegar again to clean my windows. Yes, I know I have issues.
My Keurig supreme is a little different. I got it a year ago from QVC so I don’t know if it’s a special model just for them. This video was great and I used it twice. The Keurig K Supreme Models have a history of this problem. The unit can overheat and trip the thermostat on the inside of the machine. I made a video on how to open up your Keurig and reset the thermostat with a paperclip. But it requires you to open it up. This is a link to the video ruclips.net/video/IdE_4NIQEro/видео.html If this does not fix the problem or you are not able to open it up, I would call Keurig 866-901-2739, They are aware of this problem and should replace you unit free of charge. Lot of other viewers have had this same problem during a descale the machine has to run a lot of cycles to run the solution through the machine then the rinse cycles. It is a good idea in the future to let the machine sit for 30 min before you start the rinse cycle, but you have to make sure the machine stays in descale mode or it will not turn you light out at the end of the rinse. Also some K Supreme the low water light does not come on and you might run the machine dry which can also cause the thermostat to trip. In the case of the low water light not coming on you have to stop the process and start all over, but this time you can just use water on both the first part and rinse cycle. The machine has to see the low water light come on for the logic in the descale mode to complete and turn the light off.
Just did my first vinegar descale...thanks to YOU!! I had used one of your other videos & had remembered you had this one up. Since it's 0 dark 30 & I'm out of Keurig solution...I have been rescued!! Thank you so much for all your videos!! xoPam, still Kelli's mom
This is my second Keurig Coffee Brewer. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf The first one lasted 6 years. It worked beautifully until the day it didn't. It was hard to go back to the drip coffee for a couple of days while I waited on my Keurig to get here. There is a huge difference in the taste. Keurig makes a really good cup of coffee. This new one is a little different from my old one. I find putting the water filter in was easier than on the old one. Attaching the water reservoir was also a little different but once I figured it out, it too was easier. This new one has the auto off feature but is not programmable like the old one. Only three cup sizes instead of four. The odd thing for me was how much lighter in weight this one is compared to my old one. More plastic and much less metal in the construction of this one. The price is so much less than the original Keurig that I bought and the coffee tastes the same so all in all I am satisfied.
Thank you! Thank you! My descale light came on for the first time (it’s just about 3 months old) and I didn’t have any descaling solution. Your instructions worked perfectly! I’m thrilled!
This video is a god send. The Keurig instructions were of no help. That’s what prompted me to look on you tube. There I found your clear, precise instructions for the descaling process. Thank you so much!
Thank you for being so clear in your directions! You give simple, step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow. HOW OFTEN have each of us fumbled in frustration trying to do something with directions that were unclear, in a different language, or lacked ALL the information?! Those writing or giving instructions, knowingly or unaware, often assume students already possess a certain level of knowledge. They don't consider not everyone has the same starting point in learning Your CLEAR and DIRECT directions are a breath of fresh air! If you're not an instructor already, you might consider becoming one. You are naturally gifted as a *teacher! (* I earned an American Council of Education certificate to teach adults and did so for a number of years. I know what I'm talking about and mean what I stated.)
I thought I followed all your directions and the blinking descale light just wouldn't stop! I watched the video again and noticed that I hadn't turned the machine off before pressing the buttons to enter descale mode. I did that correctly and after a couple more rinses all was good - thanks so much for a terrific video!
I agree with everyone else. It's so clear...I love it! So easy to follow. It's my first time and I'm on the water part. Thanks so much for this easy and clear video. I wish I could keep it without having to pay...
Thank you! You gave me exactly what I needed. Tip: use a large Tupperware container instead of a cup & level it to sit under the coffee spout. You won't have to keep dumping out each cup AND it prevents splashing onto your counter also.
Thank you so much!! I just wasted a bottle of the descaling solution because the bottle didn’t say anything about a “descaling mode” for my keurig. You’re video was super informative and I appreciate you showing everything step by step I’m going to use white vinegar from now on.
Thanks for your detailed tutorial! Don't forget to clean the puncture pins at top and bottom, as well as cleaning out the 2-piece black funnel to remove build-up.
Once again I needed to descale my K Supreme and needed to see your video again...thanks for making it easy to do...BTW I use the white vinegar to clean and descale my machine just like your video shows...works every time...Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
Nicely done. I use filtered water with a filter on the machine and ignored the descale command for a long time. I finally thought"it's time" and realized.i misplaced the directions. The video was very helpful, especially the time aspect. Glad I watched before my morning coffee!
Great video, thanks!! Got it all descaled in about 15 mins tops. Changed the filter and cleaned the pins by watching your video on that.👍🏼. All sparkling clean again and ready for my 1st brew.
Where can I find the video on the pins? I looked and couldn't find it. My Keurig isn't working well and I think its the puncture needles. When I try to make strong brew it won't work and when I use k pods it takes like 2-3 times ro get a decent cup of coffee.
I tried descalling yesterday using the instructions on the bottle, the light didn't go off. I found your video this morning, followed your instructions on your 2 years old video and it worked like a charm.
OMG!! Thank you so much for this video! Literal life saver! I love this keurig (I’ve had many in the last 10 years!) I recently bought a new Bc I couldn’t get mine to descale. I’m glad I found your video Bc now I have my machine back and I can return my new one!
I used the Keurig descaling solution according to their directions (carefully) and it overheated my Keurig and shut it down. It would not turn back on. Keurig knows this, because when I called them for help, they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked. I'm back to vinegar and very grateful for your demonstration. Thank you!
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching and The descale mode is something new Keurig came out with. I was the same way, I had no idea about it. Thanks again for watching and your kind words.!!
Thank you for this, this was exactly what I needed for mine. Super helpful with clear instructions. After this, I looked up the manual for this Keurig. You described it exactly as written. Excellent editing. Thanks.
I admit I never read the manual regarding descaling my unit but once I landed in descale mode, it annoyed me. I thought maybe descaling was a simple process of just brewing the cleaning mix solution along with some rinse cycles and the light would go off. So I tried it. After about an hour later and finally reaching for a video to help, I am out of descale mode. I am so thankful!!!!!! Please never delete this video as I may need to share it a lot. It was a big help!!!!! :)
Ok, so I descaled my machine with vinegar tonight . Great tutelage BTW. Upon finishing the five rinses, there was a slight vinegar taste to the rinse water,. Fortunately there are two early risers in my household that will use the machine before I get up. Thanks for the awesome instruction.
I have looked at too many videos on how to get the dang descale light to stop flashing! Your video is the BEST explanation. I don't think anyone else said to turn off the machine, THEN press 8 and 12 simultaneously! I've descaled twice and could never get the light off. You are calm, state the process in such an easy way. Thank you!!!
And I agree please don’t take it down as yet again when the light comes on here we are Looking to your great video to help us walk us through thank you so Much for making it for us

It works! I was getting so frustrated! My machine did not come with descale mode instructions. I am assuming that those instructions come with the Keurig descale product. In the past, I have revived 2 dead Keurig machines using vinegar and prefer using it. I tried my old process but the light remained on until you introduced me to the descale mode. Thank you!
@@chihuahuamartin24 Keurig has changed the way you descale your coffee maker. You have to put the machine in descale mode and follow it all the way through to get the descale light to go out. step by step instructions see below. You have to follow them all the way through. I hope this helps. put the descale solution in the tank. You have to put the machine in descale mode. First leave the machine plugged in, then turn the power button off. Press and hold the 8oz and 12oz button for 3 seconds till the big k brew button starts flashing. This puts it into descale mode. The only thing you will see is the big k button light on. the power button does not light up. press the k button and it will run 12 oz through the machine. keep pressing the k button till the add water light comes on. don't touch anything just put fresh water in the reservoir and the add water light will go out and the big k button will start flashing again. press the big k button to start the machine again this time it will be rinsing the machine at 12oz each time you press the button. keep pressing the k button till the add water light comes on again. Once you fill it up with water again it will come out of descale mode and now you are ready to use it again. turn it on and the descale light should be out. Let me know how it goes. YOU GOT THIS!!!!
This is a great and very helpful video. I will say that I will never purchase another Keurig, however. I purchased the K Supreme, and it stopped working. Keurig sent me another, and after a couple months, it literally burned out. I mean, it smelled like wires were burning. I told Keurig that this appears to be an issue with this model and requested the newer version, but they insisted on sending me another K Supreme (no longer made). Surprise, Surprise... It lasted about 4 months. I'm done with this brand.
Excellent demonstration! Easy to follow. Just to let you know, I did 12 ounces of the white vinegar and 14 ounces of fresh water and it worked out the same, but not so much extra rinsing after 👍

Thanks with helping me learn the proper way to descale. The booklet that comes with the coffee maker does not give you the instructions that you give. It just says to go to the Keurig website. The website was not helpful, you were.
Finally someone explains it so i can get rid of the descale light. I never let the low water lights come on so that is where i always went wrong. Thank you.
One good rule of thumb I learned cleaning Keurig's with vinegar is to run a cup of hot water at the end and add a splash of half and half to test if vinegar is completely out of the system. If you still have vinegar in your system, it will immediately curdle and ball up like small curds of cottage cheese... if it just clouds the water evenly, you're clean and ready to go again. I lost a couple k-cups learning this the hard way. Cannot recommend tasting it with the curds and vinegar... really bad taste!
Works like a charm! went to the Keurig site for instructions and that was a mess, THIS on the other hand wonderful. Great job explaining in plain English THANK YOU.
GM. Have had many issues with the Supreme. It was replaced after 4 months, new one today was producing steam this morning. Then descale light came on, I am descaling for almost an hour. Came here because I’ve had disastrous issues with calling Keurig. Worst customer service ever. I’m hoping Descale goes off soon. I am soaking new filter. Using vinegar, I have Keurig descaling solution. Searched for directions on bottle. Heads up for humans like me, you must look in bottom right hand corner of back label and remove top label to find directions. Your video 100 times easier and more helpful. Thank you, have to hit Descaling button again, will never purchase another Keurig. One one hour, but I keep hitting that button. Lol
Yes, please never take this video down. I could not get my machine in descaling mode until I followed your video. Thank you!! Oops, wrong video...for the Nespresso! 😊
Thank you so much!! I thought that I had descaled my Keurig, but my light was still flashing. NOW I KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG & HOW TO CORRECTLY DESCALE MY BELOVED KEURIG🥰 Thank you so very much for your video tutorial! It was so easy to follow and understand! 2 of my top reasons that I love your videos? #1 You are precise and to the point #2 You have a pleasant voice to listen to THANK YOU 🙏🏻 THANK YOU 😊 THANK YOU ☺️
Just a Dad to the rescue again, thanks! Vinegar worked just great, and I like not having to purchase the Keurig solution. I didn't taste any vinegar at all, but I made sure to flush with water to the max line.
ONE THING I LEARNED WHEN MY DESCALE LIGHT CAME ON WAS TO DESCALE THIS AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH. WE DIDN'T HAVE DESCALER ON HAND AND USED VINEGAR BUT STILL NOTHING HAPPENED. IT WAS CLOGGED IN THE PUNCTURE NOZZLE. THANKS FOR THIS DEMO, IT REALLY HELPED!!
Saved this video because I do it every 3 months and I never remember time to time which buttons to push to activate the mode. Descaling is better than buying a new machine more often. I love my K-Cup Brewer and the fact that my model has a descale mode instead of just having to run vinegar through it 100 times.
It’s amazing that one can pay so much for a machine and you can’t get this good of an explanation from the manufacturer. Can’t thank you enough now I’m all descaled LOL
Thank you so much for taking the time to do such a professional job describing how to clean the Keurig. You have a very gentle calm voice which is just what my husband, who goes nuts if he has to read directions, needs to keep my new Keurig clean.
Fantastic! The first K-Supreme we had died when my husband tried to descale it using the directions that came with the coffee pot. Keurig replaced it for free. The Descale light came on a week or so ago and we have been trying to ignore it because we were certain that the end result would be another call to Keurig or (and this was more likely, purchasing another brand of coffee pot). We watched your video, took notes let continue to run over and over as we followed your instructions and the end result is.....we get to keep this coffee pot and continue to enjoy our morning coffees. THANK YOU! PS, my son has the same machine and had the same result when his descale light came on and also called Keurig for a new machine. I am going to send him the link to this video. :)
I had the same problem. It is the heat fuse. I can be reset but you have to take the covers off the machine. Keurig has sent me a new machine too and it also quit while descaling. There is a RUclips video on how to reset the fuse. Good luck.
Just A Dad, thank you so much! The descaling light is finally off after a few months of flashing, even after I so called cleaned it with the solution. Your tutorial was simple and very easy to follow. Keep up the good work!
I wish I could “Like” this video every time I view it! It’s at the top of my “appliance playlist”, as I’ve watched many times. Thank you for the clear, easy instructions. I take that last, hot, vinegar solution and use it to clean the outer portions of the Keurig (I have a green pastel one) with a vinegar-damp paper towel. It’s also great to sanitize your clean sink. THANK YOU!
I found out the hard way to make sure to leave a little time between hitting the “K” button because if I rush it, the thermostat pops the machine off. Luckily you had a great video on how to rest machine. Thanks for your DIY videos.
Hi I'm just a husband and I had to get my coffee maker descaled bc if the wife woke up and she could not have her coffee omg the roof would come off the house lol. Thank you for the video. I would like to see your other videos too
Wow thank you so much. I did descale once today but the descale light stayed on. So I just saw your video and followed you and the descale light went off. Thanks so much. You explained perfectly.
I agree. Do not ever take this video down. Thank you so much. I have now used this video once, and I use your other video cleaning with the Keurig solution twice. Again thank you
Every time I have to descale our machine, I come back to your video. Thank you.
Any time!

This is my go-to every 3 2:59 months thank you please never take it down 💋☕
Keurig should pay you royalties . . . . these instructions are far better than anything Keurig produces
Keurig has no incentive to give clear directions. Their way, YOU MUST BUY ANOTHER
Finally a way to do it right and make the descaling light go off!!!!!!!!!
Please, do NOT TAKE THIS VIDEO down! So many of us use this each time we descale this Keurig model! Much appreciated!
Every time I descale...lol
Plain vinegar's been used for years in coffee makers before Keurigs came on the scene. No need to pay for their special solution. Great video, thanks.

You're so welcome!
This video is a god send. The Keurig instructions were of no help. That’s what prompted me to look on you tube. There I found your clear, precise instructions for the descaling process. Thank you so much!
Great to hear!
They don't consider not everyone has the same starting point in learning
Your CLEAR and DIRECT directions are a breath of fresh air! If you're not an instructor already, you might consider becoming one. You are naturally gifted as a *teacher!
(* I earned an American Council of Education certificate to teach adults and did so for a number of years. I know what I'm talking about and mean what I stated.)
Thank you so much
I thought I followed all your directions and the blinking descale light just wouldn't stop! I watched the video again and noticed that I hadn't turned the machine off before pressing the buttons to enter descale mode. I did that correctly and after a couple more rinses all was good - thanks so much for a terrific video!
Awesome!!! good job and stickin with it and figuring it out!!!
Thank you. My light would not stop blinking either. About to do it again the right way.
Thank you.
This is my fav video for descaling 😊
Sir: I thank you and our church thanks you. They had two Keurig's and both were in "Descale" mode. Thank you again.
I'm glad I could help!
Thank you so much!! I just wasted a bottle of the descaling solution because the bottle didn’t say anything about a “descaling mode” for my keurig. You’re video was super informative and I appreciate you showing everything step by step I’m going to use white vinegar from now on.
You are so welcome!
Haha, I did the same thing
Yes exactly! I just wasted a whole dang bottle of descaling solution 😡😡🤬
Thanks for your detailed tutorial!
Don't forget to clean the puncture pins at top and bottom, as well as cleaning out the 2-piece black funnel to remove build-up.
Thanks for Sharing and those are great tips!!
Awesome video it's under my favorites. Appreciate Dads tone and pace instills belief that all will be well !!❤
Once again I needed to descale my K Supreme and needed to see your video again...thanks for making it easy to do...BTW I use the white vinegar to clean and descale my machine just like your video shows...works every time...Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
Thank you so much “Just a Dad” I, (like many of the viewers) go back to this video every 3 months :) you are awesome!
Wow thanks so much for your kind words!!!
Here I am again I wouldn’t know what to do without your video thank you!
Nicely done. I use filtered water with a filter on the machine and ignored the descale command for a long time. I finally thought"it's time" and realized.i misplaced the directions. The video was very helpful, especially the time aspect. Glad I watched before my morning coffee!
Glad I could help!
Great video, thanks!! Got it all descaled in about 15 mins tops. Changed the filter and cleaned the pins by watching your video on that.👍🏼. All sparkling clean again and ready for my 1st brew.
Wow good job!!! way to go, it feels good to clean it all up and have it ready to go. Good job!!!!
Where can I find the video on the pins? I looked and couldn't find it. My Keurig isn't working well and I think its the puncture needles. When I try to make strong brew it won't work and when I use k pods it takes like 2-3 times ro get a decent cup of coffee.
Here I am looking again…it’s that time…. glad your still here…. thank you😊
I tried descalling yesterday using the instructions on the bottle, the light didn't go off. I found your video this morning, followed your instructions on your 2 years old video and it worked like a charm.
We appreciate your help! Love our coffee but descaling without instructions about how to enter descaling mode was frustrating. Vinegar works great.
Glad it helped!
Great presentation! You go through each step clearly. Thank you!
Thanks for Watching and your kind Words!!!
What do you like most about this machine?
OMG!! Thank you so much for this video! Literal life saver! I love this keurig (I’ve had many in the last 10 years!) I recently bought a new Bc I couldn’t get mine to descale. I’m glad I found your video Bc now I have my machine back and I can return my new one!
You are so welcome! Wow!! good job!!!! Thanks for sharing your story!! I love to hear how things are going out there.
What is your favorite K cup?
I used the Keurig descaling solution according to their directions (carefully) and it overheated my Keurig and shut it down. It would not turn back on. Keurig knows this, because when I called them for help, they immediately sent me a new one, no questions asked. I'm back to vinegar and very grateful for your demonstration. Thank you!
Thank you for this clear, concise tutorial minus unnecessary jibber-jabber. I really appreciate!
Awesome, thanks! Glad I could help!
Thank you so much! This was so easy but no way would I have figured it out without your informative video!
Glad it helped! Thanks for watching and The descale mode is something new Keurig came out with. I was the same way, I had no idea about it. Thanks again for watching and your kind words.!!
Thank you! This was perfect. I tried doing according to directions and even called company. Thank you!!!!
Your so welcome! Good job!!!
Thank you for this, this was exactly what I needed for mine. Super helpful with clear instructions. After this, I looked up the manual for this Keurig. You described it exactly as written. Excellent editing. Thanks.
Your so welcome, Thanks for Watching!
Great job!
Good job making this so easy! Saves alot of $$ and tastes perfectly fine!
Thanks for your support!! and your Kind Words!!!!!
I am glad it helped. What is your favorite K Cup?

So glad you made this video it was very helpful! Step by step, very clear, easy to follow, great job! Thank you!
You're very welcome!
Great video! It was to the point and so helpful! I followed the exact same steps and got my descale light to finally go off. Thank you!
Glad it helped!
What if the descaling light don't go off
I have looked at too many videos on how to get the dang descale light to stop flashing! Your video is the BEST explanation. I don't think anyone else said to turn off the machine, THEN press 8 and 12 simultaneously! I've descaled twice and could never get the light off. You are calm, state the process in such an easy way. Thank you!!!
And I agree please don’t take it down as yet again when the light comes on here we are Looking to your great video to help us walk us through thank you so
Much for making it for us

Thank you!
Good Job!!! way to Go!!!! Glad it was helpful!! and good job reviving old Keurig machines!!!
I have the same machine but it has a digital readout. My husband descaled but the descale light won’t go off
@@chihuahuamartin24 Keurig has changed the way you descale your coffee maker.
I know! I was going through cups of vinegar and my little descale light was still happily blinking away. Thank goodness for this video

Should you pull out the kcup holder half way through?
@@wtcneverforget8163 No leave the k cup holder in for the entire process. Thanks for Watching!!
Thank you so much, I have to come to this video every time. Because he's explanation is easy to follow 👋👍
Just to let you know, I did 12 ounces of the white vinegar and 14 ounces of fresh water and it worked out the same, but not so much extra rinsing after 👍
Great tip!
I did all of this except put in descale mode and my light will not go off could that be why the

Thanks with helping me learn the proper way to descale. The booklet that comes with the coffee maker does not give you the instructions that you give. It just says to go to the Keurig website. The website was not helpful, you were.
Glad I could help! I agree, they really should have put this in the instructions manual that comes with the coffee maker. Thanks for watching!!!!
Great tutorial. Worked perfectly as you described. Thank you!
You're welcome!
I agree, please do not take this down, it’s my bible to cleaning my k-cup. Thank you for crystal clean instructions.
You are so welcome! It will stay up for sure!
Thanks for sharing!!
This is perfect please don't take it down!! I use this every time and I have recommended it to others!! It works well!!! Thank you for posting this!!!
Works like a charm! went to the Keurig site for instructions and that was a mess, THIS on the other hand wonderful. Great job explaining in plain English THANK YOU.
You're welcome!
You're welcome! and it will stay posted!!!
#1 You are precise and to the point
#2 You have a pleasant voice to listen to
THANK YOU 🙏🏻 THANK YOU 😊 THANK YOU ☺️
Wow thanks so much!! your kind words mean so much!!! I am glad my video helps, That is why I do my videos to help!!!
This worked PERFECTLY!!! Please never remove your video!!! Thank you so much...
Mine quit working completely, I put vinegar in a syringe and pushed it thru the tubing, works good again.
Just a Dad to the rescue again, thanks! Vinegar worked just great, and I like not having to purchase the Keurig solution. I didn't taste any vinegar at all, but I made sure to flush with water to the max line.
awesome!! good job!!! very proud of you
It worked!! Thank you thank you!! Mine was only 3 weeks old and was a wedding gift so no returns possible. You Rock!!
Glad it helped!! good job cleaning your Keurig!
Saved this video because I do it every 3 months and I never remember time to time which buttons to push to activate the mode. Descaling is better than buying a new machine more often. I love my K-Cup Brewer and the fact that my model has a descale mode instead of just having to run vinegar through it 100 times.
Hey Just a Dad! You are more than Just a Dad you are a lifesaver. Short, concise and most importantly it worked. You have a new subscriber.
Wow, thanks!
It’s amazing that one can pay so much for a machine and you can’t get this good of an explanation from the manufacturer. Can’t thank you enough now I’m all descaled LOL
Exactly
Biggest tip this video shows that the Keurig video doesn't say, is turn power off then hold the 8 and 12 oz button for 3 seconds. Good video
Thank you so much for taking the time to do such a professional job describing how to clean the Keurig. You have a very gentle calm voice which is just what my husband, who goes nuts if he has to read directions, needs to keep my new Keurig clean.
Thank you so much! thanks for sharing!!! I really enjoy hearing everyone's stories!!!
Good luck.
I just used this video to descale my Keurig. I used the white vinegar and it worked like a charm. Thanks for all the good directions and advice!
Thank you. My first Keurig was ruined because I didn't properly descale. Thanks to you, my new Keurig works just fine.
Just A Dad, thank you so much! The descaling light is finally off after a few months of flashing, even after I so called cleaned it with the solution. Your tutorial was simple and very easy to follow. Keep up the good work!
Thanks so much for you kind words!!! good job getting it done!
I watch this every few months. It's one of my favorite "how to" videos. Thank you!
My descale light came on and I forgot what buttons to push and I came right here because I knew you could help. Thank you Just a Dad! 😁💙
You are welcome!
THANK YOU!
Very useful every time I need to descale my Keurig thank you so much!
You are so welcome!
I would like to see your other videos too
Glad you enjoyed the video and hopefully you were able to help get your wife's coffee working properly!
Wow thank you so much. I did descale once today but the descale light stayed on. So I just saw your video and followed you and the descale light went off. Thanks so much. You explained perfectly.
Wonderful!
I agree. Do not ever take this video down. Thank you so much. I have now used this video once, and I use your other video cleaning with the Keurig solution twice. Again thank you
Ok, thank you
I use this video every time I clean my Keurig. Very well explained with simple instructions 👏
Second time I’ve descaled, thank God I found your video for the second time. Very detailed video yet not drawn out. Perfect for us guys!
Glad it helped!
