On my way to defeat asthama
I was severely asthematic from birth.
I couldn't even run for 10 seconds and couldn't survive without my inhalers.
But now I did yoga and improved my diet and now I can run for 1 minute continues and do 3 pushups and 10 situps in one go.

Hello. I have severe asthma because I dont want to take any more steriods, so I use only one instead of the required 2 types of steriods, just to control the attacks. Now the side effects are becoming too heavy and I have been taking these meds for over 30 years. Due to quitting 1 steroid I cant play sports anymore, but due to the meds my singing voice was damaged, I had concentration problems, dizziness so I cant drive a car, severe skin problems, and pain while walking. I have been doing your exercises for just 3 days and my asthma has reduced for more than 50% in these 3 days. I will continue and am very grateful.
Edit: wowww after 7 days my skin problems have dissolved. My hands are healing so well that I can clean my house much better which leads to less dust. Today I could even run 100 ms which was impossible for me last week. I m ecstatic! Thank you so much, I just cant wait to see how much my life will improve! 🌺🌺🌺 THANK YOU

@@AshishLalReal Thank you for your kind response. It is just a great perspective you gave in the video and I found motivation in its effect.
(PS for anyone interested, I found that warm water with honey also helps a lot, when taken just twice a day).
The transformation is not there yet, as I have strong side effects from the puffs I still need. I have gone from 12 puffs a day to about 6 to 8,. I hope to progress as I still have a lot of trouble breathing. I respect your discipline very much. and am training to accomplish some of that. The fear of trying breathing alternatives instead of meds. such as Anulom Vilom when having an attack, is dissolving. There are new options now!
Very grateful. I hope you will be blessed with much health and happiness too in your life.🙏🙏🙏

I can't thank you enough for this bro. Your video has proved to be a huge blessing for me. I have been on daily inhalers for almost 9 years. I could relate to everything you said in your video - how the quality of life gets affected by asthma.
Here's my experience of the pranayams you suggested. I logged everything so I have specific dates. I started doing these pranayams on 13 Nov 2021 but continued to take inhalers. On 11 Feb 2022 I didn't feel the need to take inhaler after waking up so I stopped taking it and decided to use them only when in need. Thereafter I have felt the need to take them only thrice - 22 Mar 2022, 24 Mar 2022 and 10 Apr 2022. So it's been over 3 months I'm completely off inhalers. Not only that, now I don't feel out of breath while doing HIIT workouts and my sinusitis is also seem to be cured which used to affect my worklife so much.
I plan to continue these pranayams throughout my life. Again a lots and lots of blessings to you. May God fulfill all your wishes. Thank you for creating this video.

@@rubelfunny2477 bro i live in australia i got asthama from constant sneezing allergy( Hay fever). As long as i used to take medicine i was alright but as soon as i used to stop taking medicine i again used to get sneezing. Then later it became asthama. In winter it became very hard to breath without taking inhaler. In summer i was alright but later someone recommeded me doing yoga. I started watching videos of baba ramdev and learnt myself kapalbhati, alom vilom and bhastrika. It really worked and miracle on me. Just within few days my sneezing (allergy) went away as well as asthama. Since 2017 i never take any inhaler. Its based on my experience i hope it will work on others as well. Please remember keep taking inhaler while doing yoga. Slowly slowly you feel you do not need inhaler any more. Never leave doing yoga. Otherwise asthama come back. Trust me if you do yoga every day you can survive in even minus degreee temperature because a place i live temperature goes down 0 to -1. I m still alright

I have also overcome chronic asthma through, presumably, pranayam and breathing exercises and you are the first person I have seen talking about it. I had asthma from my childhood and had severe attacks almost every other day, so I practically grew up knowing how it feels to not be able to breathe. I was completely dependent on inhalers till I started doing yoga. My instructor immediately started me off with Anulom Vilom and intercostal muscle training, where you force down on your ribcage and try to breath as deeply as you can. It took a few years of doing this constantly for me to be completely cured of asthma and I haven't had an attack in the last 5 years.
I cannot say with certainty that yoga helped, since I also moved to a different country which is a huge lifestyle change, but I will ask anyone reading this comment to try it out. It's easy to get addicted to inhalers for every small breathing problem, but keep yourself committed to practicing the breathing exercises and use inhalers only during the severe attacks. I am sure you will see differences in a few years.

This is, hands down the most honest and insightful video on asthma ever! Although my condition is not as severe as it was once with you but sometimes (during season transitions, sudden climate or place change, bad lifestyle or frequent fast food intake) it gets really bad and on those days I have to take inhaler 2-3 times a day but I take ginger honey, drink warm water and consume a homemade kaadha that my mother makes and it usually gets better in 2-5 days I have these episodes around 2-3 times a year otherwise I don't use inhaler. I have tried to regularly do pranayams to cure it completely but as you said it requires a lot of consistency and discipline I am working on that but after watching this video I feel super motivated and I will start doing it regularly from tomorrow, please please, make a detailed video about food and lifestyle habbits that would be beneficial for us along with pranayams 💫🌸

Thank you so so so much brother !!!❤
I have had asthma since my childhood. I'm 20 now. I had been using capsule inhalers regularly twice a day for 5 years. Even after using medicines, I used to feel exhausted often.
I watched your video and started doing that from the next day. It's almost a month now that I've been doing pranayam every single day, and finally I'm able to skip inhalers at morning. Now I think I'll finally get rid of asthma 😊.
Lots of love from Nepal 🇳🇵

Hey Abhinav. That makes me feel really good. It'll motivate others too to practice Pranayamas. Hundreds of people have sent similar messages personally for years now to me about how the practice cured them of asthma. However, very few write publicly in comments. It's important to also write in public in comments so that it gives the right hope to people who are suffering from this ugly disease called asthma. Sharing is caring! God bless you. Stay fit.

I've been doing these pranayams since 2006 when I was 12 years old, taking Ayurvedic meds, following a light, Sattvik, Vata and Kapha pacifying diet, but if I am in a humid or cold climate I still cannot breathe at all. And during those times it's impossible to breathe properly to do these pranayams well. For those still suffering, please consider moving to a non-triggering climate if nothing is working, and then doing these pranayams will additionally help your lung function. I am looking to move to a desert climate in the near future. Also magnesium is a great supplement for asthma; it is given intravenously in the hospital during attacks as well.

Hi Anuradha. We all face challenges in life in different forms. Instead of thinking of leaving our life, we need to think of how to develop to accept things as they are and then calmly do whatever we can. Eventually we can only do our best, nothing more. Results are not always in our hands, but efforts definitely are. Please don't think of any drastic step due to the pain asthma is causing you. It can be healed. Work on it. Do these Pranayamas every single day for at least 6 months and you shall have a significant effect. Also, have patience. It took me 2.5 years of daily discipline to cure this incurable disease. Have faith, have patience and work towards the solution. Stay fit.

And the best reward of doing these things was that i was able to complete a trek of 15km.

I was breathless for many times after dinner & exercise. I learned that I was severely dehydrated as I was drinking mainly caffeine & soft drinks which dehydrates the body. Doctors always tell us to drink more plain water.
After that, when was breathless, i will slowly drink slightly more than a cup of 💧& a pinch of sea salt on the tongue and after a while, the breathless will go away.
Now I drink around 10 cups of 💧 a day with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt daily. It has been more than 3 years, I have no more breathless anymore.
