6 times to AVOID Tea & Coffee!!

  • 💁🏻‍♀️Let’s have a chat about something you probably don’t want to. Our beloved tea and coffee timings. While we all adore these sips, there are some moments when they might not the best choice:
    🔻𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐬: Wait a bit after meals before having tea or coffee, as they can hinder nutrient absorption, particularly iron, from the food you’ve eaten.
    🔻𝐇𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭: The appetite-suppressing effects of caffeine can be temporary and may lead to overeating later, as your body tries to compensate for the reduced intake. This can lead to nutrient deficiency, resulting in an unhealthy cycle of fluctuations in food consumption and potential weight management challenges.
    🔻𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐭: So, imagine this: you wake up, feeling ready to conquer the day, and then bam! A cup of tea or coffee on an empty stomach throws a party with your stomach acid. Cue the acidity vibes, especially if you’re a member of the sensitive-stomach squad.
    🔻𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟒 𝐏𝐌 𝐃𝐢𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐚: It’s that time when our energy levels dip, and we’re all like, “Hey, coffee, save me!” But, oh dear, coffee’s caffeine party can mess with our beauty sleep plans. Sip it too late, and you’re starring in the sequel of “Wide Awake in Bed.”
    🔻𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐨: Now, before you gulp down that cup of joy on an empty stomach, remember it can cause your blood sugar to shoot up like a rocket - followed by a not-so-fun crash. Try pairing your drink with a buddy called ‘snack’ to keep things balanced.
    🔻𝐁𝐞𝐝𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬: Late-night chats are cool, but if they’re with tea or coffee, you might want to reconsider. Caffeine is a party animal that can keep you awake, crashing your sweet sleep dreams.
    ✅Look, we get it - tea and coffee are like old friends. Just be mindful of when you hang out with them.

    So when to drink, in dinner

      After dinner generally is a bad idea as caffeine will interfere with sleep. Try decaf if you must.
