awesome video mate! i love how you have a dedicated pump out line to transfer between the system. We usually have to set up hoses to pump out into the low side. Looking forward to the next video!
This is Shawn from Alliance the new hire - incredible video dude! I Already love the content, I’m really interested in working with ammonia so I just started studying for CARO exam… Looking forward for more videos!!
Hey Nice!! So you guys are like engine rebuilds. So you guys don't plasti-guage on reassembly to check connecting rod to crankshaft clearances? I like to use rubber hoses when sliding the assembled piston and rods in just so it don't ding nothing. Great job you guys. Love watching you guys in action.
Daniel suggest you get a kneeling pad . Save knees cement is killer later on in the trade! Ilike how you tag the valves simple but safe! Never seize is our best friend! Be safe thanks for another great video!
I have a kneeling pad. Lol. We use silver anti Seize on all our gaskets and bolts. We perform valve maintenance 2 times a year on all valves to keep them free And clean. Some valves you shouldn't use Anti Seize on. I mostly use refrigeration grade oil and some anti Seize on valve stems. Make sure you clean the stem when done. The left over debris will cause valve failure when run in if dirt is stuck in the anti Seize that's on the stem. Make sure you follow manufacturers specifications on this one.

Thanks. Some of our customers have these pump out lines. Most do not. I'll have more out soon.
