Here is how you can set the bus address on your ZIEHL-ABEGG motors with out the bac controller. Or if you accedently set the wrong address this is the only way to reset the bus address.

Really impressive. 25 year refrigeration mechanic (mostly supermarkets). Ive been doing ammonia now for 3 months with WMI. Cycle is the same but the Components sure are bigger. Been digging into PLC's lately since supermarkets don't use those. Love the channel man.

Cool to see some other NH3 techs working in the field. I just did a Frick RWBII retrofit to a Quantum HD panel over the last couple days. That and some IIAR 6 forms for the same cold storage plant. Some nice equipment here.
Explain the auto purger sequence ...hansen
@mrcalifornia_7177 It's like any other refrigerated purger. We refrigerate the foul gas well below saturation, allowing the ammonia to condense to a liquid. This separates the noncondensables from the ammonia. Once enough has collected to open the float, then the purge cycle will purge out the noncondensables into a bubbler. You should read the hasen manual. Or just check out the hansen website and read the bulletins / O&M manual.

Sorry in advance, I’m done with unions for my 1/2” hose and have I just Received the adapter the one side of it looks like a swivel compression fitting is that the case for you or dose it seal to 1/2” NPT. Threads? Im just u using my 1/2” hose for blowing down, sometime liquid transfer, and vacuums have you had any issues Aging great Chanel
@leonardodelgado3352 the swivel part seals to the hose end. If you look at the hose it actually is a hydrolic 1/2" connector.

@@alliancetechnh3368 Everything I deal with is not with exposed circuit boards. All HMIs, computers, PLCs, etc are in a case.

Yes. As long as you have the software and know how. Understanding and assuming how something works are to different things.

Firstly, thank you very much, brother. I have a question. Please, did you empty the tube of liquid before doing this work or not? Does it work with the valve open or closed?
The 2" liquid line was full of liquid. The valve has to be completely open in the back seated position to perform the packing replacement. Not all valves are the same. If you're trying to perform please get the OEM manuals for your valve. UNDERSTAND YOUR VALVES OPERATION AND PARTS.
