@@alliancetechnh3368 Unfortunately, I have not come across such interesting compressors in reality. In our countries, piston and screw compressors (with a pair of screws) are often used. I do not think you will be surprised by this.
Glad to see you post another video When I first found your channel I binged watch every one and then subscribed I do commercial Refrigerartion but nothing as heavy as you guys I would love to get into the ammonia side or even Co2. I’m in Houston and there are opportunities here for sure. I’m just not sure what they are looking for. Do you have any pointers that would make an experienced commercial techs resume stick out to these heavy industrial outfits Thank you for the time it takes u to produce such clean videos
Thank you. Being an Industrial tech just means you have Bigger tools and understand compliance more. I work on all types of equipment. If you're hard working and love what you do any Industrial company would hire you. If you're interested you should become a RETA member and try to get at least CARO certified or just get Books 1 and 2 and try to pass the exams. Book 3 is a little more advanced. I'm one of the authors for Book 3.
Nice video. I never seen that done before. I was wondering why you are using a vacuum pump, as it don't look like the system was opened. Maybe loosening the bolts up on the plate would let in air. Thinking it may have a shaft seal on other side of the plate or perhaps you changed the oil. Thanks for the video
We opened it to atmospheric pressure. Even then with freon you never know if your getting air into the system. Not really worried about ammonia systems.
hello colleague I would like to ask you what personal protective equipment in America do refrigerators working with ammonia use. Can you send me a list of manufacturers. Thanks in advance.
I can say a frick compressor is time consuming to overhaul in the Field. By the time it's do for overhaul the compressor rotors most likely will need to be conditioned. We just remove and send it back to Frick. Alliance is a OEM company and we work with our Vendors to get the best Rebuilds, rebuild Plus, remanufactured, or Brand new in some cases so our customers will have very little down time. Thanks for your comment.
Hey do you know anything about innovative refrigeration systems? Are they a good company to work for? Is there apprenticeship program any good? They have called me about a job and I was just checking around to see what people thought about the company. I am on the east coast in Tennessee. I know you have to travel with them. I have 7 years experience in HVAC/R. Thanks. Love your videos.
Good job! Nice to see how fellow professionals work in other countries
Thank you. If you ever get a chance to work on a J & E Hall compressor please email me some pics.

In order to perform the end play and clearance inspection the compressor must be at atmospheric pressure.

We've had a couple of there systems. I don't know if they're a good company to work for. They build skid refrigeration systems.
@@alliancetechnh3368 thank you sir for the response. I had read some interesting reviews on indeed about them so I thought I would ask around.
