I’ve bought two of these and both broke within the month. The first one had a sensor issue, the other had a broken disc. Their customer service is really slow and they then expect you to send the Luba for repairs to Canada. It’s a great idea but not remotely close to ready but their customer service is by far the worst. If something does happen, they might tell you to pay to ship it back and they will not let you return it without “approval” even if you’re within the 30 day window.
Do you have it set to zero turn? I was wondering if you've noticed whether or not it digs into your ground while doing zero turn? I've seen people complain about Luba 1 doing that but the 3-point turn seems to work out fine. I'd like the zero turn to work great since doing so, should allow closer turn around near an edge, fence etc.
Zero turn does dig into the grass. I mostly notice on bare areas. I still like it better for tighter turns. Overall pretty happy with it. Another reason for zero turn is we have a pretty difficult yard to mow and I’m worried it might go over the rocks when set I do a three point turn. Still learning and amazed what it can do.
