    150c Bake 35-40minute

    This recipe turned out delicious! Instead of matcha, I used pandan flavoring and instead of chocolate, I used coffee.

    Hi Apron, thank you for sharing this recipe. I tried this yesterday midnight. 😅. I only have tubepan 22cm so the cake was not tall enough. And the matcha powder I added amount wrongly so the matcha mixture was very thick. The cake turnt out didnt look good but still taste good. Thanks again. Big fan of your channel.🥰 If youtube allow to post photo I would share my outcome photo with you. 😊

      Aceite vegetal 3 cucharadas
      Leche 3 cucharadas
      Torta de harina 45g
      Matcha polvo 1tsp
      Coco en polvo 1tsp
      Claras de huevo 3
      Azúcar 20g
      150c Hornear 35-40 minutos

      你好,這有很多原因造成,攪拌過度導致消泡或蛋白霜打發不足都有可能

      这个是威风蛋糕, 打发 中 或者 干 都可以 看个人,我就拿捏 中 与 干的中间(弯钩)
      湿性 会太软吗?
      硬性是 没有勾 打发过头的?

      Hi,whip the egg white on high-speed speed until become bubble form,
      begin whipping the egg whites on low speed,added sugar separately for three times until stiff peaks form,
      they become foamy and frothy,it takes about 5-10 minutes to whip the eggs whites.

      你好,可以把绿茶粉和可可粉分别加入蛋糕粉后再拌入面糊,这样会比较容易均匀拌入面糊

    你好!你做的蛋糕好捧,你的粉絲也好多,我曾跟你的方法做一個蛋糕,很綿,但是剛從烤爐拿出來的時候,蛋糕還是很高,可一下子就陷下去,會不會是烤得太久了,的確我嗅到香味的時候,沒有即時拿出來,會是這個原因嗎?因為蛋糕的表面有點焦,如果我要做一個比較大的疍糕,是不是將你教的教材份量加倍呢?謝謝。

      Hi,this recipe does not need baking powder.The eggs would be the leavening agent

    كان من الاسهل ان تعملي عجينه عاديه للكيكه وبعد ذلك تقسميها وتضيفي لها الالوان بدل ان تقومي بعمل اكثر من كيكه وبلون مختلف وبعد ذلك تضيعها في القالب 🤔🤔🤔
