5 egg yolks (蛋黄)
40g caster sugar (细砂糖)
50g corn oil(玉米油)
100g Milk(牛奶)
125g /1 cup plain flour(普通面粉)
15g corn starch (玉米粉)
5 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
80g sugar (细砂糖)
Divide batter into 4 portions (面糊分成4等份)
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder (可可粉)
1 tsp green tea powder (绿茶粉)
1 tsp purple sweet potato powder (紫薯粉)

Hi, so its ok not to mix too much when respective colour powder added on to batter n meringue as i still see some colour powders not dissloved. Will not affect texture of cake?

Why the need to give the cake pan a sharp knock when it comes out of the oven? Noticed you did that for the choc cotton cake too…any special reason?
Knock the cake tin to loosen the cake and prevent it from collapsing
