    This is me I'm struggling toning up my inner thighs. I'm working on my diet and exercising but this inner spot is difficult to tone. Thank you for sharing.

    I really love this routine, but the squats at the beginning are too hard on my poor knees :( Can you show how to do squats or other position? Otherwise the legs love this workout
