Woke up with such terrible upper back, neck, and shoulder pain for the first time in awhile probably bc i slept wrong. Then i thought let me hop over to one of my fav youtube yogi's and then i see this was posted 9 hrs ago. Crazy timing! Appreciate it lots!!
