    This all levels 10 minute Yoga Stretch for Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back Pain focuses on relieving pain and tension. Beginning seated, we gently move through neck mobilizations and spinal movements to ease stiffness. The practice progresses to table-top positions for deeper shoulder and upper back stretches, including a gentle thread-the-needle pose. The session ends with targeted neck stretches in hero pose, addressing tension from all angles. This carefully sequenced routine is designed to relieve discomfort, improve mobility, and promote relaxation in the upper body, perfect for those dealing with chronic tension or pain in these areas.

    Woke up with such terrible upper back, neck, and shoulder pain for the first time in awhile probably bc i slept wrong. Then i thought let me hop over to one of my fav youtube yogi's and then i see this was posted 9 hrs ago. Crazy timing! Appreciate it lots!!

    Luv you always.. this one is delightful however you suggested a chair is ok at the beginning but it was difficult to stay in the chair..
