I love this video; it really helps my tight, sore neck, shoulders, and upper back. I would appreciate something similar at a slower pace for those of us over 60.

Excellent! I have suffered from chronic back pain (including a permanent spasm/knot in my shoulder blade OUCH!). Your video tutorials are easy to follow and, most importantly, they work!! Keep em coming.

Ok Doc, I just subscribed after getting amazing instant pain relief from doing the "sweeping the floor" exercises or stretches. I have spine and back problems & primarily want to strengthen my back & core muscles to eventually get to the point where I rarely have pain instead of waking up every single morning in pain mostly mid back spine pain or pain in other back areas depending on whatever wild positions I slept in the night before. Lol. Thanks, I feel good and feel a good burnie tingly feeling just from having done those. I'm going to try to do this entire routine & see how it feels. Thanks for this relief that I've literally been searching for through YT videos for over 6 weeks now. Also thanks for mentioning your "snap, crackle, pops" that you hear when doing these as it gives me hope as you're fit and hear it so i realize it's not a bad thing. Lol

Thank you for this video. I had my wisdom teeth taken out and wasn't allowed to do any exercise or yoga for at least a week. But I have chronic pain due to my autoimmune disease that gets worse if I don't do anything. On the 5th day I decided to at least try. And this video is so perfect not too much, but just enough.

There's one exercise I do to get relief from upper back pain. You stand facing a wall with outstretched hands horizontal to the ground. Place your palms on the wall and press as if you doing a pushup. Do about 100 and you will immediately notice the difference.

I have extremely bad upper back pain that hasn’t and won’t go away for over a month. This is not a success story. This does nothing for me. I started crying doing it after reading all of the comments seeing how people get relief. This is my 10th video and nothing helps. I’ve gone to the hospital for it and they do nothing but tell me to take ibuprofen which also does completely nothing. It’s to the point I can’t work. I can’t sleep. I barely eat. I am in so much pain. I’m never going to get relief or help.

Dude I'm so sorry. Did anyone ever find a reason as to why this could be, like are you chronically tense or have some type of scoliosis? Did anyone ever check your back or have some tests ordered? I wish I could help you cuz I know how bad chronic pain is. Idk how things are where you live but can't you ask your family medicine doctor for physical therapy? Maybe a therapist could take a closer look and figure out just where the problem is. And I get that it's frustrating but are you doing these exercises all at once when you say this is the 10th video and then do nothing for a few days?
