I didn't make it to my mat until 10pm today, but I got here! The mantra was perfect for today; I was interrupted by my cat squabbling with the neighbours' cat. Then later in scorpion stretch when my foot slowly, gently moved back to meet the mat, it met the cat instead! Holding the position, the deep breathing and fighting the laughter all while not putting any weight on the cat was a challenge, but: I am... Patient ❤😅 Thanks SB! ❤
I love the new consistent uploads! Can you please make a yoga video for groin issues and different deep stretches that target that upper leg/groin area?
Ready for this. Yep, my back and neck can use some attention. I'm sure I'll love it, getting ready to do now, and I'll let you know how it goes.❤ I've loved these daily challenges and even tho I'm not able to do a few all the way thru, or either and try it and need to stop somewhere along the line. I'm not upset about that~accepted it. I get so much enjoyment and a "feel good" feeling when I'm doing these practices, it's all good😊❤
