I am old enough to be your grandmother and have been mostly keto for four decades because of diabetes, not weight issues. I have been watching your videos and am blown away by your recipes. I am grateful that I can finally enjoy all of the treats I have not had for a long time. I admire the way you live your life and what you have accomplished. In addition, you are really adorable!
A trick for the butter…freeze stick of butter then grate the butter. Using this grated butter add to flour. Mixing this together is much easier and leaves the small crumbles. Works grate for scones.
Mmmm. The possibilities are endless! Blueberries, Pecan, Apple-Caramel (using Chayote Squash, cooked with sweetener and apple pie spice, as an apple stand in, Chocolate Chip. You could even make savory scones; Bacon-Cheddar, Onion-Gruyere.
Just made these with blueberries. I’m ecstatic! Fluffy scones that are keto. I also divided the dough into two balls so 1.5 carbs per scone! Thank you Victoria, you’re rocking the keto world.
I use the newest perfected keto flour and add 1.5 tbsp baking powder. I use 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener, 1/2 tsp salt and a little vanilla. I make 2 rounds, so it makes 16 smaller scones. Made with blackberries and blueberries as well. Delicious 🤤
I lived in England. Scones are typically not very sweet. There are fruit scones, but a typical scone does not include fruit. They are usually slathered with jam, butter, or clotted cream. Clotted cream is also keto!
Victoria, you are a genius! I made these by substituting blueberries and they were perfection. I truly could not tell any difference and am confident that I could serve these to anyone, and they would not know they were keto. Thank you so much for all the work you put into experimenting with these recipes. I am so grateful to you!
I have been on the KETO diet for a year and do baking almost daily. OMG your flours are out of this world, so good. So different from all the other recipes I have been following up until now. Because they are 'pre-mixed' they are less time consuming during the actual baking process. Great. And they give a baked result that is the most similar to our "old non-keto" baked goods made with wheat flour. Thank you for your recipes. I will surely make these scones today. Also: thank you for the good close-up visuals of the end product. We can now "SEE" them a lot easier than from a distance 👍👍 Also, the volume of your video seems a bit louder than before, but I'm not 100% sure. In any case: louder is always better.
@@ketokarbs3671 They turned out delicious. But when I make them again, I will not be using "frozen strawberries" like I did this first time (the frozen berries contained too much water which made the surrounding dough a bit mushy for my taste). Fresh strawberries are the way to go. Taste wise though, they were very nice. (I skipped the sugar icing and just smothered each scone with butter-delis!)
I've made a batch yesterday with frozen blueberrys.... they are absolutly amazing... two left for this evening... and we are a family of two 🙈😎 thank you very much for this receipe and many greetings from Berlin (Germany)
Whoa! Never commented before but I made these for friends coming over (one a diabetic). They could not believe these were keto. And neither could I, even though I made them! This is an awesome recipe. He immediately subscribed to your channel exclaiming that this was a life changer! Thank you for all your hard work. I have tried some of your other recipes and have never been let down. But this one takes the cake, pun intended😂
So I went straight to the kitchen and made these,oh my goodness, they are sooo delicious! 😋 I made half the recipe with 1 1/4 cups of flour, it was a bit sticky but I just flattened with my hands into about 1” and cut into 6 pieces, using from the flour blend to reshape a little bit. I used Swerve Powdered sugar for the glaze. Thank you so much, I’m loving these flour blends! I also baked some carrot chocolate muffins, using your flour blend and they came out amazing as well.
I made this recipe substituting the berries for sugar free chocolate chips. #1 - They turned out amazing #2 - I love the powder sugar trick with the alluose and the coffee grinder, again amazing This is one of a very few of the keto sweet treats I’ve made that taste as good as the non-keto versions. Thank you for sharing ❤
Amazing!! I made it. It was delicious!! The best keto baking recipe I have ever cooked. I made just half of the recipe to try out. I didn't had all the exact ingredients so I made some substitutions. Instead of egg whites powder I used unsweetened whey protein. Instead of heavy whipping cream I used sour cream. Instead of allulose I used eritritol with Monk fruit blend. They were fluffy with a golden nice crust. This recipe is a keeper. Thank you
I have made scones for a few decades now, but never made them Keto (been keto for 2 yrs now) so looking forward to using your recipe. Mine were strawberry lemon scones. I added lemon zest to my batter and melted butter to the top before baking and fresh lemon juice to the glaze. Oh, and if you cut the dough in half before cutting into six pieces the serving size is more manageable.
I’ve made your cinnamon rolls, peanut butter cookies (added drizzled melted Lilly’s chocolate to the top), and snickerdoodles. I’m crossing my fingers for a good Christmas sugar cookie for the kiddos to decorate! I’ve not found a good keto version that I liked yet. 😊
Made these for today’s lunch. Made them in a bowl. The butter was very hard so I grated it. The strawberries were whole and frozen so I chopped them up. Because the dough was so cold, it was easy to mix with a spatula and I was able to pat it out with my hands without the parchment paper. I confess, we didn’t even wait for them to cool off. The enjoyment began right away. Thank you so much, Victoria, for cracking the scone code. ❤❤❤
Another hit Victoria 👏 I made these scones tonight and they came out perfect. I wish your followers could post pictures of your recipes we make. You would be proud. Not sure if you mentioned storage. I’m the only one in my home eating keto and when I make a recipe it’s more of a serving just for me and I keep sharing with coworkers, which I don’t mind but if I can store these for myself then I’ll have some for the week when I need something to satisfy my sweet tooth. Your feedback is appreciated.
Hi! I like to store my sweets in the fridge unless it’s cookies I keep those in a cookie jar and sometimes I dehydrate them so that last about 2 weeks that way
Just made these! I wish I could put a pic on here! They are amazing! You are amazing! I talk about you all the time you have changed my life literally! Thank you!!!!!
❤ I didn't have strawberries, so I used blueberries. Fantastic! My husband had one and it was gone before I finished my sentence. He doesn't have diet restrictions and he was amazed. Thank you so much Victoria 💓
I made your scones and substituted craisins. They were delicious! The crumb and mouth feel is just how I remember scones to be. Very similar to Irish soda bread too. Next time I think I will add a little more sweetener and try the strawberries. Thanks so much for your experiments in the kitchen
Wonderful!! Can I spend a week with you!! Love your recipes so much. You are doing a great thing for us on keto. I'm eating the cookies now. God bless you and your family.
Wow tried your scones recipe this afternoon Victoria. Tweaked a few things and did the glaze a little different and these are the Bomb. Very good. Thank you. Gonna share your channel and recipes in my prayer group. My Pastor is diabetic and Im sure, he would appreciate the treats.
My expectation of a scone is that it's round and has jam 'n cream with it!! I've never seen this kind of thing before, especially with icing? Bizarre! But I'm not knocking it, just amazed - I will use this recipe to make keto scones (english style) and also try it your way I'm sure both are gonna be exceptional like all your other recipes! Thanks so much Victoria you're the greatest find on RUclips on my keto journey!
What are called scones in the UK are more like what are called cut biscuits (verses drop biscuits) in the US (biscuit in US is NOT a cookie; ie. cookie in the US is what is called a biscuit in UK. :) ). Scones in the US are usually these cake like triangular slices from a round, usually glazed. Not what I think of as a scone, but tasty in their own right as their own entity. (Like UK biscuits and US biscuits share the same name but are their own different, and delicious, entities.) Oh the joys of language and baking! At least now keto baking can be more like "normal" baking, no matter the terms. Thank the Lord and His inspiring Victoria and other experimenters!
Girl you have a beautiful brain. Incredibly sharp and creative! I personally was thinking about not eating almond flour anymore because of the oxalates. But screw the oxalates. I want these scones.
Victoria, that looks insanely delicious! I'm making these as soon as it's humanly possible for me to get fresh 🍓s in Nov in Iowa!!! ❤️ Will be making Cranberry Scones second! Thanks for another fantastic recipe for my repertoire! Blessings from Iowa, L
As usual, they look delicious. Here's an idea for a new video: japanese pancakes. Basically, it's a pancake souffle - making a tall, thick light pancake. They look like a nice treat and something... well, just a change from the regular everyday pancakes. Just an idea. Obviously it's your channel, but I'd love to see your channel grow and you get the recognition that you deserve for your good work.
The scones I've had were a little dry and only mildly sweet. The dryness didn't bother me because I have always had them with coffee. These look moist and oh so delicious. I'm definitely going to try these. I also love blueberries, so I may try it with them, too! Thank you, Victoria! 😊
I made this recipe today. I think mine came out a bit wet so I ended up adding about 1/4 cup more flour mixture and then added an additional 5 minutes to the back time. I am very pleased how it came out.

Love you flour recipes. Made the chocolate chip cookies. My husband said they were the best keto cookies I have ever made! I also made sausage balls with you bisquick recipe! We have missed those.
Victoria, I just tried those out today, your recipes are seriously a life saver on keto. They were awesome but mine was a little dry. I still loved them tho. Maybe I can increase the butter amount next time. Thank you so much!
Perfect timing! I'm making pumpkin scones today using your flour. I'm guessing I might need to use a little less liquid because of the pumpkin. Hoping you might have a keto chocolate crinkle cookie for us.
Hi Victoria! A big THANK YOU for creating and sharing your All purpose flour recipe with the keto community. This is sheer genius. I have been baking keto n lowcarb treats for few years. Wanted to share my success baking scones with your flour but couldn't tag you in my IG post. Also to give u credit mention. Do take a look at how well your scone and flour recipe worked out for me on @passionina_pan . Am going to try out your Self Rising flour next!
Ok Victoria, I did it! I made these but with Raspberries, that's what I had fresh in my fridge. I even accidentally used doubled the Allulose as I halved the rest of the recipe to see how it would go with fresh berries. It was tricky but the end result was delicious indeed. I do feel Scones, for the most part are very forgiving. This is actually my second official recipe using your Cakes & Cookies flour. I used it earlier tonight in a 2 ingredient Yogurt Pizza crust recipe. Which I read on another one of your readers comments. And totally has potential. I just didn't knead enough. ;( Practice makes Perfect! I was wondering if you've attempted to make Cutout Sugar Cookies yet?! If not, a suggestion maybe? With the holidays fast approaching??! 🙏 Blessings from Iowa, L
Sugar cookies,,,, ok lol so the story behind sugar cookies is I attempted to make them SO MANY TIMEs before making my flour mixtures that I get nauseous when I think about them cause they were always thrown away and I haven’t been able to stomach making them yet. I need to just do it tho uh 🙄
Remember me mentioning my Mom's Bon Bon recipe when I first found you?! My Girls & I are traveling to MN to see her Sun for her B'day. If I get a burr up my keester maybe Ill give that recipe a go?! I'll most definitely tell you how they turn out!😉 L ❤️
I have been wanting orange cranberry scones...I am just now seeing this video. Tomorrow is Easter/Resurrection Sunday and I am going to make my praline pecan carrot cake into scones. My family isn't Keto, but low carb and I'm gluten-free...we don't care so much about the clove and strong spices in carrot cake so I double the cinnamon. They LOVE it. When I had my at home baking it was one of my best sellers. I absolutely love your flour blend!!❤❤❤
Hi @victoriasketokitchen, if I'd like to make the Keto Strawberry Scones recipe with NSKF 2.0 or VKF, how many grams would I need for each type of flour? Also, how much baking powder would be needed for each version of flour?
I was wondering if you have tried sifting your dry ingredients? I have made scones in the past and I always sift dry ingredients. I am excited to try these…
Your flour mix is amazing, thank you for your hard work creating it and these recipes. I would love to make cheese scones which is a tradition here in New Zealand. Can I swap out strawberry and the allulose and add cheese to this recipe?
I'm always hesitant to take anything keto to a non keto function because I'm afraid the sugar substitute would cause them extreme gastric upset. I can't use straight allulose. So I mix it with monk fruit to help alleviate that issue, but I've also been using sugar subs for 5 years. Others who aren't use to sugar alternatives may be more sensitive to it
Wow, we can't tolerate erythritol (gastric bloat and pain) and I hate the cooling, but allulose, monk fruit and stevia we can have. I see more products using allulose now, wish they would stop using erythritol.
I agree with you. Judi, of Keto Naturopath Kitchen, can use only xylitol and stevia. All other sweeteners cause her extreme gastric or headache issues. Allulose causes me gastric problems, so I have been using a mixture of it with erythritol to use it up.
Hi Victoria, I I asked you a question yesterday on your sweetened condensed milk video. It’s right underneath my $9.99 donation to your channel. I thought maybe if I came over to your more current video you would see this. I made a new batch today as I don’t know if the old one is a fail or not. It is super thick though, much thicker than the new batch. My hubby is waiting, not so patiently, for me to make him a keto key lime pie. Crust is made and just waiting for your answer. Thanks for all you do to help us stay keto.
Looks great. BUT. I think i will cut the ready dough in half to make two circles, thus smaller scones. What brand coffee grinder is that? Looks much better than my plastic one.
Hi Victoria making this recipe this weekend. Buying a food processor this weekend too. Can you tell me what size you have so I know to get a larger one so I don’t have mixing recipes issues . Thank you 🙏
Hi Victoria. You mention that you put these on a large cookie sheet? Is that a half-sheet pan (approx 17x13) or something larger? On camera, the pan looks almost square. Thanks!
If I want to make these scones using frozen blueberries would I use the same amount of fruit as with the fresh strawberries, or should I reduce the amount? Thank you.
Hi Victoria 👋 These are beautiful 😍 In the video, you say they are less than 2 net carbs each, but your recipe says 3 net carbs. Which is it? 🤔 God bless 🙌 ❤️💙💜 ~Lana
Hey sweetness~ can I just say, Oh YUM~ once again! I have a quick question, only because you are much more familiar w/your own flour blends than I am- yet. =) My question is regarding the fresh strawberries. I have a large amount of freeze-dried strawberry powder, which is single ingredient~ just berries. I'm wondering if I could simply add some yogurt or sour cream to compensate for the missing moisture that would be there w/the fresh berries? Is there a particular 'wet' ingredient you would recommend besides one of those two? Thanks, in advance~ may your efforts be blessed & multiplied Victoria🙌🌼Samantha in AZ
*In the New Testament, the Greek word translated "hospitality" literally means "love of strangers". Hospitality is a virtue that is both commanded AND commended throughout scripture, & one that seems largely overlooked as a ministry, imho~ yet it truly is! You are such a shining example of this, as it clearly comes naturally for you.🙌 So lovely of you to share of your gifts & skills, as you provide for your family as well🤹It's not always easy to juggle it all, yet it's almost always worth it =) #Romans12:13
I’d say stick with the recipe don’t change it cause the littlest thing can go weird on you. I don’t “think” it would be a problem with a 1:1 swap out for the strawberry
I LOVE scones. I want them to be a little coarse in texture and somewhat heavy. I've had trouble with allulose in desserts. Is it OK to use in all baking? I made a skillet chocolate chip cookie that never seemed to "set".
@@victoriasketokitchen I’m not that kind of cook :) I rarely make the same thing twice. Thanks so much for your videos and for sharing your flour recipes. I’m excited to do some keto baking. I had given up.
Hi! I do have a corn bread and out of this work dressing but it’s dated to post dec 9th and 16th sorry I couldn’t get it before thanksgiving but I did before Christmas!
I’m sorry neither are out the cornbread comes then keto cream of chicken soup then on the 16th the dressing because all 3 of those recipes are needed to make the dressing
Love your bread flour! can you do a quick video on the difference between your Cakes Flour and your Bread Flour. I have watched your videos and can't identify the difference other than the yeast blooming step?
Cakes and cookies all purpose flour is for cakes cookie pastry’s and cakey texture thing Self rising bread flour is for anything using yeast or wanting to get a bread like texture not a cakey one
Every year my daughter gives me a Christmas keto challenge,, today she told me my challenge is croissants,, do you think either of your flour mixtures would work for that? Any tips you could give me would be great
Is your cakes and cookies flour the same as your self rising flour? Wjat kind of yeast do you recommend? I'm not much of a baker as I am a bakery eater. Thanks for your content

I just didn't knead enough. ;( Practice makes Perfect! I was wondering if you've attempted to make Cutout Sugar Cookies yet?! If not, a suggestion maybe? With the holidays fast approaching??! 🙏
Blessings from Iowa, L
Sugar cookies,,,, ok lol so the story behind sugar cookies is I attempted to make them SO MANY TIMEs before making my flour mixtures that I get nauseous when I think about them cause they were always thrown away and I haven’t been able to stomach making them yet. I need to just do it tho uh 🙄
Remember me mentioning my Mom's Bon Bon recipe when I first found you?! My Girls & I are traveling to MN to see her Sun for her B'day. If I get a burr up my keester maybe Ill give that recipe a go?! I'll most definitely tell you how they turn out!😉

This sounds great…I’ve got to try it. All your recipes are great… do you have one for turkey/chicken stuffing?
Oh my that looks sooooo yummy. Must try it soon. I have the flour already made up so I have no excuse. I thing blueberry would be good also.
"You are my Sunshine, My other Sunshine"! Love you Victoria!!! How do I make these with your new and improved flour mixture?
Awe hi!
If using my Perfected Keto flour you will need to add 2 Tbs baking powder
I have been wanting orange cranberry scones...I am just now seeing this video. Tomorrow is Easter/Resurrection Sunday and I am going to make my praline pecan carrot cake into scones. My family isn't Keto, but low carb and I'm gluten-free...we don't care so much about the clove and strong spices in carrot cake so I double the cinnamon. They LOVE it. When I had my at home baking it was one of my best sellers.
I absolutely love your flour blend!!❤❤❤
I’m so glad!!!
I've never had a scone but these look mouthwatering
Will be trying these tomorrow, thank you.
Hi @victoriasketokitchen, if I'd like to make the Keto Strawberry Scones recipe with NSKF 2.0 or VKF, how many grams would I need for each type of flour? Also, how much baking powder would be needed for each version of flour?
I can’t wait to try these, thank you Victoria 💜 I love your videos 💜
All your Recipes are awesome, I was wandering where you are from?
Do or will you make popsicles or Creamsicle or fudgesicles?
I’ll add them to my list!
Looks so good. Making a batch of your flour and 90 second bread today. I can't wait to try it!
Awesome! Keep the recipes coming❤️
I was wondering if you have tried sifting your dry ingredients? I have made scones in the past and I always sift dry ingredients. I am excited to try these…
I have but I don’t notice a difference. But it’s still good to do
Is the measurement for the allulose before or after you powder it?
Can I use frozen strawberries or would it just be all pink and mushy? I'll be making these soon!
Frozen does tend to end quite mushy
Your flour mix is amazing, thank you for your hard work creating it and these recipes.
I would love to make cheese scones which is a tradition here in New Zealand. Can I swap out strawberry and the allulose and add cheese to this recipe?
If you don’t use allulose your final results will be dry. You need “bulk” so if u swap allulose u need the same amount of another sweetener.
@Victoria's Keto Kitchen wonderful thank you will add. So this revipe is ok to make them into savoury scones?
@@blondekiwi1 I can’t guarantee it because I haven’t done it but it’s where I would start in my kitchen
You are too cute! Can't wait to get my ingredients. Gonna make your pumpkin and pecan pies! 😋
Hi! I just replied to your original message :)
These look delicious. Going to make some. Yum
Yummy!!!! Have you make danishes?
Not yet!
Looks great. BUT. I think i will cut the ready dough in half to make two circles, thus smaller scones.
What brand coffee grinder is that? Looks much better than my plastic one.
That looks amazing.
Victoria, what brand of coffee grinder do you have? I'd like to get one, but i know nothing about them. A recommendation would be great. Thanks!

This is the one I have
@@victoriasketokitchen thanks!
Hi Victoria making this recipe this weekend. Buying a food processor this weekend too. Can you tell me what size you have so I know to get a larger one so I don’t have mixing recipes issues . Thank you 🙏
I don’t know the size but I do know it’s about a 12 year old kitchen aid :)
Hi Victoria do you have a link for your baking mat? Love you recipes thank you
Basidon Baking Mat Non Slip Non... www.amazon.com/dp/B08RD8N5G6?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Thank you!
Hi Victoria. You mention that you put these on a large cookie sheet? Is that a half-sheet pan (approx 17x13) or something larger? On camera, the pan looks almost square. Thanks!
15x21 is what I measured tip to tip
Thanks for your quick reply. Think I just found some on Amazon. 😀
If I want to make these scones using frozen blueberries would I use the same amount of fruit as with the fresh strawberries, or should I reduce the amount? Thank you.
Ha! My mother always said the same to me.
Can you tell me how many carbs are in these scones please! Thank you!!
Yes it’s in the description box
Hi Victoria 👋
These are beautiful 😍
In the video, you say they are less than 2 net carbs each, but your recipe says 3 net carbs. Which is it? 🤔
God bless 🙌 ❤️💙💜 ~Lana
You are such a shining example of this, as it clearly comes naturally for you.🙌
So lovely of you to share of your gifts & skills, as you provide for your family as well🤹It's not always easy to juggle it all, yet it's almost always worth it =) #Romans12:13
I’d say stick with the recipe don’t change it cause the littlest thing can go weird on you. I don’t “think” it would be a problem with a 1:1 swap out for the strawberry
If I don't have strawberries, could I use some sf chips? How about frozen blueberries?
hello can you make this with your einkorn flour? or 2.0 or both?
I LOVE scones. I want them to be a little coarse in texture and somewhat heavy. I've had trouble with allulose in desserts. Is it OK to use in all baking? I made a skillet chocolate chip cookie that never seemed to "set".
U really need to learn allulose with your cooking styles because it can be moody
@@victoriasketokitchen I’m not that kind of cook :) I rarely make the same thing twice. Thanks so much for your videos and for sharing your flour recipes. I’m excited to do some keto baking. I had given up.
Do you have a cornbread recipe. I couldn’t find a video. I want to make stuffing next week. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Hi! I do have a corn bread and out of this work dressing but it’s dated to post dec 9th and 16th sorry I couldn’t get it before thanksgiving but I did before Christmas!
@@victoriasketokitchen Thank you! Just to be clear, is the corn bread already out or coming with the dressing?
I’m sorry neither are out the cornbread comes then keto cream of chicken soup then on the 16th the dressing because all 3 of those recipes are needed to make the dressing
Love your bread flour! can you do a quick video on the difference between your Cakes Flour and your Bread Flour. I have watched your videos and can't identify the difference other than the yeast blooming step?
Cakes and cookies all purpose flour is for cakes cookie pastry’s and cakey texture thing
Self rising bread flour is for anything using yeast or wanting to get a bread like texture not a cakey one
I noticed the amount of oat fiber and xanthum gum are different.
*Delicious* 😋
Every year my daughter gives me a Christmas keto challenge,, today she told me my challenge is croissants,, do you think either of your flour mixtures would work for that? Any tips you could give me would be great
Oh mercy I wish I did! I havent made those regular or keto but I’ll add it to my list I just don’t think I’ll have it before Christmas I’m so sorry!
Is your cakes and cookies flour the same as your self rising flour? Wjat kind of yeast do you recommend? I'm not much of a baker as I am a bakery eater. Thanks for your content
No they are DIFFERENT in recipe and oven action ha
Active dry usually :)
Can I use the perfected flour with this recipe? If so, any adjustments? TIA
Also, I’m so glad to have found your channel! ❤🎉
Yes u can and the amount of baking powder needed is in the description box under ingredients
What can I substitute for Fairlife milk?
1 part heavy cream 3 parts water
yummy, !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i wonder can you make sourdough bread with your flour?
Good question! Havent tried yet
