How to do the details of aluminum screen porch with insulated panels

This is from a job we did in Clewiston Florida. The customer wanted us to build a bronze aluminum screen porch using Elite Panels (Insulated).
We also poured the concrete slab and added a 12" footing around the outer perimeter to sustain the weight of the screen porch.

third time in 35 years is pretty good, I usually recommend every 5-10 years because this Florida heat is brutal on the screen

Can a screened porch like that be built on top of a brick paver patio instead of a concrete slab.
