If only I lived in Florida. I really liked that you made a point of the structural integrity of the footers & rebar reinforcement. I wish you had talked about the screen material. I live in S. TX & have to replace my screens facing west every 5 yrs. Good video. 😊

we used 18/14 phifer screen on this job, we also use no-seeum, and super screen, it depends on the job and structure.
