Dayummm three guys to do a 3 section lanai?? I do these same openings with KP by myself and done in 4hrs, no way Im paying 3to4guys for a little job like this
Can you recommend a good kit or you just head down to lowes and pick out what you need? I have a corner coved porch I want to get screened in. It doesn't look that hard to do.
Me gustó mucho el video. Deberían de dar las instrucciones en español. Gracias muy buen trabajo. Una pregunta que hago si en una esquina no tengo poste?
There may be a fancy "proper" name I don't know, but if you look up "screen rolling tool" at Amazon or Home Depot you should be able to find one- it is a handle with an edge roller on each side- one slightly larger usually. Hope this helps. :)
@@jaredmcnichols9874 so your assumption of stickbuilding is using clips?? if you are measuring a piece then cutting it and then fastening it to a wall or ground then thats stickbuilding, reading a print/structured drawing with measurements and pulls and then putting it together to be installed is called prefabing.
This is a very helpful video I wish you could have talked us through it. It would have been the best video out there. Gracious
Very nice job, the end result was great 👍
I truly enjoyed. Will follow the process. Thanks
thank you for taking the time to make and share the video
Great work
How much would something like this cost?
What I am missing is inside the door frame, is there a stop that the screen door goes against?

Excellent work. Do you guys service the Brevard County area? If not, do you have a recommendation?
Omg I’m from Brevard too!! I was just going ask same 😂. Did you ever find anyone ? 🤔 so many BUGS THIS SUMMER 😖 damn palmettos
Tapcons have a tendency to slide out if you dont clean out the holes first.
Buen trabajo 👍 me gusta el video aprovechando una pregunta en q lugar compran el framing de metal

Se pone un poste de aluminio de 4 x 4 o 2 x 2.
What’s the price for a job like this on average?
For 2 sections on the other side of Florida (Palm Bay) companies quoted me over $1200
❤
I didn't see how the door and bottom plates were installed?
Can someone list all tools and bit sizes, part numbers, links
Can we get a cost??
En Orlando FL hacen ese trabajo?
Is there an option to have something like this with a very large sliding door instead of a regular door like this?
Yes, you frame it out for garage sliders
What do you call the tool that you guys use to tuck the screen?

Spline tool
Stick framing🤔 I internally screw all my frames together. I’m not a fan of clips and L-brackets
Just bc its stick built doesn't mean you have to use clips..
@@big_redd2560 how do you attach the chair rail without a clip or bracket when you stick frame ?
@@jaredmcnichols9874 I do pulls/punch/drillpilotholes/fasten the 1x2s to the chairrail
@@jaredmcnichols9874 Also use Doorjam bc Zbar or prehung doors blow

It seems to be professional.
No sound
Guess we forgot to turn on the microphone ! Not a single explanation of what you were doing, how you measured, how you laid it out, just a video.
What kind of material did you use?
Would have been a great video if there was sound. dah...
