- Join me for this 15 Minute Beginner Home Workout. This is a low-impact full-body routine that is designed with weight loss exercises for better health. All the exercises are standing and require no equipment. This is a safe and effective workout by your qualified online trainer Lucy Wyndham-Read
Before you try taking ozempic I urge you to try and do this workout alongside healthy eating and focusing on eating the right size portions. Do this for at least a couple of weeks and you will notice healthy weight loss.

Ms Lucy I have problem with workouts with shoes. Can you do workouts which we can do anywhere with bearfoot?
I never do her workouts with shoes. I've always done them in socks and I haven't faced any problems.
Your reply gave me hope. Thank you so much. I do these workouts on tiles floor so it's slippery to do them with shoes.

I do these workouts there great, but stop messing with your hair it looks fine and I think u should tie it up in a bun especially for workouts, and you said you have been doing this for 30 years how old are you ? Lol
