@@free3793 There was more than just pmlg. Several of his normal stuff is already unfair, and results were being flooded with unknown Steve players. The results weren’t as bad as Sm4sh Bayonetta or Brawl Meta Knight, but pmlg seemed like enough reason to make sure it doesn’t get to that point.
Also what do you mean he’s not a good character? The official tier list has him at #1, and that was before pmlg.
Imagine an f smash that hits like Doriyah but you can spam it like a tilt attack...

Not even joking. When ultimate came out I was heavy into Melee which only has a 1 second charge window.
I got really used to running in to punish it.
Ultimate has a *3 second window*. So when I run in to punish the whiff, they’d just let it loose.
