- IT FINALLY HAPPENED! Years of competing and grinding in this game have paid off as I finally made my first official ranking in Smash Ultimate! The recent OrionRank listed me in the Top 200 players in North America, all while upholding my Top 5 worldwide rank in Melee! In celebration, this is one of my recent tournament runs where I played some of my best yet!

I was at 4.3m GSP with Jigglypuff 3 years ago and watched hungrybox one time and saw how to effectively use her and got her into elite mode within days. She became one of my most favorite characters because you can just toss people over and over. Playing doubles with her is so much fun too. Plus her shield breaker moves are disgusting!

With Ike, if you side-b and hit an opponent you can do up-b after. Cause it cancels the falling animation. If you do not hit anything then you are stuck in it

The 5 Gods might be getting old and the next generation has more than caught up, and working on multiple Smash titles simultaneously must be incredibly demanding. But they can still play and inspire. Awesome work HBox.

Being off stage against hbox is one of the scariest things in video games

Mac should have better aerials. Ult is a very air centric game, lots of characters have projectiles that shut down ground based approaches so you need to be able to navigate the air gracefully and punish when your opportunity to hit presents itself. XD Mac is bad at everything I just said so it limits him to shielding and running.
Comparing him to Captain Falcon is like comparing a 5 year old to a 30 year old. Falcon has everything Mac could ever want an more, the ONLY trade off is less powerful/ far reaching ground based attacks.
The only aerial that Mac has that's in any possible way useful is his up B XD XD XD XD XD and not as a recovery. It kind of hits hard, and it kind of has range.
One way they could make Mac better is to use Cpt Falcon's design. Make his Aerials have a sweet spot on his tiny little fist that hits super hard, then he would finally have something to give you a pay off to all the hardship you have to enduring learning this ridiculously limited character.
Hey I know that NONE player. I use to play him V my Ridley. He is how i know the Snake matchup. He is a pretty good and I enjoyed playing his Snake. But my Ridley was positive on him though... making me wonder if I should attend these onlines sometime once my switch is back up and running.
