Even if some interactions (like Kirby stealing copy abilities) are considered common knowledge, it's still fun being reminded of weird stuff. Sometimes I forget, other times I just never get exposed to it, and still other times it's kinda fun seeing people get salty over the repetition lol

Yes! CPU players can do it to any time if you’re on the battlefield!
This Pichu loves to do this because I was playing with the CPU Pichu on team battle against Kazuya!
It was a 2v1 and on his last stock I was Luigi team up with Pichu and I didn’t know that work because I thought I mess up the Zero-to-Death cause I didn’t buff down-air and then Pichu assisted me to perform it to land Super Jump Punch and then Kazuya died at 34% and it work😮!
I guess Pichu loves to do combo just like we learn from the best! Our little guy just grown up to practice and he did it! My baby boy is so excited to see it!

Eh! The first time I ever submitted a clip and it not only makes it as the final clip, but also results in a fun "test it out" segment. I am pleased.

I remember when my sister and I discovered the villager-minmin tech. Stayed up for an hour lab ing to see how fast we could get it. Experimented with pocketing/jumping off.

that kirby interaction was something i found out in a Smash4 3-player match its funny trying to keep the copy ability
The wolf clip at 2:25 makes sense completely, the newton laws/ motion law states that a body in motion tends to stay in motion, it would be the equivalent of jumping off a car in motion, your body is still going to move fwd causing a really bad fall or roll 🤷
This is also a game where double jumps exist, flying without proper lift, magic, and air defying techniques

Hilariously I knew the Kirby trivia because of smash 1 since it worked that way in that game I played it a lot as a kid in the for fun modes
i did know about the kirby copy ability only because when me and my friends do random ffa we got 2 kirbys and found it out and then just started stealing eachothers abilitys for the whole game it was funny

Kirby being able to steal another Kirby's power has always been a thing in Smash, and it was easiest to know this from 64, because of the Kirby Team you had to fight

I was playing some mega man today and started to wonder: How many sticky bombs can you put onto a single player? This might be a little hard to test bc you might need 7 controllers but I would like to see it done for once. If you could test this it would be great. Thank You. (The same question works for snake c4 too.)

When I was younger me and my friends would test random stuff we came up with in games. I miss those days. Y’all should do a video or a compilation of those test!
CFives final-smash would bring the opponent under the stage and make a strong hit which cant be teched. And he is saying "he could have teched" that after that.
Hasnt that Kirby thing been a mechanic for over 20 years? Feel like it was in Melee, or Brawl at the very least. I'd be shocked if it was only added in Wii U
I knew it! What's fun in team battle (team attack off) is that you can get your teammates power if you're facing a Kirby that has taken your teammates ability and steal it from them.
My favorites are 1:23, 4:57 and 10:08!

I actually did know the Kirby thing, but I don't recall why I know it. Perhaps I've seen it elsewhere where Kirby has stolen another Kirby's copy. But logically it makes sense because Kirby is absorbing someone with that ability. It may be another Kirby, but it still has that ability overall.

Me and my brother used to be Kirby mains so we would steal each other's powers all the time when we were younger.
I've been a long time enjoyer of Kirby since Melee, so I've had plenty of time to learn the whole "Copying Kirby" thing.
Ig Super Smash Bros. didn’t existed. Neither did Kirby and Enemy Kirby’s with Copy Abilities in Story Mode.
We need a "tetherball" minigame where there's a map with only a corridor, and the rules are stamina mode. Both players play minmin and gotta reflect the villager back and forth.

I want to learn how to do a grounded footstool. Most of my attempts just end up not working for whatever reason, and I'm not gutsy enough to pull it off offstage most of the time.

If you play the single player mode In the n64 version there is a vs Kirby mode where you fight the Kirby with different hats, if you play as Kirby to clear single player mode you learn this pretty quick first hand.

I’m a Kirby secondary main so yes I knew Kirby can steal a copy ability
something scary to mention is that ness has an infinite but its really hard to pull off

QB idea: Since you now know that kirby can steal the copy ability from another kirby, why not make a gamemode where theres lets say a dk in the middle, and whoever gets to him first gets to take the copy ability, then, the person with the copy ability would have to run away from the other kirby for like a minute, and whoever ended up with the copy ability by the end of the timer would get a point, could be like ft5 or something. Just an idea, though nobody is gonna see this

I only knew the kirby thing because in Melee I had two friends who would exclusively pick kirby, float above the stage, fall with down-b and attempt inhale + kirbycide

Kirby inhaling another Kirby with a Copy ability works in past Smash titles. It's not just Ultimate
That Kirby thing is even said in the tips
About the Kirby stealing the copy abilities, does it work with teams? Meaning that for example Shulk's Monado get stolen by the enemy Kirby and you inhale it, does it still apply the stealing of the ability to the ally Kirby meaning you'll have 2 monado using characters on 1 team?
It should; there's no reason for it not to work that way
The Kirby's mechanic of stealing another Kirby's copy ability is something that exists since Smash 64. And I found it so intresting how both of you didn't even knew about this.

I've played 2v2s and there was a kirby on both teams. One took the samus copy ability and the other kirby stole it. So of course the Kirby Samus team won.
