THANK YOU SO MUCH! THIS VANILLA INSTALL VIDEO IS SUCCINCT & EASY ENOUGH TO FOLLOW I GOT MY HACKINTOSH WORKING LAST NIGHT! I didn't even want to look at it for _weeks_ and I decided to follow your video-NO OTHER tutorial got me up and running!
Thank your Ralph for your donation! I really very apprecciate it If everybody woud be thankful as you, I could create 100x times more useful video and tutorials.
Very good tutorial! It worked flawlessly with the following hardware: Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-Z270M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard Processor - Intel Core i5 7600(k) Memory - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 Memory Graphics - Radeon RX 560 2048 MB The easiest build till now!
Omg thank you so much. I have been so tired of my 2012 MacBook and needed an upgrade but I didn’t want to to put a payment on a new MacBook. This Hackintosh build will save me more money on future upgrades.
THANK YOU! I followed your tutorial step-by-step and my installation worked on the first try. I set BIOS based on your "Hackintosh | BIOS settings on ASUS motherboards" video because I have the same motherboard (I DISABLED Intel Virtual Tech and ENABLED VT-d for my install). I fixed the ethernet issue just like you showed as well. Then I followed "How to Fix Hackintosh Sound - Latest Easy & Fast Solution" to fix my missing audio device (based on what you did, from my list I tried "21" and that worked on my first attempt). I just downloaded Logic and am waiting for the additional content to load - I'm so excited to make music on this machine! I built my PC over a year ago as a music production machine. I first installed with Tonymac86 method. I was able to get OSX in the first try, but after restarting, it never made it past the apple load screen. I tried reinstalling, reconfiguring BIOS, fresh installs, pretty much everything found from the regular RUclipsrs. I gave up for a while because I got busy with family. I stumbled on this video and put it on my list of things to try. Once the Logic Pro X 10.5 announced last week, I was motivated to get back to this. With your tutorial, I can finally utilize my machine. Thank you so much. Keep making these tutorials. Your deliver is clear and to the point. Two that would make this go even smoother is if the links you reference were in the description (but I was able to easily read off the screen), and if you mention how to handle updated versions of Clover apps.

Absolutely GENIUS!! After watching several other videos and reading loads of webpages THIS is the ONLY tutorial that WORKED. Now I have a fully functional Hackintosh. Thank you very much :). Díky :)

Hi. I'm more of a proud owner of a hackintosh. Unfortunately I could not make the vanilla installation, but the sequence of steps you demonstrated so clearly was essential to my success. I have a dual boot system High Sierra / Windows 7, with each system on its own HD. i5 Skylake 16Gb Dell brand desktop. Keep on!
Thank you for your video. I do a lot of Hackintosh videos but I have no interest in doing how-to build videos and people keep asking me. I will be happy to forward your link to them. But honestly, a lot has improved in a very short time. Mojave is maybe the best OS to Hackintosh to date. Lilu and Whatevergreen have been hugely helpful especially when getting Qucksync working, which is now very easy. USB port assignments is a nice little challenge but worth doing with Intel FB Patcher. You're charming and knowledgable. Keep up the good work.
Hi Peter Paul, I know your work of course too :) Could you send me directly an email (my address is in About tab for bussiness inquieres), we can talk details. Or contact me directly on my Facebook or Twitter.
For information, I've upgraded my 10.15.6 to 10.15.7 as Catalina did propose me a couple of days ago and it worked like a charm. No issue at all, this for me confirms one more time the good working of the tuto that you shared with us. Tuto that I strictly followed for my 1st installation of Catalina 10.15.5. I think that I thank you everyday when I start my Hackintosh :-)
Hi Teresa. Thanks for your tutorial. After watching this video 10 times over 4 months. I got up the courage, saved some money and bought the components for Z390 and finally successfully built my first Big Sur hackintosh piece by piece.
This is one of the best video tutorial about installing Hackintosh. Just got my build done a week ago. Still going strong. Updated to 10.14.4 no problems..
Thank you very much! Your guide just working perfect for Mac OS Mojave using the following hardware: - Intel Core i7-8700 3.2Ghz - MoBo Asus B360M-A - 16gb DDR4 2400mhz Hyperx Fury Black - SSD Adata 480Gb - Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 2GB Post install was made with Multibeast using Mac Pro Late 2013 profile.
I have been researching the whole web trying to understand the process of hackintosh I've got ADHD so is so difficult for me to follow the instructions, finally this video explains everything crystal clear, so easy to follow to understand I'm your new member and your fun, well done and thanks so much for your videos.
Mario, I'm very glad I could help you. Thanks for your nice comment. I do my best to help people. And I'm even more happy to help to disabled people in any form.
This is the best hackintosh tutorial ever. I always come back to this video whenever I am thinking of making one. Thank you so much. You are an inspiration.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!! I've been trying days to get my hackintosh to work again after an update for High Sierra made it stop working. I followed this video step-by-step and its working great!!! Thanks for the details have having this video available. THANK YOU!!!
Morgonaut Thanks. I have all of the hardware installed. Just wondering if this process works with Catalina OS x installer. It was downloaded using DosDude’s patcher since you recommended his patcher with Mojave in another video... or would it be best to stick with Mojave and follow the “hackintosh” update process from there?
Underrated instructional. I originally installed using UniBeast but after some much reading on the Hackintosh subreddit, I knew I needed to give vanilla a try. Of course, it was a bit discouraging because the guides made it seem particularly hard. Followed yours to the letter and the installation didn't miss a beat. Used your iMessage fix video and managed to get it up and running too!
thank you eggydrums for very nice comment, yes, all my tutorials are underrated, because they simply works and I try to teach it the way, everybody can understand it. So I'm glad you've got everything running. If my tutorials helped you, I would aprecciate your help too, on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly aprecciated.
Morgonaut hello how are you! I never build a hackintosh before but I want to build one with the 8th generation core i7 with 12 cores in it and best graphic card and 64 or 128 gb of ram. What would you suggest ? What mother board, cpu, graphic card, ram, power card, and cooling system should I select to build me a hackintosh for video editing! I want to use davinci resolve 16 and Final Cut Pro X 10.4.7? Can you help me please? I have no idea where to start please help me!!!
Morgonaut I just bought a black magic pocket 4K cinema camera , and I would love to Have a top notch video hackintosh computer to get me started. I need your help bad!!! Please help me, my 2011 Mac mini or 2013 i3 iMac is not fast enough, I can not afford 2019 Mac Pro or iMac Pro or 5K iMac. I made up in my mind to build me a hackintosh computer and use it for all of my video editing. Please help me!!!!! Please I am so desperate right now!!!
Your 19:35 length Hackintosh installation/technique video has proved more valuable to me than the past five years of my life wasted believing in the tonymacx86 forum nerdzone techniques. Of the ten (yes, 10!!!) Hackintosh build attempts under my belt, only FOUR have worked without any issues; incidentally all four of them had Gigabyte motherboards, and the failures were MSI and ASUS motherboards (coincidence, or just my sh¡tty luck???🤔). Obviously due to the expected PC hardware failures every two years (powersupplies, and crappy capacitors on motherboards) of the four still-working Hackintoshes, two of them required new powersupplies, one required a new SSD (failboat excursion due to powersupply issues) and one required a China-spec-refurbed motherboard replacement… I was so much on the fence about moving beyond with putting my faith into Hackintoshes as opposed to official Apple hardware, as I have been a die-hard Macintosh user since 1984 and have only ever had two hard drive failures (back in the SCSI days), one powersupply failure (G4 MDD model which were notorious for their sh¡tty powersupply reliability), and the notorious 2011 27" iMac models with the Radeon HD 6970 onboard graphics which required a complete motherboard replacement (fortunately covered under warranty). For the Hackintosh hardware failures, however, it has resulted in Tourette’s syndrome, alcoholism, sleep deprivation, and wondering what in the hell I am doing with thouse countless hundred or so hours of my life shot in the butt. But thank you again for your PAINLESS installation tutorial video.
Hi Jickmady, thank your for very nice comment. Biggest thank to me would be if you spread information about my tutorials to wider audience and support me on my Patreon page: www.patreon.com/morgonaut I hope you have new hope in hackintoshes in your blood now :) Enjoy
Jickmady Kulkarnisteakbacon You must be buying some very cheap components. In all my life I never had a single motherboard or PSU failure. In fact every single PC I have built (since 2001) still runs without issues but I always made sure to get a top of the line motherboard and high end PSU. Saved me a lot of money and headaches.
After 2 frustrating days of trying to install Catalina on OptiPlex 9020, I finally, thankfully came across this video. One hour later it is up and running. Thank you very, very much!
Thank you for your excellent directions. I was able to follow and complete each step as you explained and your support files worked flawlessly. I watched many installation guides, yours is by far the best.
thanks a lot, but I don't deserve gold medal, I deserve some people will support me in my work - www.patreon.com/morgonaut It's not possible to do it for free so long. At this time only 11 people did that out of tens thousands I already helped.
yes I know, most of people told me the same, it's the best. But still, thak you. If my tutorials helped you, I would aprecciate your help too, on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly aprecciated.
Thank you so much just finished my first Hackintosh Parts Motheer Board Asus B250M-k Prime CPU i5 7600k with Rx 460 gpu. followed you steps and only had to go back and fix sound but now it works like a dream. Mac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2017). Just finished my first vid editting and it works great
Although I already had a hackintosh build, still watched the entire video and I really enjoyed. Had I encountered such explainer before, my struggle with my hackintosh would have been lot easier. Thanks for the good, straight and clean explanation.
Thank you so much, finally it works. I bought a Sapphire Radeon Rx 580 and all my problem were magically solved. My hardware: Asus Strix Rog 360G-Gaming Mother Board, Intel i3 Quad Core 8350K 4 Ghz, 16Go Ram. Everything works just like a "Real Mac" lightning speed...
Thank you so much!! I literally tried 10 different tutorials and they never worked. Your tutorials always work, your videos are amazing, entertaining and very well explained. Keep up the good work!!
Hey Teresa your guides are really great, thanks for the contribution you make. With your considerable experience do you know if its possible to have working nVidia gfx acceleration in High Sierra on Skylake systems? I've tried but beginning to think its not possible.
Thank you for making these videos! I have been building Hackintosh systems since the Kalyway, iATKOS versions first came out in 05-06 and are blown away at the professionalism and clear points you make at each step of the way, it makes building one of these machines so much easier. 100% best tutorial on Hackintosh systems I have ever seen, keep up the great work!
if you would see my other videos I cannot make it easier for people and everybody following my advices can have 100% perfect hackintosh in just 20-30 minutes running
Morgonaut yes I agree with you, if user understands steps very easy and you have strong stable machine, in short timeframe. Very good job congratulations on your channel and successful videos.
AMAZING. Thank you for helping me build my first Hackintosh Morgonaut. Thank you for all your patience, and help in the tech community. I've recommended your videos to some fam!

Hope someone with GIGABYTE Z370 Gaming 7 board found this useful: IntelMausiEthernet.kext for nic AppleALC.kext for audio NoVPAJpeg.kext for jpg preview
Thank you for this video!! I was trying the UniBeast installer from TonyMacx86, but just couldn't get more than the install (no keyboard, mouse, or even network activity). Thanks to your video, I now have a much more powerful machine than the Mid-2012 MBP I had been using.
Hi Carey, If my tutorials helped you, I would aprecciate your help too, on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly aprecciated.
@@MorgonautHackintosh Done! Friday night I had an alert for the 10.14.3 update from Apple. I did what was always a taboo for a Hackintosh, I did an update from Apple without downloading any special kexts or kernels. The update installed without a hitch. I was back up and running as if nothing happened. Thank you again!
Carey, I'm glad you have everything running. As I said, when Hackintosh is well prepared and really clean vanilla, then you should have no problems with .dot updates. And thank you for your "thank you" to me, you are the best. I wish more poeple would be like you. Enjoy your perfect Hackintosh
Great instructions! My Hackintosh (Multibeast) was slow and buggy. Hardware acceleration was buggy too. Tried your vanilla approach and all seems well. It’s fast, instant hardware acceleration, could not be happier. Sound, Internet, Sleep/wake; perfect! Thanks.
you're welcome Peter. Share my videos with your friends, so it can help to more people. And if my tutorials helped you, I would apprecciate your help too, on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly aprecciated.
A huge THANK YOU for your kind and professional personal help fixing ALL my Hackintosh issues with much better, smarter and faster advice than any internet forum or facebook group could ever give you and especially thanks for the fantastic Remote Session Help. You did not only fix my issues, you really made me understand how things work. Now I have the best and fastest computer that I’ve ever had and it just works - super-clean and super-reliable, without any messing around in the macOS system at all.
Thank you Matthias for amazing comment. It was pleasure to meet you, even only remotely. Your Hackintosh is one of the most powerful I ever saw and I'm glad we can make it working 100%. Take care and maybe see you some next time.
Planning to build a hackingtosh a long time ago, but after saw your video it simply inspired me to start it. Really want to try Mojave and Mac offered stability, feautures etc. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing!! Something in your voice aroused me and am now obliged to watch all your videos and transform my pc into a Hackintosh!!! Liked and subscribed!
Hi Αργύρης, If my tutorials helped you, I would aprecciate your support on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly aprecciated.
I found you to be one of the best tutorial made till now, which help me a lot to upgrade my Hackintosh from High Sierra to Majove. But I am still facing some issues regarding GPU. My Hardware Details are Gigabyte Z97 UD3H BK, Corsair Ram 8gig, Samsung NVME M.2 500gig, Nvidia GPU GTX 950 2gb, CPU i7 4770k. Mostly I am facing with glitches while using safari and GPU acceleration for video & audio workstation.
Thanks for this. I've followed other guides for an OptiPlex 3020 and failed. Your guide along with matching my CPU architecture (Haswell) to the equivalent iMac (13,1) and clearing out my kexts folder and re-doing them solved my issue. Mojave is now installing.
OK, so ive built the system.... and asked a friend for help with the MAC part of it, hes hoping i will soon have a Hackintosh up and running... Many thanks for this tutorial, be totally lost with out it, Cheers
WOW! This guide single handedly helped me do my first ever vanilla install and it's probably the smoothest and best working Hackintosh I've done so far. I'm running with an i9-9900k, AMD Radeon VII, and 64GBs of RAM. After this install pretty much everything was working out of the box. iMessage, iCloud, the whole thing. The only thing I'm having problems with is a get a kernel panic when I try to restart my machine so due to this I can only boot from the thumb drive I created (I'm still looking into this) but I'm mind blown at how awesome it's working. Thank you SO MUCH. you have a new fan and follower out of me. I tried the Tonymacx86 way of Hackintoshing and always ran into issues. This Vanilla install is 👌
This tutorial worked perfectly for me. First computer build: 100% Mac compatibility. Mobo: Gigabyte Z370N Wifi . (ITX) . Replaced wifi/bluetooth with BCM94360CS2 BCM943224PCIEBT2 Wireless Card to NGFF M.2 Key A/E Adapter and MacBook Air 13 A1465 A1466 2013 2014 WiFi Bluetooth Air Port Card BCM94360CS2 AP (both on E*ay) . No special Kext for this - just works! I5-8400 Intel processor Gigabyte Radeon Rx 580 8gb Ready for a new challenge...a touch screen laptop! Maybe Teresa will create a general 'how to' (if that's even possible!) THANK YOU!

i have build my own windows 10 pc with amd ryzen 7 1700k with nivida 1070 graphics card, 16gb of amd ram, 250gb ssd, cryorig air cooler, h100i case from thermaltek and a tiachi x370 motherboard. i have made my grand children their own computers to but have always wanted a hackintosh so it looks like i will soon have me one very soon. Thanks Teresa your great!
Thanks a lot! I was really upset that I couldn’t get my hackintosh to work and your video solved every one of my problems. I loved the way you explained things straight to the point! Got a new subscriber and I may even donate you sum.
Thanks for this. Your tutorials seem the best I've found so far. Most Hackintosh vids seem to be people showing off without properly teaching. I'm gonna try this on a 2018 Razerblade Stealth. It looks very similar in spec to a 13 inch Macbook Pro from the same time so this should work. It has a touch screen which I'm not so sure will work but I'm not that bothered about that. I have an old Mac (Late 2010 17 inch MBP) which can run Mac OS up to High Sierra so it should do the usb flash drive ok. Wish me luck!
Great job! I got my computer working following your instructions. Just for fun I even tried your method on and old dell xps8700 with Haswell i7, with it’s stocked graphics card and it worked. Thanks a million!
Thank you so much i have been trying since mid april and was ready to give up after using a popular sight.I had a semi working hackintosh after countless hours and days but it started locking up.I was ready to try and make windows act/work like a mac as i currently have a late 2012 mac mini upgraded with 16g mem and a 480 g ssd.Using this video took me less then 4 hrs even though i had to keep stopping video and enlarging screen and rewinding to see exact steps .Everything is working except for network so far thanks so much .
@@MorgonautHackintosh hi I'm trying to find my efi to exchange on majove disk but its missing from usb install .When connected to my real older mac mini i have to mount it using clover config. When I eject it and connect to my new hackintosh its not there only empty refi backup.
I guess I'm just getting old... First, the deserved kudos. Yes, informative and probably exactly what Hackintosh builders need. Now, I used to be an IBM PC guy for the longest time. Yes, I used to build my own PCs from scratch, until Apple decided to start building decent computers (not just the hype, but actual good, worth the extra premium computers). Then I switched to Macs and no regrets (circa 2011). I now own and work with an iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), 32 GB RAM (upgraded from 16GB), from the factory Fusion Drive and the highest video card upgrade I could buy back then. I paired that recently with a couple of external 3.0 USB SSDs, and I am good to go. I love my machine, and I wouldn't change it for anything. I can't imagine spending hours and hours configuring each and every driver, option, disks, partitions, USB drives, and the list goes on. Again, I must be getting old. I'd rather just plug and play (in my case, plug and work (I'm a DBA)). Having said that, Apple's prices/bang for your buck have skyrocketed... So much that I often find myself interested in videos such as this. But boy... When is it that someone will create a program that you double click and it configures everything so we can enjoy Hackintoshes without all this overhead?? Again, I'm a DBA, and as such I don't have all these extra hours to dedicate to scavenging the Internet for all these drivers, configurations, hacking software, etc... :-) Anyways, thanks much for the video. It was very "informative." :-)
you simply don't understand, with my builds I introduced in my videos, even absolute beginner without any knowledge can have perfect hackintosh running under an hour. No fiddling with drivers, settings etc., I have no idea what are you talking about, it is simply your lack of knowledge and lack of watching my videos :) I don't have only this one!
Thank you very much, Teresa, you produce great tutorials! Very clear, compact and just to the point. My Hackintosh works great - just two (small) problems after start: 1) my internal GPU on i5 9600K didn't work properly - so I build in a second-hand Radeon 560 : perfect! 2) tried to build in a NTFS hard drive for reading my old data - but doesn't boot any more. All the other things work perfect. Thaks again!
Hallo Jurgen, first thanks for your contribution! Second - if you want, I can look at your configuration, because when you said your iGPU was not working, then you probably also with the RX 560 still have no proper encoding acceleration.
you know we need to schedule a remote session, but because you are not on my Patreon I will forget it here in comments, because I get 100000000 comments a day a I have no chance to read them all. So what would be the best... I would prefer the Patreon (becasue I don't have much patrons there, I have time for them), you can sign up with just $1 and I will remember you already or reach me at my Facebook, but there is the same problem - I'm getting too much messages a day so I can miss some of them.
Hi, thank you for your simple tutorial! Believe it or not, i remembers my second-hand mini desktop could be hackintoshed perfectly because its former owner tried before. I followed your steps and fixed audio issues without pains. Now i am writing this comment on newly installed Mojave and feels no difference compared to my old Macbook Pro!
if my tutorials helped you, I would apprecciate your help too, on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly apprecciated.
Morgonaut one thing, downloading apps should work normally after installation? Of course, logged in with the Apple ID. I have an issue that after I click on download app button I receive a message to download it from purchased tab, and when I click on download from there i get the same error message and nothing is downloading from the App Store
Thank you so much Teresa for this amazing video, it is the 1st time that I see something related to this topic, understandable for me. Take care. Kathleen
I’ve been using your enterprise setup for three years now, it has been a great system. You’re truly a leading voice in hackintosh setups and lightning fast, stable workstations. A few questions: 1. So many of my music friends avoid VMs because they say the latency is too much for audio production. I don’t experience latency, and I’m recording massive orchestral templates with tons of effects and virtual instruments. How did you get it past that latency issue? 2. Is it possible to update Mac OS on a VM without a special installer? Or would I need one configured for VMs? And what is your philosophy on upgrading Mac OS? I’m still on Mojave, looking to upgrade to Catalina or Ventura, to keep current with music plugins and new instruments.
@DallasCrane - Dallas, people without knowledge rules the World and shout the most. If their setups are badly chosen and badly configured sure they have problems. You and me we don't have such problems 😂 Yes it is "possible to update Mac OS on a VM without a special installer" :) For more questions better join again my Patreon or book a meeting

Absolutely GENIUS!!
After watching several other videos and reading loads of webpages THIS is the ONLY tutorial that WORKED. Now I have a fully functional Hackintosh.
Thank you very much :).

Came here from watching Peter, a small internet world.
I'm glad I helped you and saved you lot of money
btw donation link is in all my video descriptions :(
Hi Teresa. Thanks for your tutorial. After watching this video 10 times over 4 months. I got up the courage, saved some money and bought the components for Z390 and finally successfully built my first Big Sur hackintosh piece by piece.
:)
Just wanted to say thanks for the guide. I screwed up my install before and this simple guide got me back up and running. Thanks!
Oh thats nice, thank you very much. I'm glad my tutorial solved your problems. Stay tuned for more tutorials :)
Thnx! Worked like a charm. I now have a working Hackintosh on an Asus ROG Z390-I, 9700K and 16Gb ram. Thanks again, love your work!

Just ordered everything. Should be here next week. Seen enough in your videos to feel comfortable enough to go through with this.
sure :) enjoy it Fred

Have a top notch video hackintosh computer to get me started.

This video is the best for beginners who want o build hackintosh. Thanks a lot mam. Love from India.

Thank you very much, Teresa,
you produce great tutorials! Very clear, compact and just to the point.
My Hackintosh works great - just two (small) problems after start:
1) my internal GPU on i5 9600K didn't work properly - so I build in a second-hand Radeon 560 : perfect!

So what would be the best... I would prefer the Patreon (becasue I don't have much patrons there, I have time for them), you can sign up with just $1 and I will remember you already or reach me at my Facebook, but there is the same problem - I'm getting too much messages a day so I can miss some of them.
I'll do it!
Absolute confidence and understanding. No stuttering. I wish you were my aunt.
Hi, thank you for your simple tutorial! Believe it or not, i remembers my second-hand mini desktop could be hackintoshed perfectly because its former owner tried before. I followed your steps and fixed audio issues without pains.
Now i am writing this comment on newly installed Mojave and feels no difference compared to my old Macbook Pro!
if my tutorials helped you, I would apprecciate your help too, on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly apprecciated.
i just finished the install process on my machine. following your tutorial was easy. thanks!
you're welcome Florin
Morgonaut one thing, downloading apps should work normally after installation? Of course, logged in with the Apple ID. I have an issue that after I click on download app button I receive a message to download it from purchased tab, and when I click on download from there i get the same error message and nothing is downloading from the App Store
then you have something wrong. EVERYTHING should work normally as on any Mac
@@MorgonautHackintosh is it possible to update the system via app store or it will destroy my hackintosh?
watch my video about updates
Thank you so much Teresa for this amazing video, it is the 1st time that I see something related to this topic, understandable for me. Take care. Kathleen
you're welcome Kathleen
You are amazing.... Thank you so much! I have heard so many hackintosh horror stories, but I didn't run into any major issues- Thanks to you!
Thank you Mitchell. Please consider supporting me here www.patreon.com/morgonaut or PayPal donation. I need some support to continue.
I’ve been using your enterprise setup for three years now, it has been a great system. You’re truly a leading voice in hackintosh setups and lightning fast, stable workstations.
A few questions:
You and me we don't have such problems 😂
Yes it is "possible to update Mac OS on a VM without a special installer" :) For more questions better join again my Patreon or book a meeting
@@MorgonautHackintosh awesome!!
@DallasCrane - but as always before you do anything major make sure you make the super easy backup
@@MorgonautHackintosh that’s one of my favorite functions. FAR TOO MANY stories from friends who screwed up their rig mid-project by updating. And they have no backup to go to! I feel bad for them.
@DallasCrane - if all of those morons in hackintosh forums open their minds and build it my New Way then they could have so easier life 😇
THANK YOU MORGONAUT!
You're amazing! Up and running stable on my existing hardware! (I just need to upgrade my NVIDIA card to a Vega 56) aside from that, EVERYTHING IS WORKING FLAWLESSLY! Typing this from my 6th generation MSI B150 hackintosh that only took me 3 hours to get running thanks to you!
you're welcome David
Can't afford to build one yet or support you on patreon but I definitely subscribed. You are now my 5th subscription among hundreds of channels that I've seen.
nice to hear I'm 5th :) Maybe in future I'll be your No. 1 :) And I apprecciate your honest comment.
@@MorgonautHackintosh Thank you. You are the only number 1 for Hackintosh. Anyway, I mean that I have subscribed to 5 channels in total even though I watch several different kinds channels a day.
@@Dark_eVader OK, that sounds better :) So check all my videos, not just this one.
@@MorgonautHackintosh Sure. By the way, I am using a 10 year old, 2nd hand desktop (Core i7-920 on an MSI X58 Platinum, 12 gigs ram and MSI TwinFrozr n250 GTS 1gb GPU. Can this possibly run Mohave?
@@Dark_eVader You had to change the GPU, but I think High Sierra will be better for it
thank you . Your guide helped me to make my old lga 775 system into a High sierra hackintosh .
Is there a new updated version. Or is this one still current? Thanks your vids are awesome.
principle is all the time the same
Yes! Maybe the best Hackintosh tutorial video on the internet. So succinct and full of great info.
Thank you Cameron, I do my best. If my tutorials helped you I would apprecciate your support on my Patreon www.patreon.com/morgonaut or any PayPal donation would be highly aprecciated.
