Your realistic and grounded approach has always been the most conducive with my head canon. You and Ranger Dave (back when he was EVIL VIKING 13) are the top tier FO4 builders in my opinion.

You hate the fog, you should play Fallout London - you can get an item you can use from your Pip Boy (Atta Boy in FOLON) that allows you to control weather and more. SOOOO MUCH more convenient than having to have a firework launcher set up and craft fair weather shells, to keep your build times nice and sunny.
I like doing the custom bed thing as well. I made a ton of them on my Red Rocket build on my channel, though my favourite is in my underground bunker. Gonna be doing it again soon in my next build.
Honestly i kinda prefer mods that add items into the regular menus, that way i can just scroll through "beds" and see all my options. As awesome as CVC, USO, and ESO are i honestly forget that I have them sometimes cause they're at the very end of the list
im so happy i can use console commands to place things precisely. on the other hand bethesda really f'ed up with the updates so i cant even play properly
Has anyone found a workaround for the messed up mod menu after the next-gen update? I can download mods right from the Bethesda website but when I launch FO4 and go to "Mods" 90% of them don't pop up and I can't enable them :') I was having such a good time before the next-gen update.

There's a next gen patch for uso specifically for the theme crash. I think you search for next gen patch.

Going to try this, looks great! but it'll be a little village of such trailers. Never actually built something small 😂
Just an idea, each Trailer should be self-contained. Everyone should have it's own water, power, food etc.

uso has done a patch for the themes crashing; on xbox anyway
ill need to hunt that down
