- Thursday night is interval session night, regardless of the weather. And tonight the weather was pretty awful, but if you want to improve or you're training for a 10K, half marathon or a full marathon, you just have to get it done. And you can always reward yourself later (I had a sneaky pizza and a bottle of Peroni)

Hi Reto, I’ve just realised that I didn’t reply to you, my apologies. Thanks, when I head out in these sorts of conditions, I just try to focus on 1) I will see the benefits on race day and 2) I have a pizza and beer to look forward to when I get home😀

Thanks for watching the video Paul😊 I’m keen to get back to my previous fitness levels (pre-COVID) and I’d like to better my 10K race times from last year so I have to put the work in⚙️⚙️🚂🚂😊
Looked like a tough session especially if you were doing it solo, great work getting It done out there 💪
It was unpleasant but I got warmed up when I’d done my first 2-3 400s😊I prefer to train solo, I can then slot sessions in to my schedule at a time that works for me✅

Yes, I record all of my activities on Strava, gym sessions, runs, swims, bike and longer dog walks😊 @AndyCliffMTB same as YT😊
