I Skipped Parkrun And It Made Me Realise…🤔😟😊

Had to skip my visit to another tourist Parkrun on Saturday so no Parkrun video....However, made me realise how much it means to me and a chance to update you on forthcoming events and the race did on Thursday, the Birchwood Brook 5K. If you would like me to upload a short video on that event, let me know in the comments and I'll put the clips together.

Hi Andy, hope your mother in law is getting better. Saturdays yes Parkrun is brilliant. We have made so many friends for life a d I too always look forward to it. It's not just the running but the whole thing, getting out in all weather, doing something good for your mind soul and body. I. Love my brew and wifes homemade cakes have become legendary at Sale. She ran on Saturday and was asked by to other runners is their cake today 😂.
