I love hot and sour soups but imagined I can never make them at home due to the long list of ingredients it takes.. you make it look so simple! Although here in India easily available mushrooms are oyster and button. Others are pricey and not easy to find, although restaurants do source them from somewhere. I think I can do this with my little tricks and twists. 😄

I will add a little bit of sour cream to this soup. But I am Polish and we add cream to almost every soup :) also we cook mushroom soup in the autumn and winter (very popular for Christmas Eve), but its made with forest mushrooms. Greetings from Poland, Marion 😀

I love making hot and sour soup as a late night supper in the wintertime. It’s filling, but not too heavy, warming, tangy and luscious.
