Thank you for the update. I'm so happy that Rex is feeling better, he already looks healthier. I love the vets point of view on pitties. In general, is heartbreaking what the animals endure in dog fighting. I say animals, because not only dogs of any breed and any age are abused in dog fighting, but also cats, chickens, and every possible living bait. Not only kidnapped from families, but also adopted from shelters or gotten from Craigslist. Older dogs needing a loving home and care, are taken from shelters/homes to be used as baits for strong and young dogs. Same goes for the other animals. It's a never ending plague. I am so happy that these vets actually love animals and are so determined to help as many as they can in a desperate situation. These vets have hearts of gold.
Thank you for the wonderful update on Rex. I’m visualizing him healthy and happy and sending the energy of love to Rex and all the animals and humans at HAWS.
An AHMAZING vet!! “His Eyes Don’t Look Like He’s Dying” … True Compassionate Human Being Who Truly Cares for these Animals 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 Glad Rex is doing better, I will keep praying for him 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 A Wonderful Non-Profit! 🧚🏾♀️🙌🏽💖🕯️💫
Such good news about Rex, taking that chance on an abused.and scared animal has paid off. Pitbulls tend to be playful, loving and gentle. It is the owner that shapes the character. Thank you for making a difference, canine and feline, they all benefit ❤
I hope both the scared dog and the pitty-cross will find homes. Shelters like this don’t have the funds and staff to work extensively with such a scared dog probably leading to becoming unadoptable. It really is sad 🌼 bit where there is life, there is hope 🌟
