I love checklists, thank you! As a suggestion, when you do these checklist type step by step videos it would be super helpful if you would include a bullet point list of the steps in the description. Nothing overly complicated, something like the “Pain Free You”-Game Plan list that I made. If you have the extra time, I appreciate all the time you already take to make daily videos for us. 🙂

I need to stop doing specific targeted hand stretches/exercises for at least a week. The thing is, when it annoys me, I feel like I have to touch the area to comfort it. But I'm probably just perpetuating the attention on it.

What if someone takes the test and they score pretty low, can they still use the TMS approach? And happy birthday!! 🎉
Dan I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and “mixed connective tissue disorder” and my rheumatologist told me my bloodwork showed a lot of inflammatory markers. I’m an old pro at TMS, and I even had a few sessions with you which was very helpful. I was a lot better and now going through a TMS relapse lol. And my doctor says a have a lot of inflammation.
Can someone have TMS and have actual real inflammation?
