And I was beginning to think Facebook Marketplace was a safer place than Craigslist because of the information they have on you and connections.🤔

This exact same thing happened to me two years ago it was stolen by an old couple and it was a Nissan Sentra with only 60k miles on it I should have asked for the title ahead of time and I should have checked his ID and ask for service records but the dumb part was the car was only selling for two grand so I should have known I never got my money back

You better think twice before buying a used car, an dealership would be more safer than from the seller.

so much about this story is lacking.. like that is a very nice looking car.. even the tires look great.. how does the theif have the keys for that car. how was the car stolen from someone's driveway (and we're talking about MEMPHIS here) w/o any damage done to the car and the keys with it. sounds like possible family member stole this car and sold it.. be nice to check the ip address from facebook of the person who place the ad to sell the stolen car.. whatever address you get, is where they live or where they used the computer to log into facebook..
