i had TERRIBLE bicep tendonitis for 3 months and couldn't go gym anymore and after 2 weeks of using this treatment it has helped dramatically. Yous 2 are real life superheroes, thank you.
Glad to hear that we could help you :) You are welcome!
So good to hear! I'm going to try this for sure!
I have mine, and the doctor said it may be due to my uric acid. Results show my uric acid is normal and the doctor said I should go for therapy. I will do this DIY and hopefully, I can recover.
Hey how's your bicep tendon now?
Thank you for your brand of common sense and humor! I found relief immediately by your simple steps and most especially enjoyed the positive confidence you shared!
Their presentation has gotten much better over the years :-)
Tears of joy after using your tips. I absolutely love your videos. Youve helped so many people. Thank you so much for helping people recover and heal
I've been out of the gym for 3 months now and it started with shoulder blade pain, I managed to massage it with a hot cloth and it went away. At the same time I was also suffering from bicep tendonitis and this greatly helped! Within a few minutes of doing it I feel so relieved. Thank you very much!
You guys are the best! Many of your videos have helped me so much, and your humor raises my spirits. I’m a retired PA, and I rspect and trust your knowledge.
Excellent Doc. Tried and felt relief immediately, after two months of pain. Keep up the great work. God bless
Heey... I tried this Tendon Rubbing on what I thought was my shoulder impingement and it seems to offer pretty immediate relief! I didn't even know I had that sore spot! I got referred here by one of your replies, with a link, to one of the comments there.

I love your advisories but would implore you to try to make an index. I like one of the medical algorithms where you click on the part of the body-chart that hurts and it takes you to the appropriate advisory (ies).
Wow, instantly feeling better, just wow, amazing ! Thank you
Thank for this. This worked very fast on the first try. I will definitely add this to my schedule.
This is great, I've had a combinaition of AC joint soreness, biceps tendonitis and this has really started helping!
I had a slight pain for months, then a few weeks that reminded me of the pain from my torn rotator cuffs but in my arm instead. Been doing this massage, resting, and ice for four days and already feel 50% better. Hoping to start some physical therapy videos I found in another week. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I'm so glad I found this
Hello Sir,thanks a lot for giving this nice treatment.
Omg thank you so much. I thought I was going to rip my arm off... The pain was increasing and I used a lacrosse ball. So much better.
Great stuff doc appreciate it
Instant relief thanks a lot guys :)
Suprising amazing. My long Bicep head on both arms especially my left hasn't felt this good for over a year. Today is day 1 I will continue to persevere
any result bro ?
Thank you! I was doing pushups and went a bit to far. It's been weeks since I've been able to do a chataronga pushup in yoga! This is feeling better already! You guys are the BEST
thank u for this info- u gave me peace of mind
Thank you. I tried this and got immediate relief.
does it help in straightening your arms again ? Bc mines can’t even straighten again
You guys are lifesavers! I found some of your videos on plantar fasciitis and followed your instructions. I could hardly walk in the mornings. Not sure what I did to deserve that but it was extremely painful and getting worse. After trying your massages and instructions it has almost completely gone away. I have had pain in my left arm in the area of my biceps for almost a year. I am definitely going to try this to see if I can get some relief. Love watching your videos. 🥰
I couldn't believe that I am relived after 3 months of arm and shoulder pain in less than 24 hours. I did exercises in combination of other exercises in other movie for biceps.
Thank you so much you guys are great keep it up!!
Thanks so much!
Thank you.
Appreciate the note .. Just seems the healing process is taking a very long time I'm 42 and am an active in fitness if there is any other videos or suggestions you can relay please let me know. Your very knowledgeable and am grateful for all the videos posted.
red light/NIR to get more bloodflow
My elbow has been killing me for nearly two years. I rubbed it in the shoulder and immediate relief! Thank you so freaking much!
Wow this is old school. Great vid.
You guys are legit thanx
Thank you so much😍 it helped
lol...y'all need to consider remaking these. We love you guys but you're asking a lot of your viewers with this video. Seriously, remake it. I need it. lol Love both you.
It's still helping people several years later. Read the comments. I agree it's hard to hear but I disagree that it's so bad it needs replaced.
Immediate thank goodness 😇😇my arm has been hurting do so long
You guys are hilarious and yet professional!😉👍
is this intentionally made to look like it's from the early '90s? lol
algo 1890’s?
Lmao
Had a terrible pain in the crook of my arm or inside of my arm which was diagnosed as tendinitis and I was concentrating treatment in that area but after seeing this video it showed me that indeed my problem was in the shoulder because when I applied pressure I immediately felt how tender it was here thanks boys 👍👍💪
How did u fix this
This is exactly what I’m going through
This helped a lot - immediate relief. Thank you!
Learnt something 🙏
This video was most helpful, trying to get rid of my bicep pain! Just wanna give some value back to you guys, I think you guys could become youtube celebs because ypur content is very very good. You just need to somehow fix your audio and make some video edits to make the video flow faster
Thanks 😊
You can get your long head reattached. The procedure is called tenodesis, and attaches it to the humerus. I know distal ruptures have a small window for successful reattachment, a common injury with dead lifters and sometimes known to happen with Scott bench curl enthusiasts, so I gather the same goes for proximal ruptures.
This stuff works Great 👌 actually feeling stronger 👍
I've had biceps tendonitis for a couple weeks, and this tip helped immensely. It feels much better after just one day.
+physicaltherapyvideo Thanks. Kinesiology tape seems to be helping, also.
thanks feels better already
Thank you so much, instant relief!
yep does work, for 4 weeks ive been watching tv with a bag of frozen peas on my arm, after 5 mins of this, instantly feel better , hopefully be able to play the guitar again in a few days, thanks guys.
Legends. After 2 mins, this completely removed the pain. Will continue to do daily.
I did this every other day for about a week, and it made a dramatic difference in my shoulder/arm pain. I woke up this morning without stiffness and aches for the first time in months. Thanks, gentlemen.
Hi & GO PACK GO! This self therapy seems like a much better option than another cortisone shot, especially considering the risks. Thanks for all of your valuable & amusing videos!
Did you fix your shoulder?
I just found your channel!! I was having so much soreness on my biceps for a week now and after seeing your video and applied what u guys did with the tendons !! Omg!! Mind Blown!! We millennials need to save you guys!! You guys are a gem!!! Thank you for this helpful video!! Subscribing now!!
This is awesome to hear, thank you!! We couldn't do it without all of you subscribers!!
Thankyou. I strained the bicep tendon attaching to the forearm doing heavy curls. I knew after i did it it was not tendonitis. Ive felt that more times than i can count. This was something more acute. After 10 years of lifting I know to stop immediately and get the hell out of the gym. 5 days later and i almost dropped my coffee cup this morning it hurt so bad.... I know its not torn completely, i can still move my bicep. It just fucking hurts at the joint. This seemed to help alittle, and is something proactive i can do to heal.
One of the best instant relisf
I was skeptic , touch that for 2 secs, the pain is gone! Amazing
Ty for the information I believe this will help locate the injury. If you can stick ur arm straight out and flex the middle of ur arm hard that's where my pain is. Feels tender deep inside. Ever heard of someone's hand getting hot all the time? Ty
1st day: working out
2nd day: getting tendonitis (feeling pain)
3rd day: even worse than day 2
4th day: feeling slightly better
5th day: ?? (Going to update)
It went away after 6-7 days. I feel no pain anymore👍
Hi any update?
@@chaszeren7282 it went away after like a week, i feel so much better now
Thanks guys! My arm recovered within a week after icing and massaging. Don't do too much bicep curls...
Did it feel like a pinch the pain like a rubber band can't explain sensation
@@xI2eveRsaL you could feel the sharp pain when you straighten your arm. i had it for more than 3 weeks... this comment was 6 years ago and i still remember how much the pain annoyed me for weeks. don’t push too much after months of break from the iron...
@@mk-hu9sk appreciate the reply.
@@xI2eveRsaL rest well...
I love these guys.... hate the sound though
I’ve had bicep tendonitis for 10 months now and it doesn t go away
@Tmd- Have you tried physical therapy?
Thanks for posting this technique. I think I injured my biceps tendon initially doing chaturunga and downward dog in yoga. I've stopped doing yoga and would like to get back to it. How long should I allow the injury to heal before starting back to yoga?
Ive been suffering for 1 year now i cant believe that this has immediate effect woww
hi, great video; my question is what if the pain is in the inner side of the upper arm in the mid section-is it also a tendon problem; i think it's not a muscle thing;
tnx
1 month and 1 week 2 days I have been in agony with every movement with my right arm. Ive been stretching 3x a day with minimal relief. 60 seconds of this and I can raise my arm above my shoulder level and tocuh my face finally. Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video which in turn makes me human again
enjoyed the video but hard to understand your words echoing in the room. any chance you can wear a mic for future demonstrations? really thoughtful of you responding to questions where others do not. thanks
Holy crap.. honestly i've had a shoulder injury for 4 years straight...nothing has worked as good as this.. the doctors said soemthing was wrong with my sc join or ac joint and i guess they overlooked bicep tendonitis...20 seconds of this made my shoulder feel very smooth moving..very very hard pressure though im in pain the whole time but its worth it.
I've had a clicking shoulder for 5 years now. I can't bench press or do shoulder exercises without pain and discomfort. Did you problem ever get fixed?
Thanks guys this really helped me..! Strong like bull! 😃👍🏼
This is brilliant!!! I can't get over the results in my very first 5 minute session, I'm almost speechless. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Just a tip (I read below that you asked for advise) to help out with your audio, just grab a Rode Smart Lav microphone. It's $100 and provides superb audio. Clip it to your breast pocket and plug into a smartphone, iPad, etc and replace the camera audio with the audio from your external mic. It will make a world of difference. Thx again
How long do you wait to start applying this treatment?

Is this recommended for calcific tendinitis as well?
This video saved me from my pain !!!!! Cried all night and day !!! Finally decided do some research how to treat at home i would not go to see a doctor during this covid19 but this here is like legit stuff!!!!!!!!!! You guys so simple explaining and getting to the point thank you after 24hrs of no sleep i finally gonna log off and rest up !!
Same here how did you injured? I was working out with those rubber bands that you put on the back side door openings. I think my shoulder got pulled back by the rubber band.
I find that a lot of these videos focus solely on treatment of symptoms rather than addressing underlying causes…which would have a much greater impact on treatment and prevention of the problem in the future. What would be useful is a video tackling the relationship of these injuries to the surrounding tissues and muscles. Also the role of nutrition. This is like treating a wound without removing the infection. This is all my opinion of course.
We will try to incorporate this into our videos! Thank you for the suggestion!
I've had pain for months now, after weeks of overuse. This vid hit the nail on the head, can't wait to get going with this. Is it ok to use a vibrating massager on this?
A dildo?
@@masseffect3922 works fine
Hi,
This technique has helped me a ton on some movements I couldn't do well like raising the arm up vertically. However, I still feel slight pain on my left shoulder when I try to touch my right shoulder blade with my left hand (from the back) on that same area. Could it be another part of my arm that's causing this? Thanks.
You guys are amazing. I have biceps inflammation (as told to me by my othro) He advised 6 weeks off of any upper body lifting in the gym (i go 4 times a week) and to take anti-inflammatory meds. It helped slightly. He said if the pain is still there he will give me a shot. Im totally against getting surgery or a shot if it is not 100% needed. After 2 minutes of this massage on the tendon. It feels infinitely better. I will continue this and see how it goes.
How did it go?
How did it go?
How did it go?
My arm went back to normal and I still continue to lift with no pain!
hi how to differnate betwen biceps pain and if the pain is rediating from the neck
Hi doctor my MRI results came back with 1.Tenosynovitis bicept tendon 2. Subcoracoid Bursa Effusion
I'm not doing any kind of heavy lifting ( weight training ) just massaging like your video prescribed and resting
do you know how long the healing process takes ?
Yes..recurring injury right there.
how about using a safe object when your fingers get too tired? Like rolling something across it?
What movements would you stop doing in the gym? Obviously chin ups and curls but can you do bench press, rows, shoulder press, dips?
What if pain strikes to thumb? Is it comming from wrist and thumb or still generated by biceps problem? Main problem is that I can not do a single pullup anymore, or hammer curl. Can you please address this? Thanks a lot.
For how many weeks must we do this?
Eccentric biceps exercise can help ??
Can you write please that how many minutes must we do this treatment? 5 minutes every day?
I've had longhead bicep tendonitis for 8 months, lots of physio, steroid injection (which failed) and facing surgery. This is my last chance before the knife.... I hope the massaging works!
Do you think this could help with pain that's been around about a year and suddenly gotten severe in the last couple weeks?
Need ur suggestion as I have got a raised bicep while doing workout. Its been 2 months still my raised bicep have not come down. However I don't have any pain not any disturbance while doing my workout. Please suggest me what can be done to bring down the bicep.
My pain hurts from the deltoid down the outside of my bicep, throbbing pain, use my biceps a lot at work.
Only time I get pain is doing front raises in my left shoulder I can't do them it's like a pulling pain what could it be?
Is a tear in the muscle or tendon of the upper arm repairable, with exercise?
I developed shoulder tendonitis and had a return of sciatica from taking levofloxin for a tooth abscess. The shoulder pain is in my left shoulder blade up through my shoulder and down my arm. My ring finger and little finger will tingle at times. Very limited movement to the side and I cannot reach behind my back at all. My PC said this is a reaction from the antibiotic and would probably go away with time. I'm seeing an acupressure chiropractor and this seems to be helping. The sciatic pain is mainly when laying down. Your videos have helped a lot. I used to walk a lot and do some light weight work. I'm female, over 60 yrs. I'm now afraid to exercise in case the drugs cause more harm. Any suggestions for this type of tendonitis caused by flouroquinolones?
I hurt my bicep tendon speed bench pressing. The doctor explained it as being slightly frayed. Pulling moves don't bother it. Most of the pain happens bench pressing or barbell overhead presses. I have had this for three years and nothing seems to make it better. I would like to avoid surgery. Any suggestions?
What my doctor and my physical therapist told me I have a strain bicep so I feel it more of the middle of my shoulder. Will this work for me and how many times a day can I do it
maybe its the placebo effect but this has helped me
thanks!

why does the palm need to be facing up? it doesnt seem to change anything with the upper arm?
***** so its been a while and when i wake up my shoulder feels tired, and it feels tired all day, will this go away?
it feels like the muscle that goes from my shoulder to my neck and shoulder to collarbone
pain in my shoulder, and if I do pushups it hurts in collarbone also?
Hello my biceps got split in 2 it has a dent in it everytime I flex I don't lift weights but I do mixed martial arts. I didn't hear a pop it doesn't hurt I don't know what to do
What about the short head tendon and treating tendonosis of that? Is that an injury other people have dealt with?
Good advice but the quality of the sound could be much better.
Thank you. My bicep feels better already.
I like to lift weights but I have bicep tendinitis, how long should I skip arm day?
Can this pain be caused due to a fall on an outstreched arm?
Spent weeks resting, taking NSAIDs and putting ice with little to no result. Pain was also affecting my neck/upper back due to the weakness caused in the shoulder, starting to be really frustrating.
But few days after trying out this I feel much better and I think I'm slowly recovering! So thanks a lot for the video. I was wondering if you have any PayPal to donate some bucks?
I am very similar situation, did you head aches and pain right where the joint shoulder bicept joint is? how are you doing now? It has effected my neck and upper back badly
Hi hows your biceps tendon? All healed, and you can train in the gym?
