After 3 doctor visits and 2 months of physical therapy I logged on to You Tube to see how awful the surgery for calcific tendonitis would be. Found this video, did the shoulder rubbing while watching and got my first relief without muscle relaxers since this all started. I'm going to share this with my physical therapist.

@@Your_Boy_Dimes if you have bad posture or find your self pushing your shoulders forward while you do stuff it could most likely be your posture causing the tendinitis in maybe both your shoulder and wrist. Try the exercises for forward neck posture and see if they make a difference. Hope you feel better :)

@@0famz Yeah, I have always had bad posture myself. To be honest, I'm surprised I'm not in more pain than I already am. My mom used to tell me to sit up straight when I was a kid like most moms do. Wish I listened. She never had any pain, which proves that good posture helps a lot with aging better.

Great experience using your methods. My injury is not severe but just a bit of burning sensation and dull pain. I believe it's from over head press and reaching too high. I am going to avoid chest exercises for a week or two and focus on restrengthening slowly. The tendons are hard to find but once you do the numbing sensation starts and it actually feels good. I was afraid to dig in there but this video helped me aim for the right spot! Thanks dudes!

I wonder which 98 people didn't like this video. I have been having pain for the past 4 months and going for therapy and doing other exercises but still painful, will try these and see if it will work the magic.

Yooooo! I did the hand behind my back and and rubbed the front of my shoulders and just about fell out of my chair! I must have bad scar tissue. Been hurting for years, and this is the first video to explain what it is and how to work on it. Thank you!
Oh and the pain went away INSTANTLY! I'm sure it'll be back soon, like you said, but I know what to do now!
