Just try not to fixate on it once you feel it. Nothing wrong with looking at hot chicks, just train yourself to shift gears once you really start going down that rabbit hole and remind yourself of how shitty relapse feels as a way of talking yourself down. In my experience, that's a helpful tool regardless of the addiction.

But i started boxing through my friend who was also in it and man the changes started coming within the first 2 weeks i could cleary see muscle tone, i stopped smoking sipping and snorting. Edit 1: I relapsed again, I was too cocky that my will power was enough to fight my brain from tricking me into masturbating, so I allowed myself do little actions that I thought were insignificant enough that it wouldn’t trigger my addiction, but all those little actions summed up into one big load that my willpower wasn’t enough to carry.. Now I’m back on day 2 and I feel stronger than ever because I’ve completely cut myself from most of the technology entertainment I used to use(Netflix, instagram, Twitter, Reddit, even google chrome lol), I cannot let myself watch anything that can cause even the tiniest arousal, and I’m replacing all that time I used to spend on my phone and on my TV with physical activities. If you’re suffering from P.I.E.D or P.M.O Just quit watching porn and any substitutes (models half naked etc;) and dont masturbate for a month, after a month meet up with your partner more often doesn’t have to be sex but anything physical like kissing cuddling and if you want sex and stuff and slowly get your brain back to normal, also exercise, take cold showers, eat cleaner and dont watch porn no more (those are things that can speed and boost your recovering process) Disclaimer: not everyone is the same some will take others longer or take shorter amounts of time just be patient and be dedicated

My advice for you is to be positive and to not allow your "monkey mind " to control you, also I have developed a addiction of negative thinking and my nofap energy is fueling it when I get angry and anxious or stressed, even though I am in the process of beating it, like I managed to lose 13 kilos for 4 months. I relapsed again, I was too cocky that my will power was enough to fight my brain from tricking me into masturbating, so I allowed myself do little actions that I thought were insignificant enough that it wouldn’t trigger my addiction, but all those little actions summed up into one big load that my willpower wasn’t enough to carry..
Now I’m back on day 2 and I feel stronger than ever because I’ve completely cut myself from most of the technology entertainment I used to use(Netflix, instagram, Twitter, Reddit, even google chrome lol), I cannot let myself watch anything that can cause even the tiniest arousal, and I’m replacing all that time I used to spend on my phone and on my TV with physical activities.
In other words I’m trying to live my life the closest I can get to the natural way men used to live in the beginning of time and cut off all these things that media and technology has made us think we need, that we actually don’t, and I’m replacing it with the natural things that our body and mind actually needs.

Increased agression, increased appetite (which results in weight gain), weak blatter, poor sleep are some of the drawbacks I noticed..but I decided not to count my days and just live life without actually thinking about nofap, since then it's been pretty easier to live
Poor sleep is not one of them. In fact u get more vivid dreams and deep sleep after semen retention.
I am on day 3 and feel pretty good and have a lot more energy, intrigued to see the effects after a much longer duration
for me it's actually been the opposite, I feel more centered and calm, I'm able to let go of things easier as opposed to holding onto them and letting them piss me off. And I feel more clarity and energy not releasing.

Just quit watching porn and any substitutes (models half naked etc;) and dont masturbate for a month, after a month meet up with your partner more often doesn’t have to be sex but anything physical like kissing cuddling and if you want sex and stuff and slowly get your brain back to normal, also exercise, take cold showers, eat cleaner and dont watch porn no more (those are things that can speed and boost your recovering process)

This makes sense to me. Us, who were addicted to it, are now in withdrawal. Try to take away drugs from a junkie (also alcoholics). Theyll not just have "mood swings", theyll completely lose their shit. When you have anger coming up, realize that its a symptom of your withdrawal, dont let any emotions over take you. You are fighting a psychological fever.
That part of the emotions and feelings is so damn true! Before Nofap, I was always thinking that my girl friends were super annoying and I couldn't be in a relationship. +65 days of nofap and 2 months with my incredible gf. Because of nofap I started to like her instead of thinking that she was annoying and that changed my life. Sometimes I can't handle my emotions and when I'm not super happy, I'm super sad. Meditation usually helps me to focus on the present and forget about the past. Usually I feel sad when I see that my gf 3 weeks ago was much more lovely than now but it's ok... She's very lovely in the present too. But not like in the past and meditation help me to handle that feeling of sadness when I think of that. What should I do more?

My older brother who’s 19 recently left for boot camp in the national guard, lately I’ve been trying to change myself as a better person, I’ve got a stomach and have been lazy most of my life, but now I am going to change for the better, thankfully my brother worked at a gym so we now have a lifetime free membership so I am able to go to the gym to get myself into shape, and I have turned my mindset into a positive mindset, I am now already turning myself into a better person and I now help out around the house. I started NoFap not too long ago and I know that I should always push through the temptations.. my brother is such a kind soul and loves helping out anybody, even people who don’t treat him the way he should be, so when I get angry or if I start to think negatively then I just remember how kind of a soul my brother has, and I start to remind myself that I want to be like him.
