I’m so tired of feeling like a slave to porn, like many others I’m now holding myself accountable by leaving this comment here as a reminder to keep staying strong. We can do this guys, stay strong.
If you want good advice, journal your feelings. Whether it’s you typing it in your notes or laptop, or a physical pen and paper. And practice mindfulness meditation everyday. It’ll help you identify your emotions and regulate them healthily
Good for you man. I'm finding myself quitting now at 24 after doing it for the last 10 years. It truly does poison your body and mind. I don't even know you kid - but I'm so proud of you please stay strong!
You need Jesus you will never feel fulfilled. You will make that million and say to yourself what changed and you will realize nothing in fact you will look at life and try to find meaning or purpose but your spirit cannot be fulfilled by materialistic things but by spiritual things. So when you get to that point remember what I said Jesus is the only who can fill the missing link and give you hope and meaning to this life.
This video is awesome. It explains exactly what NoFap should be, not some bullshit that turns you superhuman, but just being how you are intended to be. To everyone struggling with porn addiction, it's absolutely worth stopping, and you will 100% feel better about yourself. You can do it.
You really gotta stick with this. I’m telling you your mental clarity, confidence, work ethic, view on women, and just overall happiness will be so much better.
@@zeethreebuild discipline. It doesnt have to outright stop shaking the shaft, but from small things like wake up early and forcing yourself to write or read or do some house chores. The most important thing is do it strictly, beating an addiction may be bigger food than you can chew so eat it in small portions. Means do strict schedules from small things. Just small, and then get bigger portions. Remember, the peak of the mountain can be one feet away only if you walk towards it
I’ve had enough of this compulsive addiction/ poison. I’m posting this to hold myself accountable for my actions, this starts today, i will not do it anymore. We’ve got this guys.
Mate, it is so REFRESHING to actually see a young man, who has a complete common sense and is confident to talk about his mistakes and describes the ground he moved to by learning from those mistakes!!! I wish I had somebody in my environment with your knowledge 20 years ago when I was a teenager. :) I hope your video will go around for a long time and will allow younger men, maturing men, growing men, to learn and follow a better path!
I second that. Very impressive and wise beyond your years. When I was a teenager 50 years ago, no one talked about masturbation or ever admitted doing it. It blows me away to see the younger generations talk out in the open about it and that's a good thing.
@@Dodgerzdennots so much as a 'good' thing where there's countless videos like these who just want to gather attention for views (it doesn't matter if they believe it to be deemed as right or not) telling ppl to 'stop' as its ruining your life based on that thing that is supposedly detrimental against and basing their own arguments as an objective fact that everyone would supposedly share... its a completely baseless argument because of that notion right there, the guy in the video talks about how he doesn't like those 'corny' nofap videos yet literally delves into that idea that those videos have when you're in a 'nofap' zone then your sexual experience will be automatically or progressively better with women (or men) as well as meeting your friends (which alludes to not succumbing into that urge when you're alone), going outside and going to the gym...
@@godzillazfriction Good point. In my day there was no information and no one ever talked about it and today it's information overload and everyone talks about it. I also wonder if these people talking about no fap are causing people to feel guilt or shame about masturbation in the same way religion tries to do that.
@@Dodgerzden i just find it strange how this culture that has been brought up from mostly or definitely American side of things is always about Males and not Females as in that Females are just out of the equation for some contradictory reason for the sake of 'self-improvement' and how you should stop what you're doing, and it's ruining your life...

I became addicted at the age of 11 and I've been hooked for 3 years now. Every time I finish I feel so guilty and say that I won't do it the next day, but it happens again. And I say I will stop again. This is the most moving video I've ever seen in my entire life and I just want to thank you for lifting me out of it. I'm so grateful.
Don't feel guilty, you are punishing yourself. Most of these influencers after they make the video and cannot find a woman, they do it anyway. Having a sexual drive is normal, there is nothing you should do about it. Learn to control it as much as possible but don't feel guilty if you still do it. You are criminalizing something that is just part of life. You have a body and you have biological functions, don't hate the body you live in.
No Fap isn't really about the fact and activity of stopping to fap. It teaches you discipline to not do something even tho it feels good. its all mental.
and joke about saving 30 second and 5 calori, but its free exercise! lol most improtant part for me is transmute the sexual energy into goal focused grind im way more productif if im nofap, than lazy boring sleepy and nonchalent eyes of the tiger is no joke
We're supposed to watch a 20 minute video for you to remind the dumbest of the bunch the entire point of doing any of it to begin with? That's ridiculous. Content creators are the worst.@@chiyinde
This is probably the best video related to this sh*t. After 16 years (started at around 11 yo) I feel like my mentality changed for real, even if I am not in my longest streak, I really feel like this is a thing of the past already (I don't even know what my streak is anymore). Thanks for this video, hopefully more people get a chance to watch it entirely.
yeah i can relate because i started when I was about 8 and I've stopped for a couple days now. Another thing I heard is that addiction is controlled by proteins in your body which gives you dopamine, and that the less you work that protein by doing it, the weaker it'll get. I don't know if that's helpful, but that's just something I wanted to share.
@@ForThePremiumthis is absolutely horrible. I hate this society so much that you started at fuckin 8 years old. Hope these dudes that make these adult films are punished when they die. They profit off our suffering absolutely disgusting stuff
I believe you are right, to conquer any addictions you eventually have to come to the mindset of i no longer.. smoke, drink, fap, or anything else. And if you fail, dust yourself off and start again
@@Asrajzz64 No. I believe you have to accept you are not perfect, and the goal is to be slightly better every day. If a relapse occurs you have two choices... 1 give up and not be better. 2 try again with a benchmark to apply yourself against. So if your not perfect and no one is, you quit and stop or get up and try again. Which are you?
@@BrainfooTV Sounds like an excuse in disguise. Of course though you always have that choice even before you relapse, give in or you can put your energy to something else. We need more solutions than to just tell us to relapse and start again, thats not truly progress.

Brother listen. Idk how long I’ve been off the corn, but the ABSOLUTE best two things I did to stop was 1 find God, I went to God for forgiveness and strength and to other people for advice. And two, sorry to say this, but you’re just a bitch, like is there nothing better that you can do with your life. What I mean is, whenever you feel like doing it, think about how idiotic you’ll feel after, and instead of doing that, get up, and get off your phone. Hope this helps
theres no man or boy on this planet that shouldn't watch this video. i teared up for the first time. im 19. longest "streak" was about 3 days and i never had more than one streak in a single month. So Basically everyday since i was 14. For the first time, for the last 4 days i have changed everything in my life, only goal of the day is to do better than the previous day. i feel like ive never even done it in the first place because i have completely un-identified myself as a fat, unfit, pathetic, junk-food-eating, fapping, lusting, vulgar, unholy person. I turned to God, deleted social medias, committed to hard work and my goals for the first time. And yes. i =m completely alone in my college dorm so its all u to me. The most powerful thing to remember always is that God is your best friend, He literally believes in you. He's waiting for you to realize the potential of the body and mind he gave you. I Thank Him everyday because of the blessing i have to change anything and everything about my mind, body and situations. You can literally change everything. Believe.
I'm 19 as well bro.. and tbh I unknowingly implemented all of chi's advice about a year ago, I just wanted to stop it and subconsciously I kinda already had most things he listed figured out. My longest "streak" was 11 months and he's right.. it doesn't exactly go away but the less you see or even remind yourself of it, the less you'll think about it, honestly. And even when you do, it'll be just that; a passing thought. It's like your brain gets reset back to normal.
honestly, scary how relatable this video is I remember when I first tried to quit my addiction. I didn’t even think it was an addiction until I started getting thoughts in the back of my head trying to convince me to relapse that I knew weren’t even my thoughts I’ve been on and off with trying to quit this, but I think this video is really going to be helpful.
I don't have have a pornography addiction (I'm thankful to God for that, especially considering I'm in my teenage years). But this was an AMAZING video, that's important for all men to watch, this is definitely something I'll be sharing to my friends. Thank you so much for this Chi
Same, I’ve gotten much knowledge about porn and its harmful effects prior to my teenage years. So entering my teenage (and still am) years I thankfully never developed an addiction to porn or fapping. And I agree, this should be shown to more men (especially those in teen years since hormones are at peak) because porn and fapping is because more socially acceptable. It’s disgusting, and those who defend it saying “oh it’s not bad as long as you use it moderately and know it’s not the real world” or “you don’t want testicular cancer so it’s fine” are foolish and delusional.
@@fotis3v480 you make a good point here. Eternal vigilance is the price for remaining free from this scourge. I believe keeping on the "sigma male grindset" is the way to stay free.

When I was 16 many many years ago, I didn’t even know what no fap and SR was.. I had no issues with fapping and corn. That just tells me there’s a greater issue with teens nowadays, having instant access to corn and it’s creating a huge issue.
It’s easier and easier if you let yourself go along time then relapse, just like quitting alcohol I went a long time without drinking and now if I do go drink and I’m down for 3 days it’s just like what’s the point? Gets easier over time, let yourself go 7 days you’ll start talking to people and excelling, then when you relapse watch yourself push the people away, watch yourself feel like your on pins and needles you’ll think more and more what’s the point?
@@IntegraDIYalso the lack of in person interactions too… when you can have literally anything delivered to your door and see anything you want from a handheld device you can take anywhere, it makes for such a huge issue, considering at one point people had to actually GO OUT to socialize or get things they wanted. Dopamine naturally takes us to the easiest path or shortcut to do something and with how things are nowadays, it only gets worse
I'm in my late 30's and iv'e tried it all. I find no fap is one extreme, and fapping everyday is the other extreme.. I find both to be very uncomfortable...Iv'e had many long term relationships and a few one night stands..Porn can ruin a relationship even with a woman who likes it too because it prevents the relationship from ever going into a deeper level. I am 18 and have a girlfriend now, and I am happy to say much better self control. However I feel I needed this video in secondary school as a little kid that gave in to my desires. In fact the longer this video went on the more I learned that I can actually put a lot of my shortcomings in school and life as a teen down to an addiction like this. I focused less, I wasn't as locked in to my goals and always told myself, yeh I'll go gym today only to get home and give in to those desires and be filled with shame and guilt and lose all motivation to go gym, or even do my school work. Thank you for this video Chi, This might be the first and last NoFap video I ever watch but it is certainly not the last of your videos I'll ever watch. Im 33, and was introduced to p, probably at about 13. watched it consistently to about 27/28. I have so many memories of it over the years, it was there for me through thick and thin like an old friend. I remember stopping when i was 28, i was recently single and its true what they say, the world does seem different and exciting and you as a person improves drastically . I ended up back at my parents in lockdown and through a mixture of things - boredom, sadness, depression, ended back on it and my old friend was back, the routine was back and it was so difficult to stop, the hardest challenge. I am now off p, but recently in the last few months went back on it, i was feeling anxious with some things and needed my old memories. i was searching for my old memories and found them. Your brain is such a powerful thing, you very quickly convince yourself. my advice to anyone struggling is to focus your mind on something positive to improve yourself. You are with your mind 24/7, you need to know it better than the closest person in your life
Bro you’re so real for this. I feel understood so much watching this. I’ve learned myself to not put myself on a streak and just don’t do it ever again. I’m probably at least 3 weeks clean now? Idk and idc. Just know if you’re reading this, you can do it. My personal advice is to just never keep track of your days as he said in the video. Anytime you think about doing it, have will power and move yourself out of that situation immediately.
I’m 12 turning 13 soon. I’m so glad I found this video because I already had an addiction when I was 11. I don’t even know myself anymore or who I want to be. The longest streak I’ve ever had is probably a week and now you’ve shown me I need to stop going on social media and I thank you and God that I was able to see this video. Thank you so much man🙏🏽 I think you’ve changed my life in a positive way. ❤
I’m proud of you, bud. I’m not that much older (14), but I can say that especially before you’re done with High School (I just started, lol!), once you forget about your streak and stop going on social media, I promise everything will be better. It’s easier said than done, and I also need to follow in those same footsteps. We both can grow in our own separate ways, and I want to applaud you for being brave and admitting your flaws. It’s a hard thing to do. I still struggle with admitting my own flaws, but I can say that I have also struggled with corn addiction and would keep going back to the CornHub purely for the bust. I hope this message helps in even the slightest bit, and we both can continue to grow to be better in our own directions. Good luck, my man!❤

I have consumed a lot of content on this particular topic, but none have been as relatable and real as yours. You are doing a great job by being brutally honest on the internet without the fear of vulnerability. Good job man, I wish you and all those who are watching this all the luck and success in the world. Godspeed my friends, we will make it.
Man, this video hits hard. My fateful journey began around the age of 11 or 12 (I'm 15, about to be 16 now), and it's been an awful ride since. There were spouts of time where I could go 1-2 weeks, and maybe even if I was really good, 3 without P but I always fell back in the same trap and I always felt terrible when I did. Last year, around January of 23' there was this girl I really began to like, and I got her number and I thought she was genuinely into me until I told her how I felt, and she shot me down. That broke me. That's when I got really heavy into the addiction, and I was unstoppable. Flash forward to just before new year, I asked her again if I'd ever have a shot with her and she said yes. At that moment, I vowed to quit porn and become a better person because I felt like I wasn't worthy of her, If I'm just a sad excuse of a dude with no mental control who's addicted to porn. Every day I remind myself of what my goal is, and I tell myself that I'd be throwing my chance with her away if I ever got back into it, and it seems to be working rather well, because there is nothing more in this entire world, I want more than her. It makes me sad to think about all the worthless time I've spent letting myself dig deeper into that pit, that ultimately means absolutely nothing, and I know I won't ever be able to regain that lost time, but I can try to make the effects of it less. I pray every day to keep my mind away from the thought of even picking up my phone to look at something slightly suggestive. I still have an impossibly long journey ahead to becoming the person I want to be, someone without any sort of mental ties to anything other than her, my friends and my family. I pray that anyone reading this, if they are still struggling with it, to set your wallpaper on your phone or viewing device to something that will stop you when you open that device. I set my wallpaper to a quote that reads: "Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret." It stopped me dead in my tracks a few times where I had the urge to fall back into the hole I dug. Thank you for this very inspirational video, and I hope that any man still suffering from the addiction finds it and takes every word you said to heart and makes a change! You have nothing to lose, only the world to gain. "Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret." -unknown
That's a good goal for now but you really have to develop other goals that you can fall back on should this fickle young lady change her mind. I'm saying you should know that if this one falls through, there are other young ladies you can pursue. To be good enough for them, the same determination you have now, will be required just as much.

It was very dark realizing that after all of these years of consuming porn I was so used to the substitute of sex, and when the real and natural sex came in my life , I was so alienated to it . This year I promised myself to leave porn completely .
I don't think the porn is the real issue here. You were probably nervous and because of that you couldn't get hard. It happens all the time. It happened to me the 1st time I had sex, but I was with the girl I loved so we tried multiple times, it was a bit embarasing but she was supportive and it was an overall beautiful and comfortable experience. I think the main problem is the girl you picked to do it with.
If you haven’t been addicted you won’t understand how badly it messes with your brain chemistry. Nerves may have been a factor, but there are thousands of anecdotes of men experiencing the same thing. It’s hard to grasp if you’re not in the situation, but watching pron multiple times a day for years will seriously mess with the brain.
@@chiyinde You're right. It might affect us differently. Porn actually was one of the issues that caused my last relationship to end, with the same girl I just mentioned. So I know what you mean, I've been addicted badly, I would spend 3-4 hours daily on porn and imagery, and my search history became more and more extreme since normal porn wasn't enough any more. Great video bro, I really appreciate it!
Pulled out the burner for this one. I just wanted to thank you for this video. This hits far too close to home than I ever would have liked, but it's something I needed to hear. I just started dating a girl I never thought I would pull in 100 years. Super kind, pretty, intelligent, you name it. We are a month in now. I've unfortunately tried NoFap several times and failed time and time again, and the addiction continues up until just this morning. About a week ago, her and I went to have sex. Similarly to you in the video, I was into it, but nothing was happening downstairs. I couldn't figure out why, until you mentioned Porn Induced ED. To all other guys out there who continuously watch porn, please stop before you get into my situation. It is such an odd scary feeling that will ruin you. Having said that, I need to cut the bullshit in my life, starting today. No more porn. 10/15/2024.
I completed NNN for the first time last year Dec 1st: 3 girls made passes at me, one was an 8!, one even said "Hi" to me... THat is INSANE! Women usually never make the first move and shoot their shot like that. Women can somehow tell... True story, I swear. This is life changing for me! I haven't fapped or watched pron this year. It's still hard, you get urges and this is where discipline come in. Tell your mind to say "NO" You are in control. My personal Tip: Everyday you wake up, you will "ALWAYS" be happy you didn't fap the previous day. I'll say it again: You will always be glad you didn't fap the previous day.
"Women usually never make the first move" this is not true. if they are really into you they will, however awkward they will try. i have a friend who is very attractive, and girls do try to make first contact rather often. but since hes genuinely not interested in having sx with people he doesnt know, it doesnt go anywhere xd
I'm happy for you bro, great progress. Here's some good advice for your mental stability, don't attach yourself to the streak, you are no longer a FAPer. if you jerk it, its okey as long as you don't pick up the habit again. A few times a year is okey, try your best to keep it as along as possible. Sex is still ok btw. My background: No FAP - 4 YEARS. Longest streak 6 months. I maybe jerk it 10 times a year. Just like alcohol I'm not a n alcoholic but I do drink a few times a year at parties or big events. I use to beat myself up for "relapsing" (mind you relapses where months apart) but after years I realized that, that wasn't a relapse. Just a mistake I made ONE day and learned what got me there and learned from it, that's all. I am a mature man that is in control of himself, that can still make mistakes to learn and get better.

14? Jesus christ what did the internet do to us...
It teaches you discipline to not do something even tho it feels good. its all mental.

yeah i can relate because i started when I was about 8 and I've stopped for a couple days now. I believe you are right, to conquer any addictions you eventually have to come to the mindset of i no longer.. smoke, drink, fap, or anything else. And if you fail, dust yourself off and start again
So basically relapse over and over without any progress at actually quitting your addiction, that doesn't help anyone at all.
@@Asrajzz64 No. I believe you have to accept you are not perfect, and the goal is to be slightly better every day. If a relapse occurs you have two choices... 1 give up and not be better. 2 try again with a benchmark to apply yourself against. @@BrainfooTV Sounds like an excuse in disguise. Of course though you always have that choice even before you relapse, give in or you can put your energy to something else. We need more solutions than to just tell us to relapse and start again, thats not truly progress.

theres no man or boy on this planet that shouldn't watch this video. i teared up for the first time. im 19. longest "streak" was about 3 days and i never had more than one streak in a single month.

It’s easier and easier if you let yourself go along time then relapse, just like quitting alcohol I went a long time without drinking and now if I do go drink and I’m down for 3 days it’s just like what’s the point? Good - clear teacher. Very realistic. It's a shame young boys don't get this basic education from responsible males like you,

I believe in you brother you got this
I think the main factor is we need to find out what triggers us into watching this stuff, I'm slowly cutting down smoking cannabis and iv noticed when I'm bored and I'm really stoned that's when I get the urge to start watching , when I'm sober I don't even think about it or have interest in it, like u said we need to find out what's triggering us everyone is different
100% it’s about identifying triggers, that’s the first and most important step
Was the same with cause that’s when it felt the best
But once your able to sr
For a while you know
Who the real culprit was.
That's a big part of why I quit smoking,

Same but my trigger is alcohol. Combine that with idleness and the Hub becomes inevitable. I hardly drink because of this aside from it just being terribly unhealthy.
The honesty and openness in the way you speak is admirable. You articulate your points incredibly well. Even the music is on point. You're helping a lot of people here. You should be so proud of the man you are. Inspirational bro!

You are with your mind 24/7, you need to know it better than the closest person in your life
Bro this is the realest video people could find. Hope people take your advice.
This is honestly the realest video I’ve seen on the No fab topic. Thank you bro.👊🏽
Good luck, my man!❤
Love the video man, this is totally different from what the other RUclipsrs who make content about these topics do, no fake promises of u growing a second D and gaining superpowers after going on a 7 days streak, no Alpha/Beta male childish shi, no excessive/unnecessary use of bad words to sound tough and get the point across, u could watch this in a Church without no headphones on and not worry about getting kicked out, It's just straight to the point, with plenty of advice. Keep it up, hope ur channel grows more, +1sub.

I used to do it several times a day. The addiction was crazy, but then I got a crush on a beatiful girl that I liked. Excellent video! I am 29, and I've been watching porn since my teens. Everything you said I have been putting into practice, and I wish you made this video sooner! It's not about counting the days but making the days count. The "super powers" people Exaggerate should NOT be the focus, but simply disengaging from an unnatural act and becoming a normal human being should be the focus! Thanks, brother! 🙏🏽

I've watched many videos about NoFap. But for real, you're the one that really awaken all the consciousness inside of me, like I feel I found the key to stop doing that and focus my energy to the other things in my life.
No more broken streaks, I don't need them. I'm shifting from being a guy who faps but a man.

Good job man, I wish you and all those who are watching this all the luck and success in the world. Godspeed my friends, we will make it.
Bro just didn’t like her like that 😂
Man, this video hits hard.
"Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
-unknown
God bless you on your journey
That's a good goal for now but you really have to develop other goals that you can fall back on should this fickle young lady change her mind. I'm saying you should know that if this one falls through, there are other young ladies you can pursue. To be good enough for them, the same determination you have now, will be required just as much.
That wall paper idea is genius, definitely doing that
@@losfromla1480real, at the end of the day there are some girls you can’t get back, but use that failure as motivation to be better so the next time a girl comes around you’ll be better than last time
@@losfromla1480 Yeah man. She made me realize that I need to make a change. Even if things don't work out with her, she brought me to God, and I have a better concept of what is wrong, and how to change. I prayed that things would somehow start working out with her, and then right after I started doing that, things started falling in place. I've realized that God is real, and he is a part of everyone's lives and what he's done in mine, is amazing. I appreciate the concern my man

I applauded you brother for making this video. True wisdom comes from learned experience . You speak with a lot of honesty and conviction and its very heart felt. Your truth relates to All men young and old and at my age of 46 I am absolutely blown away at your level of maturity and understanding on this topic. This is hands down the best video I’ve seen on this subject !!! Absolutely amazing! Thank you brother !
I just turned 20 and I had a same encounter at the same age of 16 this makes me happy that you used your platform to get this out into the world or at least boys in there teens that are hitting puberty, this is a huge problem now in our would where kids just talk about it without being embarrassed and it just being ''normal''.
It happened to me yesterday
Are you doing better now bro?
Man I've watched so many "get off corn" vids but not a single one explained it like you do and made me realise that i have to stop
I've have an addiction for 3-4 years, it's always hard but this time i'm stopping, I need to, ik this seems like some kind of like beggar but please like this so i dont forget about it and stop that endless fucking cycle of hell
I wil leave my comment here, so I get reminded that I watched this everytime someone likes and that I get reminded that this was the day I started to improve.
I am 21. Last year I had that similar experience. I went with that girl and I couldn't get it up. It was the most awkward ,embarasing first s*xual encounter I've ever had... Later that month after that happened and she straight up ghosted me and didn't even say hi to me after that , I realized how much I got used to porn and not having real sexual encounters/relationships with real women . It was very dark realizing that after all of these years of consuming porn I was so used to the substitute of sex, and when the real and natural sex came in my life , I was so alienated to it . This year I promised myself to leave porn completely .
Bro...we know that for more than 10 years on the web I think. Where were You?
Women have never wanted anything to do with me at all.
10/15/2024.
I completed NNN for the first time last year
Dec 1st: 3 girls made passes at me, one was an 8!, one even said "Hi" to me...
"Women usually never make the first move"
this is not true. if they are really into you they will, however awkward they will try. i have a friend who is very attractive, and girls do try to make first contact rather often. but since hes genuinely not interested in having sx with people he doesnt know, it doesnt go anywhere xd
I am a mature man that is in control of himself, that can still make mistakes to learn and get better.
extremely reassuring comment bro. thank you for sharing your experience 🙏🏾
