But what is he doing by posting this video online? Don’t see “stop trying to change people” and think I should never share my opinions because people will always disagree with them. That’s an awful way to think and a horrible way to communicate. Everyone is constantly learning and pursuing knowledge. You are doing it right now, and it can be very fulfilling to share that knowledge and those opinions, and it can also help tons of people learn and grow. People are learning and growing from this RUclips video. Communication can be the best means for learning about the world. Humans are the most interesting part about science. What’s more advanced and complex than homo-sapiens?

@@johnpauldiodati9421 I believe you misinterpreted the meaning of the quote they mean stop going out of your way to change and fix people to your view rather take what you are presented with in the moment and lead an example of how you believe things should be done.. This isn't stopping the pursuit of knowledge but reforming it into constructive thoughts instead of arguments that my side is right and yours is not for example instead of telling someone they should read a book you could say what you liked and took away from it and how you think it can help this forms a more friendly way communicating where many people take things to heart and makes for more open conversations as no one is claiming a right or left side also for humans being the most interesting part about science and what's more advanced and complex than homo-sapiens I'd say the cosmic existence of the universe would be my answer as humans derive directly from it and science still has the most unanswered question on it... probably have quite a few grammatical errors in this as im typing my thoughts fast but if you read this have a good day (:

@@listenimgud2113 If you think that you can live in a box and think sorely on your eyesight alone and not through the opinions of others I’m afraid you will be mistaken sorely. Yes take what comes at you in life with grace and respect, but also be able to know where you are in the world, and respect yourself and your place at the same time. The people who deserve respect need to have strong opinions. I will not trust a president who cannot think for himself on issues and find the true and the beautiful. Conversation is one thing. Making good decisions for your life is another. I hope you have a good day as well.

Please learn how to properly use the word "literally", as you have used it incorrectly to provide emphasis for a word or phrase. "Literally" is a value-neutral term, absent of any inherent emphasis or largesse. Correctly, the word is used to convey that a word or phrase was taken verbatim instead of the intended meaning... or, it can be used in the opposite direction, to indicate that something verbatim, such as a metaphor, should be taken as intended. An English teacher can assist you if you need help understanding.

    • @princejona
      @princejona 2 года назад +23

yeah just be careful to not indulge in the experience or feelings of others that won’t benefit your current or future situation. Some empaths indulge in the fantasies of the weak and narcissistic bc empaths feel what they feel; strong, powerful, unlimited, but it’s only a façade. Use your empathic abilities as a tool to navigate situations and obstacles in life while achieving your objectives that’s on your mind.

    • @amyamy8873

Not to take a dig at you, but I think the word "empath" is increasingly co-opted by the narcissists, to the point the real meaning of the word is lost. Someone immediately introducing themselves as an "empath" is a red flag for me.
That being said, judging by what you said in your comment, I do think you're a legit empath.

Positive vibes to all the souls understanding, they’re having a human experience. I have this book and been studying it for two years now.
I experienced a unforeseen lost of my 18 year old son, and a depression so deep I didn’t think my mind would make it back, but it did. I was unaware the people in my life was not supporting me, but was using me and playing on my already damaged mental and emotional state for the love of money. I can say now that I am very protective of my energy and self. Being a empath I was going through stuff I didn’t understand but thanks to this book and people the universe sent into my life to teach me. I was indoctrinated by Christians that I never thought I would be as free and lifted up in vibration as I am now. So to all experiencing life situation, go get this book and it will answer they why, and why me!!

One of my favorite lie detectors I learned from watching them, is the interrogator doesn’t talk or respond to what the person is saying and will just stare at them in silence. It is baffling how even when their freedom is on the line, this uncomfortable silence makes them talk more and more, and the cop just lets them burry themselves

A strange social thing that i tend to do is make people dislike me on purpose. Like calling somebody fat not with the intention of offending them but to make them build up a long term hatred towards me. Honestly it really feels like im putting on a certain role with different people that dont know me. Like always being cheerful, up beat, showing a genuine smile, listening to people and not carring about anything negative. Then with another person being an arrogant prick. Then with another person being sensetive, vounrable. And so on..

It felt like I entered a house of demons and also felt like I was as naive as a teenager. It hurts but I have been put in perspective. You're ability to summarize and create mental maps are phenomenal. Love the ability to see the big picture and then focus on a particular and then show the big picture again.
    You have a great mind.

I find the multiple levels of self-awareness to be fascinating, particularly realizing that everyone has the potential to do so, but many choose not to because it's difficult to accept the "wrong" parts as part of us. Not to mention how freakishly difficult it is to be rational.

Hardest thing in life was accepting reality as well as knowing who I was. I was just a drifter living in a fantasy world of make believe believing in the best in people all while neglecting myself. I'm thankful for knowledge, insight and God for helping me realize these things because I was on the course of self destruction. I'm not religious. Life has just shown me that God is real for me because the things I put myself through, I shouldn't even be alive.

It’s crazy that of a lot these points they hit in the video coincides with my experience and from what I learned on my first 5 grams of psilocybin mushroom ego death experience. The shadow hits hard and I’ve always said, since my experience, that we all have an evil/shadow/reptile side of you but you need to know when to put in check and when to use to your advantage

I’m genuinely disgusted by some of the things I did when I was in the peak of my narcissism. I only worked to impress people, I blame others, and I abandoned my true friends. I’m working to retrain my brain to remember that everyone else is a person like me. I honestly am scared of people because I always feel like I’m going to mess up and use that as an excuse to avoid forming relationships

15:43 "People who feel dominant tend to talk more in conversations". One must distinguish between someone who is truly dominant and someone who is merely trying to dominate precisely because he is weak and insecure. Nervous people talk a lot, talk over others, and highjack conversations. A strong, confident person is comfortable being quiet. He may even choose silence so he can "keep his cards hidden" while forcing others to talk more and reveal themselves. A strong, dominant man doesn't feel any pressure to prove his intelligence and expertise. If I have the power to make a decision, I won't spew words trying to convince others. That only makes them think that non-compliance is an option. I will simply say what I want concisely and they will do it. That's real dominance. It's quiet, like a lion or an eagle.

Robert Green has a keen accurate ability to explain to people what they need to know about themselves and others. If only this information was a requirement to graduate high school, like math or language our children would be much better prepared to face the world. I see all teachings as indoctrination of sorts and therefore we need to absorb our minds with useful information that makes a real difference in our perceptions, as our perceptions become our reality. I believe you must not only watch this video or read this book, but you must also make this understanding reality in your life.
For what good is the greatest information in the universe if we don't absorb it and apply it? If you can't explain it in detail then you haven't absorbed it and if you haven't absorbed it you can't use it and if you can't use it, what's the point?
That's right, slow down, watch this video, or read the book again and again until you can explain it in detail to others. Then and only then will this information make you more knowledgeable than others who haven't. I see this information as taking a personal inventory of myself every day and vital to my success in life, therefore I start my day at 4 A.M. by listening to this video, and each time I listen I learn something I missed before.

Rationality involves recognizing and accepting the world as it truly is, rather than how we assume or wish it to be. Our assumptions and expectations are often projections of our desires and biases, not accurate reflections of reality. When these expectations do not materialize, it is not reality that has erred, but rather our understanding of it.
For instance, if you expect to always succeed in your endeavors without experiencing setbacks, you might become frustrated and disillusioned when failure does occur. This reaction stems from a misalignment between your expectations and the natural course of life, which inherently includes both successes and failures. A more rational approach would be to anticipate challenges and accept them as part of the process, adjusting your strategies and learning from each experience.
By adopting a rational mindset, you not only align your expectations with the probabilistic nature of the world but also equip yourself to respond more effectively to unforeseen outcomes. This not only mitigates feelings of disappointment and anger but also enhances your ability to navigate the complexities of life with greater wisdom and resilience.
