Did you have too disconnect the battery first before doing the wires test/ taking off the steering wheel?

You must disconnect the battery before splicing, cutting, removing any wires in your vehicle or home. Best of luck Brenee!

Question, do you need to cut the red seal of the wire around the picture frame hanger or does it work if you just put the red wire thru it?
