How to wire car horns

I walk through how to wire up and diagnose aftermarket car horns. This is a Momo steering wheel for a 1991 Honda CRX, but the process is very similar for any make or model. A multimeter is a great tool to help determine if the horn itself if broken, and I recommend disconnecting the car battery before installing the new wheel and horn to prevent making too much noise or damaging hearing.
