    Such a nice and calming video with great information. I make a blend similar yours for the prevention of illnesses. In the event that someone in our household comes down with a cold(very rare), we consider it the body's own natural cure. In other words we dont try to cure the cure. Instead we assist the body with fighting off the infection and allow the cold or flu to run its natural course. The oils featured in this video are some of my favorites.

      @aromatherapyoils  4 года назад

      Hi Kaywood! We're not aware of any essential oils that specifically help with receding gum lines. However, we’ve found that rinsing with peppermint hydrosol is a simple and effective Aromatherapy mouthwash. Peppermint hydrosol is great for taking care of your teeth and mouth. Here’s a blog post that you may find interesting: blog.aromahead.com/2013/07/03/a-simple-and-effective-aromatherapy-mouthwash 😄

    Hello Andrea,
    Is this suitable for children and from which age thankyou.

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  2 года назад

      Hi Veta! There are different approaches to using essential oils with little children. At Aromahead, we find that inhalation can be a great method for kids, either diffusing for the young ones or diffusing and/or an inhaler for kids over about five years old.
      We would not recommend using this 'Feel Better in the Morning' recipe for children under 10 years old since it has Peppermint in it, which has some safety concerns.
      For children under 10 years old, you could try adjusting the recipe like this:
      3 drops of Lime essential oil (Citrus aurantifolia)
      3 drops of Tea Tree essential oil (Melaleuca alternifolia)
      3 drops of Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)

    Amazing blend! If I want to use this blend as a perfume what carrier oil should I use?

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  5 лет назад +1

      I recommend using jojoba oil. It allows the aromas of your essential oils to come through clearly and brightly, and it's excellent for your skin

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  6 лет назад

      Hi Garima, what a great question! I would suggest making a stock bottle with this recipe (5 drops of lime, 5 drops of tea tree, 3 drops of lavender and 2 drops of peppermint). You can then add 1-3 drops of that stock bottle blend to your 5 ml roll on bottle with its carrier.

    What essential oils will help tinitus - ringing in the ears! Help!

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  5 лет назад +1

      Jennifer we would suggest seeing an acupuncturist. Foot reflexology can also be amazing. Using an inhaler can feel calming - 7 drops Yuzu (Citrus junos),1 drop Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata), 7 drops Frankincense (Boswellia carterii)

    Can I make this a roll-on with the same amount of drops?

      Andrea Butje wow! Thanks for the quick response.

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  6 лет назад

      Tiffani, it would be fine if your roll-on is a one ounce roll on bottle. If it is smaller, like a 5-10 ml, you'd want to alter the amount of drops. This can be done by making a stock bottle with this recipe (5 drops of lime, 5 drops of tea tree, 3 drops of lavender and 2 drops of peppermint). You can then add 1-3 drops of that stock bottle blend to your 5 ml roll on bottle with its carrier or 2-5 drops if it is a 10ml roll on.
