    I recently bought lime essential oil for the first time. when I smelled the bottle an intensely sweet aroma was released. mouth-watering. it reminded me of exotic islands. It,s makes me so happy. I fall in love With it.
    It,s so different than lemon.

    I am planning to blend this but i can’t find Yuzu. I want to give it to an elderly who just recovered from Covid19. She’s complaining about stomach discomfort because of various injections done in her belly. So I am thinking to try this blend to help ease the pain.

    • @aromatherapyoils

      That's wonderful, Elena! Orange (Sweet) (Citrus sinensis) would be a lovely substitute for Yuzu in this recipe. We'd love to hear how it goes! 💜

      It's truly our pleasure to share, and your sweet message is truly a delight to receive. 😊💜 For this recipe, Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) would be a lovely substitute for Bergamot Mint.

      GreeKPryNZeS it's so great to have you join Aromahead here on RUclips! In today's video I am using essential oils from Aromatics International - www.aromatics.com/ , one of the companies we recommend.
      There are many wonderful companies. We like to recommend buying from companies that import directly from the distillers, that test every batch of oil with GC/MS, and that share the batch specific GC/MS reports with their customers. This ensures quality and demonstrates accountability. Here are a few others we can recommend:
      Essential Elements - essentialelementsstore.com/
      Pompeii Organics - www.pompeiiorganics.com/
      Florihana (US) www.florihana-us.com/
      Florihana (Europe) - www.florihana.com/en/
      Aliksir (Canada) - www.aliksir.com/
      Here's a blog post for more information about GC/MS testing:
      blog.aromahead.com/2009/12/04/essential-oil-industry-standards-aromatics-international-supports-gcms-testing
      Hope this helps guide you!

    What would you recommend for a 5yr old with upset tummy?

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  6 лет назад

      Hi Brandi Hughey Saidy! From my book "The Heart of Aromatherapy" here's the kids version of this recipe.
      1 oz (30 ml) jojoba
      1 drop ylang ylang
      2 drops bergamot mint 1 drop ginger
      2 drops lime

    Thank you desr so much. I reqwest you if you can help me to make a blend for the children who have ADHD ADD i heard that vetiver oil is very good. Please help me.

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  6 лет назад

      nm reza I like to use Lavender and Orange with children. An inhaler with these oils can be calming. Working with the child to personalize the aroma and come up with a simple aroma that is enjoyed is beneficial since the more the aroma resonates with the child, the more supportive it would be. I did recently see an article that I liked on using oils with ADHD: www.brainbalancecenters.com/blog/2014/10/essential-oils-adhd/

    Is lime good for sleepless nights?

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  5 лет назад

      Stef it's very individual how each person may respond - Lime tends to be an uplifting and invigorating oil. If you find it comforting, and relaxing, certainly give it a try for sleep.

  • @nmreza1955
    @nmreza1955 6 лет назад +1

    Is it ok for baby or children

    • @aromatherapyoils
      @aromatherapyoils  6 лет назад

      nm reza “Comfy Belly, Open Heart” is a blend that is intended for adults. According to the research, it’s best to avoid using Peppermint with kids under 5 years and especially near their faces so we tend to avoid using peppermint with young kids.
