yes thank you sooo much andrea you are so awesome. i love all your videos and im trying to piece together my collection so i can follow your videos. have a God blessed day my friend
Yay! No wonder the ingredients look familiar. I have your book and it’s one of the first aromatherapy books I read while studying aromatherapy. :D Citrus oils really go well with conifers. Love it!
Hi LaKyia! You could use any of your favorite conifer oils in this recipe. These three oils are also great to help support the immune system and for reducing sinus congestion: Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) can help to calm the sinuses. Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) is energizing and helps with stuffy heads. Lemon (Citrus limon) is refreshing and can help ease tension. They would be excellent to use in a diffuser blend to support allergy symptoms 💜
Thanks Andrea! That was my concern about not having glass (not being able to see) but have been searching for some hydrosols that I can't seem to locate anywhere but one place that sells them in the epoxy liners. Suzanne Catty mentions these hydrosols - larch and black spruce being 2 of them that I would love to have. Not sure what to do..... Believe I am speaking for 100% of your viewers when I say that we just absolutely love you - your genuineness, your simplicity, the peace that you convey. You are a breath of fresh air in this crazy world - hey, maybe it's from all those conifers you keep surrounding yourself with! - LOL! Thanks again : )
Hi again, not trying to monopolize your video but I tried Aliksir last week (emails/questions) to which they kindly responded that they sell their hydrosols in the epoxy, etc. Shame because they have a great site and seem like a wonderful Company....Thanks so much for your help and time. It is very much appreciated. : )
This is a great question. I generally purchase essential oils and hydrosols from companies that use glass containers, Shari. Often times plastic can degrade, were glass is safe for storage.
Hi Terry! Here's a diffuser blend from my weekly email series 'Aromahead Weekly'. 1 drop Melissa essential oil (Melissa officinalis) 2 drops Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita) 2 drops Basil (Sweet) essential oil (Ocimum basilicum ct linalool) 4 drops Frankincense essential oil (Boswellia carterii) One of the best ways to get to know essential oils is by spending time with them, using them in different kinds of recipes. Yes Deneen you can make an inhaler with the blend!
Is there something that I can use in place of the Pinion Pine/the Hemlock oils? I have ordered them but I really need to make this recipe asap.

I’ll be using this today! If I don’t have piñon pine will it will work? I’m from NM I love eating piñon nuts. They are so good:)
Andrea Butje Thanks so much!! I do have piñon on my list of oils to get next. And I need to get my rear ended going on my certification haha
It will work without the Pinyon Pine, Denisha.
Hi Andrea,
Love all your videos. Could you do a video on hydrosols? And is it safe to buy them in plastic and also in epoxy lacquered phenolic liners?

So that's 10 drop essential oil. How many ml water in the diffuser?
The amount of water you add to your diffuser can vary depending the diffuser you are using. We suggest following the instructions of your diffuser.
@@aromatherapyoils Okay. Thank you!

Can you send me a link to buy your book, please.

Is this blend safe to use in a household with cats?
Thanks!
When you’re diffusing, you’ll want to make sure the pets can leave the room and freely go to another area of the house.
Where do you get your oils?
I use Aromatics.com for most of my essential oil needs.
