      it actually just got here a few minutes ago so I am going to do it now. I am a certified trainer and I have not actually done ladder drills yet so I think it is time to do it so I can help clients out with sports performance goals

    What would you recommend as far as how many times to conduct each drill, would you create sets of them do them for time and then repeat! There are a lot of helpful drills but when it comes to breaking them down into a workout I’m not finding much. Thanks!

    One thing that's missing, anything you do moving forwards, you should do moving backwards as well. Coordination in all directions is vital to mobility!

    Hey Man! I'm a 15 year boy and I made varsity this year for soccer. I'm 5'2 and weigh 100 pounds. I'm starting to hit the weight room to gain some muscle because I'm tired of always getting knocked around. Not only that I want to start training to get faster but I don't know how. I recently just bought a speed resistance parachute, agility ladder, and some resistance bands. I just don't know like how to use or what kind of drills to do. Could you or anyone else help?

    For boxing, one of the hardest things to learn is doing footwork, while keeping your jands on your head. Because of this, should a boxer train on ladder drills without moving their arms (with hands on head)?

      That's a really good question. I would imagine that being in a proper athletic stance is just as important in boxing as it is in any other sport.

      It improves the fast twitch fibers in ur muscles which is what makes u explode and accelerate. It makes u able to move quicker by strengthening ur muscles basically

      It Helps with coordination, moving your arms in motion with your feet, and driving your hips down which can overall help with speed.
